This is an unforgettable place that serves good sized, flavourful portions of very fresh food. It’s bustling with enthusiastic patrons, the menu choices are masterfully prepared and the value is unbeatable. I was super impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. This is a worthwhile experience on many levels.

Had the coconut shrimp and tomato shrimp ceviche. Good size portions. Food was good but overpriced as compared to other restaurants in the area. They gave us a pate to start which was nice...and tasty. Service was great.

Google
Very nice place!! High end food with reasonable prices. 2 full lobsters was a hit!!! The rest of us loved their shrimp. Tacos had lots of meat -- so good. The soups were amazing too. Wish we had more time to go back for more!!!

Google
In a nutshell: high quality, well prepared seafood. Ceviche of my dreams (served with lots of crackers and tostadas that were replenished instantly)!! Coconut shrimp to die for! Plus attentive, friendly, and very efficient service. Come with a good appetite as portions were generous. We enjoyed our lunch here very much. Centrally located with good parking, wheelchair access. Unfussy but tasteful interior (the interior is not the star of the show here). Hope to return soon!

Google
Some of the best seafood you will ever have. It's nestled among the hotel zone but the furthes from a tourist trap. You must try the Lobina Rayada. It's an entire fish, so flaky and delicious. You won't be disappointed and you'll never forget it.

Google
Everything was spot on. We were looking for excellent seafood and we found it. Our server Gabriel was incredible, but all of the staff was very professional and top notch from what we saw. The wine, the food, the dessert were better than expected. The bonus was the music at a very sensible volume that allows guests to talk and enjoy their time. Very pleased we capped off our Mazatlan visit with this restaurant. We will return our next trip to MZT.

Unfortunately, I visited on a Tuesday when the normal chef wasn't working. I ordered the clam chowder, the ceviche with the pulpo & the langostines. Every plate was grossly underseasoned. By the langostines, I had enough & actually asked them to redo it. They sent out the same langostines with hot butter on them, maybe a bit of salt, but still underseasoned. It's really ashamed, as this is arguably the top rated seafood restaurant in Mazatlan. I expected so much more from them. The quality & feeshness of the seafood was definitely there, jusy prepared poorly. Juan, my mesero, was great, very personable, and attentive. I would recommend him without hesitation. Of the white wines, the Chardonnay is the cleaner choice & by chance, slightly cheaper. The Savy B was good too, just had a bit of funk to it, which I don't mind, but others could find as a turn off. The tres leches cake was ok, but I've had much better. Overall, it's a 3 from me & I won't be back. It's really unfortunate.

Los Arcos Restaurant in Mazatlan was a good seafood restaurant. We enjoyed all the food, especially the tacos and seafood. 🌮🐟 #Mazatlan #Seafood #Tacos #Restaurant #Mexico #Food #Travel

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. So we went to try it out. The menu is very large with great selections of all kinds. Fish, oysters, shrimp, octopus, etc. I had the lobster soup and my partner had the clam soup. Both were outstanding. I then ordered 6 raw oysters. They were HUGE and so delicious. My partner got a scallop dish and I got the baked sea bass. Both items were fantastic. I highly recommend. Even better than the food, though, was the staff. They treated us so well, and were very helpful with our many questions. If I come back to Mazatlan, this place is definitely on my list.

Yelp
My friends's taxi driver had mentioned that this place was delicious so we decided to check it out on a Saturday evening to celebrate my friend's birthday. We didn't have a reservation but got seated right away (even though the restaurant was almost packed). Immediately, we noticed really attentive staff who pulled the chairs out for us and provided a stand to hold our bags. The menu was in English, which was great as we were tourists who didn't speak Spanish. Everything looked so good, so we asked for some recommendations. We ordered several dishes to share amongst 3 people. The seafood platter was so good!! There was a variety of everything (ceviche, shrimp, octopus, oysters) and everything was so fresh. Definitely recommend getting this dish if you come here with several people. The lobster soup was also good, there was an option for it to come in a bread bowl but we opted for a normal bowl since we knew we were going to order a lot of food. Very thick and flavorful, I also recommend trying this dish. The lobster dish (I don't remember it's exact name) wasn't my favorite. It was good, but I think the other dishes were more memorable. The lobster dish was really heavy and because it was topped with a few things, I wasn't focused on the lobster itself. The grilled octopus was so good! It came with some grilled potatoes as well, but the flavor of the grilled octopus was so nice and refreshing! A bit citrusy and not overcooked. Lastly, their cocktails were delicious. I got their pina colada and loved it. My friends liked their drinks too. Since we were celebrating my friend's birthday, the staff had a mariachi sing for her with a complimentary dulce de leche cake and a sparkler candle. We had such an amazing experience at this place and definitely recommend coming here if you are in the area!!!

