My stay at Los Mandarinos was a pleasant surprise, thanks to its stunning grounds and pristine condition. The hotel’s elegance was a highlight, making for a serene retreat.
While the beauty of the hotel met our expectations, the customer service had room for improvement. Staff seemed undertrained, notably in guest communication, initial welcome and offering assistance with luggage. These areas didn’t quite match the hotel’s aesthetic excellence.
Despite this, the overall experience was positive. A bit more focus on staff training could elevate Los Mandarinos to truly embody its four-star rating. It’s a place with great potential, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves. Recommended for those appreciating beauty and hoping for service to match in the future.
