Awesome food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. The chicken waffle and smoked salmon waffle were delicious! Nice coffee too. What a little gem. Thank you!

Lovely food and didn’t have to wait long, despite the cafe being busy. Great that you do Matcha Latte too. The only feedback I have is the WiFi. Your WiFi is password protected and when I asked the waitress if I could connect, she said no the WiFi is not for customers. You have the WiFi available at your store, why not let your customers connect to it? It doesn’t make sense! I was planning to go through work emails while having my breakfast which I was unable to do in the end. I feel allowing customers access to your WiFi would be a huge benefit to your business, you’ve already got it set up, why not?! Customers are likely to stay longer and buy more food / drink. I would have stayed for another latte if I could have connected as I would have been able to get through some work. Instead, I went back to the office.

Lo’s never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. The chilli sauce is a standout, packed with flavour and the perfect amount of heat — it takes every dish to the next level. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for both a casual meal or a night out with family and friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow!!! If you are looking for breakfast options and have a sweet tooth, look no further. This was the best breakfast I think I have ever had, absolutely delicious. The waffles and the pancakes were cooked so well and accompanied with tasty additions. You will enjoy every mouthful. We also had an almond milk cappuccino and the Energizer smoothie. Both were really good too and also one of the better smoothies I have out somewhere. Highly recommend and we will be returning next time we are in Karratha. Bonus points for being pet friendly and the ability to relocate the outdoor tables to a spot of your liking.

This is best restaurant in Ktown. I like so much. Taiwan milk tea flavor very beautiful. Love.💝

Every visitors to Lo’s makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Food is always delicious and on the occasion where there was an issue with my order, Ginger was very apologetic while welcoming the feedback, even offering cupcakes for the 3 kids to apologise for the issue. Waffles are always a hit with my kids!

I had an amazing time trying the chicken waffles at this spot! The dish was an explosion of flavors - crunchy, succulent chicken paired with fluffy waffles made for a perfect combination. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially on weekends, as this place gets crowded. But trust me, it's worth every minute of waiting for this delightful treat!

Firstly, great service. Was about to close but waited for us instead of kicking us out. Lots of Gluten free options available and actually has a large offering unlike other cafes or bakeries in area, who say they have GF, but have actually very little or use it as a draw card to get you in Food here was delicious, coffee very good and overlooking Green grass and park was nice atmosphere on a warm day. Staff friendly and very polite. Highly recommended place to have coffee, drinks and food. Pet friendly outside which is plus plus. Thank you for making our meal experience so welcoming 🙏.
