Great traditional Spanish Tapas at a fair price! It was a flavourful surprise when we started the green salad which included broccoli, spinach, avocado and was brought together with a sesame dressing! The real stars of the show? The black pudding and chistorra as well as the classic “broken eggs”, they proved to be hearty and absolutely delicious 😋 Even the bread that came as a side is worth a mention here, we took the leftovers home, so make sure you try that too 😉 A fab down-to-earth tapas spot for authentic tapas!

Amazing food and wine. Suckling Pig, Sirloin and Rabo de Toro were fantastic. Melt in the mouth.

Straight off the plane from Dubai to this charming restaurant in central Madrid. Delicious tapas and some outstanding tapanade made with tomatoes (unsure what else was in it maybe capsicum). Food and wine were very well priced. Great value and I would certainly come back here. It was way better than the restaurant we went to for dinner!

The most tender octopus I've ever had!!! I was amazed by how fresh and tender the grilled octopus was. The pork cheek was yummy and tender, too. It literally melted in my mouth. I loved these 2 main dishes. The scramble egg, however, is not to my liking. It's ordinary, oily, and pricy dish for me.

Great food. It was full of customers, hectic, and staff were busy.

I recently dined at Los Huevos de Lucio in the La Latina neighborhood of Madrid, and it was a fantastic experience. Their egg-based tapas are a must-try. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch, making for a delightful dining experience. After dinner, there are great spots on the same street to explore, enhancing the overall experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this taverna offers a unique taste of Madrid's culinary scene. Highly recommended! Pro tip: Get a side of jamón with your eggs!

I came here 2 years ago at the advice of my concierge for lunch. I believe there are 3 rooms; street level, natural light, good people watching.2nd vs level, not barb but not great. Third level basically basement. I got seated on the second level my first visit. Not my first choice but busy and stylish people. Good service and food. Everyone drinking wine, laughing, happy. Today we got brought down to the lowest lel. Like this funny episode of Curb your enthusiasm where there’s a section for attractive people and one for ugly people. We were in the ugly section (and we are not ugly)! Our server had zero personality. The food was mediocre, the worst I’ve had in my two week stay here. I’m leaving tomorrow and to say it left a bad taste in my mouth is a huge understatement. I will never be back and you should never enter this poor excuse of a restaurant. It’s pitiful!!!!

We went here due to a recommendation from the Telegraph newspaper that I found online. It was a good pick. Started off with a Partridge salad with a nice vinaigrette, though the meat was cold. It was a nice start to the meal. That was followed with a mushroom, asparagus & Iberian ham dish that the waiter had recommended. The aroma that the dish gave off was wonderful and I couldn't wait to tuck into this one. Interestingly, the waiter also mixed in a raw egg yolk into the dish, a la carbonara style. It was phenomenally tasty. And I'd recommend you get this dish. The pork cheeks was up next and that was cooked nice and succulent. We finished off sharing a chocolate mousse, which was just right to fill the two of us completely. Our waiter was very good, spoke English and dissuaded me from ordering the lamb sweetmeat dish as he said it would be too filling for the two of us with what we had already ordered. Second time that's happened in Madrid, seems like the waiters here are good enough to let you know if they think you've over ordered, much appreciated. The restaurant was busy, even at 3pm, but we managed to get a table immediately. Slightly noisy with the hub bub, but you're still able to hold a conversation without having to shout.
