Loretta am Wannsee

The Sauerbraten smelled and tasted very gamy. Vinegar preserves the beef and it seems it was old. Plus the sauce was very fatty. The red cabbage had not the sour sweet taste it was just sour. The waitress was very attentive and all the other personell was friendly as well. Maybe it was a slow Sunday - the food wasn’t great.

Great place! The Christmas market is really nice addition to the neighborhood. They need to better advertise it including social media as barely anyone knows about it. Keep going!

Currywurst mit Pommes was really good! There’s no service though, you have to pick your food at the counter (self-service, buffet style) and the people there are not friendly if you’re a tourist 🥲

The restaurant had the most delicious and well prepared food! The atmosphere inside was very relaxed and elegant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will eat here again! The beef dinner was cooked just perfect-as was the lox dinner!

Beer is good, food is excellent and it is easy to access. I went there on weekends two times and there were people playing music. This is my favorite place in Wannsee neighborhood.

This is a fun beergarten right next to the pretty Wannsee between Berlin and Potsdam. It's a lovely place under the trees. Huge amount of seating and inexpensive. There's also an indoor restaurant. Typical Biergarten food and beer but very tasty. This place is a great getaway destination if you're tired of the big city hubub. Very easy public transportation via S1 train. Very scenic. Open only during summer and autumn. Get a buzz on, eat some tasty food and get a convenient ride back using the excellent public transportation :) Enjoy!

I visited this place with two friends and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the chicken dish we ordered. We encountered some health issues afterward, which we suspect might be related to the food. It's important for businesses to prioritize food safety, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure the well-being of their customers. Note: I did have to give 5 stars as my comment was deleted.

Great view with plenty of seating. Food is standard. Beer is beer. Self-service section can be tedious when it’s crowded. Fries and chicken are good choices.

Four stars for ambience, three stars for the food which is very standard German. For my English speaking friends, the hamburger here is quite literally ham on a burger bun, to my surprise! Still tasty, just topped with sauerkraut and sweet mustard rather than lettuce, tomato, and onion. Huge portion, though, and of course I got the fries with it! Didn't need to eat the rest of the day. The biergarten is really lovely, would like to come back in the evening once the sun goes down and they have some of their events like live music, apres party, etc. No English menu here, though, so bring your German friends! Should be noted that we were scoping this place as a venue to bring a large group and that took Amex. Determined that it is, indeed, appropriate.

Great food, staff and location. The Bier Garden is awesome and overlooks the Wannsee. Great to hang out to eat and drink. The restaurant also has amazing food as well.

Pretty good Biergarten and restaurant very close to the S-Bahn station Wannsee. Biergarten, beers on draft and usual barbecue steaks&wurst. There is also an old fashioned style restaurant with german and international receipes. highs: beer, sausages and steaks, restaurant, wannsee lows: a little expensive My favourite: biergarten goodies

Just the type of experience I hoped to have but the food was so bad. I wish I had eaten at Wannsee Sailing Club right on the lake instead. Very nice people though. Helped us with directions. Opened a bit early because we were hungry. I sooo wanted to love this place.