Yelp
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The meal was the best seafood we had our whole week in Mazatlan. The service was top notch also. We highly recommend this restaurant

Yelp
We had such a wonderful dinner at Los Arcos. From the "relish" dish brought to all tables at the onset to dessert everything was amazing. The "relish" dish included fresh made in house tostadas, green and red homemade salsa and grilled/marinated chiles and onions. My wife ordered shrimps in a mango sauce. She loved it. I ordered a filet stuffed w marinated shrimp, octopus and mushrooms topped with cheese and baked. It was fresh and well seasoned. Both dishes came w rice and mine also had julienne carrots, zucchini and bell peppers. They present a tempting visual display of all their desserts and we opted for the "lighter" choice of flan. Wise choice. Moreover the service was excellent. Martin treated us as VIP guests. Very attentive. In fact we told him how much we enjoyed the tostadas, salsas and the relish dish, prior to the meal being served, and he brought us second servings without us asking for them. The other point that caught my eye is that the majority of the clients were local guests not tourists like us. They know a good thing. We are definitely returning.

Yelp
Brought friends here on our first night in Mazatlan, as they love octopus! Told them it was the best in town. Ordered/tried to order the Pulpo Ajillo, even pointed to it twice on the menu, but the server didn't get it, and we got cut up octopus with vegetables in a sauce. Not horrible, but not at all what we wanted. So disappointing. Luckily the margaritas are still good.

Bianka C.

Yelp
Came to Mazatlán for a family reunion/vacation for 5 days and came to this place 2 nights in a row because we enjoyed it that much! The seafood here is so fresh and tasty. We ordered oysters and aguachiles and the ceviches were amazing. To drink I had the passion fruit drink and it taste so refreshingly good! For dessert my favorite was the churros! Dipping them in their cajeta and lechera sauce, mmmmm! The service is outstanding, all servers are just waiting by your table to see if anything is needed and my 2 year old was asleep so they brought her a kids mattress to put on two chairs, they were so accommodating with my 3 under 3 babies. The restaurant is very modern with nautical theme, feels upscale, very nice restaurant! I highly recommended!

Yelp
It is located in the middle of the Golden Zone as a standalone building. It did have own private parking lot at the back f the building. I came with reservation but it seems it was more like first come, first serve. it was on Saturday so lots of people. Service was good but food and drink was not good as before. Regular visitor from USA

Cee T.

Yelp
Delicious food and a fair price! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great seafood meal in Mazatlan.

Raul A.

Yelp
Excellent food and awesome service. I had the fish filled with octopus and my wife the grilled fish and we both enjoyed it.

Ed R.

Yelp
Los Arcos was situated across from our hotel and we decided to eat dinner here one night. Our party of 6 was seated promptly and was well taken care of. Moderately priced and upscale presentations of the cuisine of Mazatlan. Margaritas were spot on as was my Pina Colada. We started with Camarones Roca, tempura shrimp with a sriracha type sauce coating it, which would have been better off on the side, but everyone loved it. The churros for desert were wonderful as was the passion fruit creme brulee. The women in our party went back the next day just for desert. Recommended!

Nate M.

Yelp
Fresh fish that taste great with top notch service in a comfortable dining experience. I had the oysters Rockefeller, then the fillet Caribe, which was fantastic. Split a green aguachile as well which was very fresh. And I recommend the churros for dessert. Felix, our server made our dining experience perfect and made great recommendations.

Olga E.

Yelp
All the dishes were great! Service was amazing ! Thank you Los Arcos. Great location and very clean .

Phuong T.

Yelp
Overall, we will come back to eat the ceviche and the churros and the free chips and condiments. The other items we ate wasn't that good.

