Los Establos Panama

The food was TOP NOTCH!! The staff were so helpful and polite. My sister and I stayed for 7 days. We enjoyed every excursion and 3 massages. Going to the top of the Volcano Baru was the highlight of our trip. We were here during the Super Bowl and the hotel went all out with a celebration in the gathering room. Included were a bbq dinner, nachos, wings, desserts and drinks. They have happy hour before dinner every evening, which was a fantastic way to engage with the other guests. We shared stories of our excursions, got advice about the area and learned about their lives back home. We made some wonderful memories together and have started what I’m sure are going to be life long friendships. The atmosphere is relaxed and carefree. We would definitely recommend coming here for an adventure.

I “won” a trip to Los Establos at a charity fundraiser and decided to bring my family along. We were blown away by the views, the hospitality (the staff is incredible), the activities, and the food! We would definitely recommend Los Establos to anyone looking for an all inclusive experience in Panama. Our excursions included zip lining, the coffee tour, driving tour, pipeline hike, lost waterfalls hike, and the volcano. All the excursions were wonderful! The resort itself is also great, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is the perfect size, and the dining room / happy hour spaces were lovely. We kept saying “we feel so relaxed.” This trip truly exceeded our expectations!

What a wonderful all inclusive resort. The staff is amazing! The food was wonderful and the views were amazing! We enjoyed the daily happy hour. Xavier was such a great waiter. He really took good care of us. Gabriella at the front desk was so pleasant and helped us book our tours. I highly recommend this resort for your next getaway. We loved everything about Los Eatablos.

The most incredible views coupled with an intimate setting at los establos. Just wow. Rooms are spacious and cozy, but let’s hit on the FOOD. We had to personally thank the chef on our final night. Every meal was carefully curated and the flavors were divine. So much great food in town, but we never missed a dinner at the hotel. 10/10. Loved every minute of our stay! A special shout out to Marvin who made sure our every whim was met with a smile and kind words. 10/10 would stay again!

Los Establos is such a wonder place! It is peaceful, yet fun! They host happy hour everyday and it gives all of the guests a chance to meet each other and share their experiences. I would name staff members that went above and beyond, but every staff member did that for us! We had a minor issue with our reservation when we arrived, so when it was solved, we were upgraded without us complaining or asking. They did this on their own, which I find to be unique in this day and age. I had also mentioned that I enjoy a certain drink and the next day they went to the store and bought the ingredients! The grounds are beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay!

I really didn’t know what to expect, as I got this trip through a silent auction. Let me tell you, I WAS BLOWN AWAY by Los Establos. The property and views are like no other: flowers, rainbows and hummingbirds everywhere. ( rainshowers often because you are in the clouds- but we didn’t mind at all. All you have to do is travel back down the mountain and you will have different weather!) The food? I’m a bit of a food snob and all I can say is that chef hit it out of the park every single day. I had special diet needs, and they bent over backwards making sure I was happy. ( I was more than happy). But really what sets Los Establos above all the others… the staff. And I mean every single one of them. There was a medical emergency with one of the guests and the way it was handled by the owner was remarkable. I have to say I was a bit choked up saying goodbye to everyone, especially Marvin, Xavier and Daiya. They were instrumental in our stay being perfect. We are planning a return trip already!!!

This is our second time staying at this resort in five years. My mom uses a walker and they were so accommodating, the staff is amazing and Josfina (the resort’s manager) is the best. The food is top notch and the rooms are so comfortable.

A beautiful resort tucked away in the mountains an hour away from David Panama. The resort is beautiful. The staff is excellent. The food is excellent. The rooms are excellent. The view of the mountains is un parallel. You can’t get better service.
