Great location only 50 min away from the Plaza de Armas. Staff is supportive and friendly. Big common space with sofas, chairs etc. Breakfast is nothing special, but decent. I had an individual room including bath room and found the overall experience including value for money really good.

This accommodation is very good value. It is incredibly close to the main square in Arequipa, staff are friendly and there are plenty of huge common areas. Breakfast in the morning is very varied and you can even have eggs cooked for you in the morning. Tea is available throughout the day. Both of our bedrooms that we booked were huge (larger than expected) and cleaned daily. We had shared bathrooms but they were never busy, the showers were nice and hot and had great water pressure. There is a terrace upstairs where you can watch the sunset from. You can store your bags in their luggage room if you are going on a Colca Canyon tour. Cons: both of our rooms on the 2nd floor have skylights that, as soon as the sun rises, become incredibly bright and can disrupt sleep. Additionally, both of our rooms only had windows that faced the halls, without blackout curtains so this also let a lot of light in

This place is perfectly located. Nice open communal areas. - Rooms let in way too much light, they need proper curtains that actually block light. - They don’t keep breakfast stocked. They say it’s until 10am but it’s first come first serve. If they “run out” they won’t put any more out. Lame

This is a luxury hostel compared to the other hostels in Arequipa -- modern, spacious, quiet, always clean, an excellent free brekkie, a good self-catering kitchen, and 1 min from the Cathedral. It's mostly younger couples and a few backpackers in the female dorms, so don't expect parties or pub crawls. And while most rooms are not ensuite, the shared baths are very nice. TIP: You might need earplugs on Fri and Sat nights due to a nightclub nearby, but that's not the hostel's fault.

Can't beat the location right next to the plaza, was incredibly easy and convenient. But also very quiet considering the proximity. WiFi was terrible, could barely load a simple webpage let alone trying to do any work. Having said that there are lots of work "spaces" and desks with plug sockets - but you can't do much that terrible WiFi. Breakfast was included and was fine, not amazing but good for the price - just eggs & bread. Don't bother even getting the coffee, its awful. The shared showers and bathrooms were always clean but toilet paper often ran out. Overall very good value for money though. 24 hour reception, taxi service to airport and luggage storage.

Very nice place to stay while you enjoy the wonders of Arequipa. Easy going and friendly service, where you can store your luggage while you go on adventures like Colca canyon or Misti hikes. 24/7 staff.

Great price, brilliant breakfast, super clean, perfect location (next to plaza de armas). Also, we had colca canyon hike starting at 3am - they have 24/7 reception and stored our bags for few nights as well. No complaints- we'd be back :)

Perfect location right beside the square. Loads of common area space: kitchen, area with couches, patio and rooftop with a nice view over Arequipa and the mountains. There is a 24-hour desk, this is very helpful if you’re doing tours (most tours we did started 3-5 a.m. in the morning). The staff is very helpful and has a warm smile. The price value is good. Also a basic breakfast with eggs is included. You can store your bags in a watched room if you arrive early. We highly recommend this hotel!!