Newly P.

Yelp
Delicious food and attentive service. We were seated quickly when we visited late Sunday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant was very busy but our food arrived quickly. I got three different tacos: gobernador, Al pastor, and jicama. My husband got a taco and the seafood ceviche. The ceviche was exceptional. My mango margarita was everything I ever needed in a margarita! I enjoyed myself and I recommend this place.

Yelp
Wow. Wow. Wow. We have been coming to Mazatlan for years and plan to make it our retirement home and this will be a frequent spot!! I was hesitant to try a chain restaurant but after talking to and hearing from TONS of locals.... We took the leap!! Ok so first of all the food.... Amazing!! Fresh!! Fantastic!!! Get the oysters!!! Cooked, raw or Rockefeller you will NOT be disappointed. If you are looking to eat with a huge crowd and wait for a table don't go before 830pm!! We went at 730pm and while there were people there it was not packed and we didn't have to wait. Service... On. Point!!! Attentive. Amazing. Helpful and yet not over bearing. Price..... Well living in the Bay Area of California we have paid over $100 for just breakfast. So when we came here we ordered liberally because we were treating our selves for our 15 year wedding anniversary. I was ready to be shocked by the high bill!!! Yup.... $71..... oh and that was WITH tip.

Sammy M.

Yelp
Everything was perfect!!! The food, service, and atmosphere is amazing. The whole red snapper is so tasty!!!!

Nancy H.

Yelp
Food was excellent and ambiance good, however service needs some more work. However we did visit restaurant 2 times in a week.

Tammi M.

Yelp
Expensive but excellent food and service. Mojito was delicious and camarín de Don Juan (coconut) are guarantees !

Liliana Q.

Yelp
This place is amazing, all the seafood is so fresh and good. The service is great, everyone is so nice and helpful. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Mazatlán

Max D.

Yelp
The food here is great. We had tacos, camarones culichi, and some roasted veggies. The place is nice. The service was pretty bad. When we arrived we were treated really well. After we initially ordered we said we would be ordering more but were abandoned. Finally flagged down someone to take the order and they seemingly forgot it as someone else had to come ask again. Salsas and waters were empty unless asking. Probably just bad luck or bad timing. Id go back because the food is really good

Kate V.

Yelp
Just ok. Definitely has a fancy feel, but our group of 4 people felt this restaurant was just ok.

Sylvia G.

Yelp
Absolutely the best food we had while visiting Mazatlan and on the last day of our 7 day trip. I am glad we found this place else we would leave Mazatlan a bit disappointed with respect to the quality of restaurant meals. Amazing service, delicious food, attentive and caring staff. Get stuffed shrimps and octopus. Yummy. We didn't have reservations and got lucky to be immediately seated but I would definitely recommend making reservation. We spent 1250 pesos for 4 drinks, two wonderful meals and an appetizer. Thats only $64 without a tip.

Jay G.

Yelp
After another visit last night it was obvious more snow birds and u.s. vacationers are finding out about this place. They now have all English menus and they do have a few people who do speak English. This is still one of the best seafood spots in all of Mazatlan especially for Octopus. The grilled Octopus is HUGE, and the stuffed avocado with smoked fish is also massive so come hungry. No skimpy portions here! Still a solid 5 stars.

Roger P.

Yelp
This became our favorite restaurant during our vacation. We ate here a couple times and everything we had was delicious. Our fav was the fish filet & shrimp skewer (lonja de pescado con brocheta de camaron). Our daughters said the breaded shrimp in the kids meal was the best they ever had. The bar had creative and tasty cocktails too. We also enjoyed the great service along with the restaurant's nice ambiance and contemporary Mexican decor.

Liana C.

Yelp
Los Arcos was a recommendation from our hotel and then found on Yelp for menu and reviews. Reviews are all true. Service is above and beyond. Lost count of the number of staff that waited on us. The food and drinks were all excellent and attention to detail on everything from table setup, purse racks, service, food, drink garnishes and the dress of the staff is over the top amazing. Definitely want to come back during our stay in Mazatlan and highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience.

Azucena Z.

Yelp
Service was great, food was okay. I ordered the tuna steak and it was 4/10. I paired it with this wine which I highly recommend.

Celine R.

