When you are dealing with a death, the best support from a funeral home you can receive is respect. dignity, and honesty. Kenneth Villazenor provides neither nor does his "staff"; a woman behind a pane of glass, probably getting paid minimum wage, who is also just as incompetent enough to pick up the phone and read through a sheet of call-center-support-responses to leave you hanging on, will have you gagging at her responses.
