Nice food and atmosphere. However, poor service when we wanted to pay with cash. They didn't have change for our bills (not an unreasonable amount of change). We then tried to pay with coins we had on us instead but then there were like 4 soles missing. We ended up having to leave way too much of a tip cuz they didnt have change at all. I like to tip but don't want to feel forced to.

spent four nights at Los Corales, and here’s my honest review. When we arrived, we were immediately taken aback by how beautiful the place was. The atmosphere had a very calming, zen-like quality. A lush, well-kept path lined with tropical vegetation led directly to the beach—it was truly picturesque. We stayed in an upstairs room with a garden view, which was lovely. The room itself was small but manageable, and the bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of hot water. Everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was included, but calling it a buffet is a bit of a stretch. It consisted of eggs (cooked to order), lots of white bread, a small cup of fruit, and coffee or tea. Anything beyond that came with an extra charge. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there was one staff member who seemed less enthusiastic—perhaps just a bad day or two, and I don’t believe she was full-time. The beach in Máncora was absolutely stunning and a major highlight of our trip. As for the on-site restaurant, the menu offered good variety, but prices were on the higher side. Unfortunately, the trip took a turn on our last day when I came down with a severe case of food poisoning. I spent the night with a high fever and stuck in the bathroom and bed. Thankfully, my Peruvian wife was able to get medication in town, which helped a lot. I'm writing this review from Miraflores, still recovering. As beautiful as Los Corales is, due to the food poisoning and how it affected the end of our stay, I personally wouldn’t return.

We didn’t stay over night but had lunch here 3 days in a row because it was so good! The freshest fish we’ve had in a while! We tried everything from Causa’s, to Chupe de Langostinos and Langosta a la Parilla. Mojitos were also a hit! And overall ambience/scenic view was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you so much to Sandra and all her staff for our wonderful stay. The food is delicious and so fresh and the beach was a little oasis where my mom and I could recharge. We will be getting married next year at los corales and super excited about it 🤩

Great view but there was a cricket infestations in the hotel. Also you are not allowed to bring ANYONE into your room that is not on the reservation. They are very strict about that. Pretty much what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

My husband and I spent a week here for our first anniversary. The hotel was affordable (except for the wine) and the staff really took care of us. The room was clean, the balcony looked over the ocean (with two sets of doors depending on much you would like to shut out the elements), the area was quiet - lots of sound buffering thanks to all the trees and foliage. Sure, people complain about the rocks on the shore line, but that's nature and you just have to deal with it or walk down the beach a bit to a point that's a bit more clear. ||||Just outside of town, it was anywhere from S/.5-7 to take a moto-taxi in for dinner, drinks, shopping, whatever. And there are taxis everywhere. The food at the hotel was just fine, breakfasts got a little boring, but it was free so can't complain much. We went into Mancora for dinner or lunch much of the time. ||||Sitting by the beach was wonderfully relaxing. The masseuse on site was fantastic. The waiters were there whenever our drinks were empty. If we bought our own wine and brought it back to the hotel, they happily opened it and provided us glasses. ||||Right now I sound like I'm rambling, but I can't say enough good things about this place!

I was very impressed with the hotel. The top sell is the location. It has an amazing view and if you get the sea front rooms you are looking directly onto the beach. ||The staff were friendly and attentive, but not intrusive and the place was very clean.||My initial fear was the distance from town, but its easy and cheap to get motor taxis back and forth (5 soles) or you can walk along the beach. ||The food was great and I was impressed with everything I ate there. My only suggestion would be that they could have a bigger variety of clearly marked veggi options. For example, they had lots of pastas options, but no veggi option. I'm sure they would have made me veggi pasta of asked, but it's generally just nicer to have in on the menu. They did have some veggi options and I was particularly impressed with the quinoa salad.||Great option if you want a place to chill but still be close to the town.