Yelp
They know what they are doing. Best place in town! Tried the shrimp and it was perfection. This place is first rate, it is a bit pricey but treat yourself once in a while.

Cyndi S.

Yelp
New find for us here in Mazatlán in Sábalo Country with off-street parking. Very clean, roomy indoor seating, and excellent service. Everyone in our party was happy with their meals.

Richard S.

Yelp
Friends who have a timeshare in Mazatlán and come here often raved about the whole fish. We were a group of 10 and one of the only parties in the restaurant at 8 PM. They didn't have a large fish for us so we got 3 smaller fish. Nothing to write home about. Very disappointed

Ana C.

Yelp
Went here because it was near my Hotel. The food was great everyone finished their meals. The service was good but a little slow rarely checked in overall it was a great place for dinner!

K W.

Yelp
Los Arcos is a MUST if you are in Mazatlan! Our server Rafael went above and beyond to accommodate my dairy allergy! He was so pleasant and made me feel like it was not an inconvenience at all and insured that my meal was cooked completely separate from anything containing dairy. The oysters were HUGE and outstanding! The whole fried fish was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 6 and every dish that was ordered from appetizers, main course, and of course dessert was fantastic. While I cannot attest to how good the churros tasted I do know that they were a hit with our entire table enough that we wanted to go back each night just for dessert! Bottom line do yourself and favor and go check out Los Arcos, you will not regret it! Keep up the good work ya'll!

SammyC2357 ..

Yelp
I had the Shrimp Culichi in Green Sauce au Gratin and I loved it. My wife had the stuffed sea bass and said it was very bland.

Sasha J.

Yelp
My husband was a little hesitant to try a chain in Mazatlan but our Airbnb host highly recommended it. Los Arcos did not disappoint! As you walk in, they take your temperature, give you hand sanitizer and a small plastic bag for your mask. The service was incredible. Our waiter, Francisco, sprayed the table with sanitizer before we sat down and brought a stand where I could hang my purse. He was attentive but didn't hover. We shared the ceviche 7 chiles and it was hands down my favorite. The shrimp, jaiba, and octopus were fresh, tender, and spicy. I ordered the ensalada de camarón and my husband ordered the camarón puertorriqueño. He loved his meal. I tasted it and it was delicious but almost more like a dessert than a savory dish. Huge shrimp battered and fried in what tasted like coconut corn bread! My dish came in the form of two mounds of creamy shrimp salad on top of two avocado halves. So good! But like I said, the ceviche 7 chiles was the best..so good I ate it all before we could take a pic. Please go here. Just because it's a chain or tourists go here doesn't mean you won't have an amazing meal.

Amber E.

Yelp
We love Los Arcos in Tijuana, and have been dozens of times, but this is our first visit to Los Arcos here in Mazatlan. It was a great experience - wonderful service, amazing food, and even a full round of happy Birthday in Spanish. The crowd favorite, by far, was the gubernador tacos with grilled shrimp and cheese. But the blue fin sashimi was excellent, and shrimp ceviche was, too. Wasn't a big fan of the smoked marlin tacos, avocado w/ shrimp salad (way too much mayo), or shrimp tempura- kind of a heavy orange-chicken type batter. But the tuna taco was really tasty, and the grilled shrimp were good, and the shrimp in lettuce cups were delicious too. Really nice atmosphere; even better when the remodel is finished. Gracias!

Richard E.

Yelp
We were a family of five and tried many dishes on the menu. We were not disappointed in the quality of the food and the service was excellent. Our server was Julio and he did an awesome job. I recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Mazatlan.

Mystoxu P.

Yelp
This restaurant is spot on. We have had two incredible meals. If you like REAL seafood this is the place. My seafood soup had 2 pounds of everything fresh from the sea. We were very impressed.

Cossette K.

Yelp
The ambience was very relaxed we were able to hold a great conversation without having to yell at each other like at other restaurants we have been in the past. The service was really good we got a server as soon as we were at the table, our refreshments came right away and our dishes kept coming to the table in the order we placed them. Our waiter even took our group pictures ! Prices are it low but also not super high, definitely a place I will come back again and again. The food was amazing, super tasty and fresh.! 5 rating!

Jp R.

