Alright, I’ve skimmed the reviews moaning about “awful service” at this clothing store, and seriously, what do these people expect — a personal stylist and a champagne toast? The staff is just fine, far from all up in your face and maybe a little distant, sure, but if I asked a question, or for help, I got what I needed. Prices are astonishingly high, and so is the quality, but that’s another topic entirely. I was glad I stopped in.

Not only are the textiles eye watering expensive (they are unique and beautiful, that’s a given) but the service is shamefully awful. I entered and there was already a large group of ladies being attended to. So I waited patiently and was eventually half addressed by an assistant who listened to my request and then promptly walked away and didn’t come back. When after 5 more minutes I asked her again she gave me the most dismissive look and then just turned away. So I left. I’d have been happy to spend some money on a nice product here but not with service as dismissive and disinterested as that.

fantastic product. shamefully bad service. it seems to be intentional and part of the package. it is hard to figure out how a company got the product so right and the service so wrong. id give the service an F- really poor

Impeccable craftsmanship and quality. The items in here run at a higher price than what you'll see in many shops but you are still getting an incredible deal for what you are paying for. For people invested in buying something unique and precious, not just a souvenir, come here.

I visited this shop in San Miguel de Allende and purchased some beautiful items. I didn't realize they had a shop in Oaxaca until I walked into it today. I was so disappointed in the two girls that were working in the shop. There were no smiles or welcoming us to shop in the store. I felt very uncomfortable looking at items as one girl followed behind me folding what I was looking at. Neither of the girls were helpful, I felt so uncomfortable that I left the shop. The girls were more interested in their cell phones than helping customers! It's too bad, the shop has some lovely pieces. I went back the following day and experienced the same thing, the girls were glued to their cell phone and were very unhappy working in the shop. I hope the owner of the shop reads these reviews because it's really a sorry situation.

Working hours are inaccurate, be prepared to find a closed store

Of dozens of textile stores I visited, this has the highest quality fabrics and most elegant designs. 4 stars only because the prices are astonishingly high.

Considering how pricey these items are the people working are not very helpful at all. Everything is beautiful but be prepared to spend $$$ and not have a “smiley” experience