Yelp
Buenísimo y muy buen servicio. No tiene fallas. Les recomiendo la tostada de atún y el aguachile.

Benjamin D.

Yelp
Great place to visit in Mazatlán right off of the main drag. The service was very friendly. It was a semi romantic and a feel good vibe environment with a lot of wait staff laughing and talking to customers. 2 main courses, 2 appetizers and a wine and water for 54USD. The music was American pop but current. Good lighting, overall clean and well worth the visit. I'd give 4.5 stars but they are perfect 5 so far and I don't want to ruin that

Eric C.

Yelp
It was my favorite restaurant of the trip. Great atmosphere and service. I was sad to find it on our last night or we would have gone many times!

Helena R.

Yelp
I have eaten at this place each time I came to Mazatlan for a meeting, and each time, it has been a great experience. It is obviously a fav. local place for families, birthdays, anniversaries so I know the quality is excellent. Yesterday, I asked for the whole fish (Covina) grilled in butter - it was absolutely yummy!!! My eyes were bigger than my tummy so there was left overs. Today I ordered the pulpa grilled in garlic and olive oil - So delicious, I had to share with my compadres...And to top it off since it is so hot here in Mazatlan, I ordered a large strawberry daiquiri - Delicious!!! Highly recommended as the most favorite seafood restaurant here!! And the service is above and beyond anyone's expectations...so why go anywhere else??

Joe Y.

Yelp
The food at this restaurant was outstanding, only downfall was a rude staff member. We did talk to the restaurant manager, but it seemed to me like he was just a stand in with no authority. To bad because I really enjoyed the food and 1 bad employee can loose a business it's reputation and revenues.

T W.

Yelp
Shrimp ceviche and octopus!!!!! Need I say more? Fresh seafood at its best. Clean, good service, family style restaurant. Was highly recommended by a local. I will go back!

Martha M.

Yelp
This was my favorite spot for seafood. The service by the employees was amazing. The COVID safety measures were great. The food had a lot of flavor and great quality. The presentation of the food was nice. Our favorites were the green shrimp agua chile and the cooked shrimp ceviche special.

Toxiic H.

Yelp
I just ordered the clam chowder, this is quite possibly the worst chowder I've ever had. I'd rather go canned, it's flavorless, watery, and the bread bowl is toasted so mucho it's tastes burned. I'm really disappointed because I had very high expectations for this dish. Clearly, whom ever made this has never had a REAL clam chowder bread bowl and definitely should. Won't be having it ever again at Los Arcos

Manuel N.

Yelp
Simply one of the best seafood values if not the best in Mazatlan for high quality seafood with great service but not pushy. My family loved it and I had my favorite plate the Pulpo Mongol a must try if you love a combination of octopus, shrimp, and smoked marlin sautéed to perfection your taste buds will thank you forever. They are still the King in my eyes.

JC G.

Yelp
Professional staff. Great fresh food. Great service. I've been going to Los Arcos for years. It's like a family tradition. They have restaurants in different cities and they all meet the same standards. Highly recommended!!!

R M V.

Yelp
I have to say hands down the best restaurant in all of Mazatlan!! The food, service, and atmosphere was amazing!! We had a ceviche especial made of cubed robalo fish that was delicious and so was an avocado dish that is not on the menu (we knew because we order it in Los Arcos Tijuana) our main dish was Lonja de pescado and chicharrones de pescado. For dessert we ordered a tres leche again delicious. Our waiter Eduardo suggested we order a banana pie and Omg! It was so good that I went back and ordered a full pie to go. Honestly you need to go here you will love it!! You won't go wrong amazing food great attentive service and nice atmosphere. Gerardo one of the head waiters is so kind and accommodating. Thanks to all Los Arcos staff!

Lynette D.

Yelp
Not only is the food amazingly good (with REAL CRAB, not imitation crab...) but the service is to notch! I ordered the shrimp tempura with rice (and didn't have to ask for more rice... When the waiter noticed I was running low, he offered to bring 2nd helping) and that was BOMB. My bf got the stuffed shrimp and mushroom stuffed fish which he said was do flavorful! The price point is very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. The atmosphere is clean and casual. And again... The servers were very attentive throughout our entire meal! We're going back to this place again before our vacation ends!
