I'm absolutely speechless by how incredible this place is. It has the essence of home, a friendly staff, the most reasonable prices I've ever come across (my meal + breakfast the next day was $20), and to top it all off, it was done SO quickly. I was on a lunch break doing a job at the convention center nearby and was nervous about taking too long, but because of how professional the staff is, I ended up having time to eat my meal and make it back to work early! Thank you to everyone at Los Molinos, you've got a customer for life here!

Ordered a $10 barbacoa torta at the Tivoli location and the meat tasted off. Started picking it out and look at all the cuero. 🤢. Never again, will be walking to the ninth Street location next time.

This shop has great and affordable food for being downtown and on campus. The General Manger is very friendly and also supports student events and projects when possible! The staff are all friendly as well. Their breakfast burritos are a must at least once a week for me! Also the best REAL horchata I have had around these parts!

As always the food was delish. That and it only took like 5 minutes for my order to be ready. talk about speedy service. The hortchata is good and the guacamole is amazing I love this place so much exactly what I needed after a tough class.

I would give this negative stars if I could. I went to the Tivoli location because I had a training there and it was convenient. It was 10:30 in the morning and the lady who was behind the counter seemed confused and/or high. I ordered and she forgot my order despite the fact that there were no other customers at the window and no orders in the works. I waited for a while and then had to ask about my food. She apologized and then started working in my order. When I finally got food the carnita meat in my tacos looked like boiled pork or cat food out of a can. The meat had no taste. The only edible part of my meal was the chips and salsa. My friend got queso and chips and the queso was watery and also had no taste. Avoid this place.

Solid place to stop for lunch on/around Auraria Campus. Their food and vibe feels very authentically Mexican, and the prices are generally reasonable. Lots of meat choices (highly recommend their Adobada), all fresh ingredients, and the staff has always been very nice!

Got my order wrong twice, and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the first replacement (which was still wrong). Food was like warm and meat was dry.

I love the taste of the quesabirria barbacoa but it's hit or miss. Some days it's all meat. Some days there's a lot of fat. I'm not a fan of eating a lot of fat so I hope I don't look weird when I'm spitting it out. Again, the taste is AWESOME, but I don't want to chew my meat and suck on fat. The staff is amazing. I love the building and the sights and sounds that are abound.

Terrible quesabirria tacos! 2/3 of the tacos had no edible meat, it was purely fat. The meat I was able to eat didn't taste very good either, and the consommé was really oily. The tortillas got very soggy, so they completely fell apart when picking them up. I would not recommend or return. Total waste of $15

We had the Tinga Torta, Tinga Tostada, and Sausage Breakfast Burrito. Good service and food came out within 5 minutes!

Food is ok and breakfast burritos are mostly potatoes hardly egg or meat. It was salsa, potatoes and cheese. The music is blasting and hard to hear and tables are dirty. It's ok but not really good.

I came here once before class started because a classmate was raving Over about how they found the perfect breakfast burrito. Being a poor student, good cheap food is always on my radar so of course I had to try it out. Damn, if only I lived closer. The burritos are a good size. Not super large like a 7 pound baby, but not super tiny you feel ripped off. You can choose whatever filling you like too. I chose bacon because it is breakfast. I chose spicy too and I almost cried. It was spicy but in a way that makes me happy burn my tongue off. If you're ever in the Auraria Campus area, stop by. It's family owned, small business, that can satisfy anyone.

Love this place! Very quick and also very tasty. It has never taken over 10 minutes for my order. Highly recommend.

Really great food and a nice variety! I discovered this family-run gem in campus and will continue to go back. The staff is kind, helpfully and thorough and the food is hot, fresh, authentic and AMAZING! The shady back patio is stunning. Worth the trip!

Delicious and authentic Mexican food in the middle of Auraria campus. I would highly recommend it. This is the best lunch and breakfast option on campus . They have breakfast burritos all day. Amazing chilli cheese fries.

Dirty, dirty. Couldn't find a clean table upstairs. Trash on the floor. SCREAM your order to the cashier because the music is rock band loud. Kept asking her to repeat what she said due to the blasting noise. Crazy place. I'd skip it. No sour cream repeated at least 5 times but, sure enough, had a blob of sour cream on my tostada. How about 1/2 star rating?

CANT BEAT $1 TACO TUESDAY! this is my favorite place to go after a long day of classes! Its right on campus which is very convenient and even if I don't there's tons of parking and its super accesible. I love their asada tacos more than anything! The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because I wish the tacos weren't just plain protein and onions.. However, the staff is super friendly and the prices are good so it def makes up for it. Real authentic mexican food.

If you want authentic Mexican come here. My family owned a Mexican bakery/restaurant for over 20 years and they closed it down a couple of years ago. Los Molinos reminds me of my family's restaurant. It's amazing!

Recently found this restaurant while on the Auraria Campus, and I've got to say that I'm glad I did! Great tacos for an even greater price! I recommend to all college students wanting a quick taco/ Mexican fix!

For months I would have given Los Molinos a 5 star rating, their food is top notch, the staff friendly, and the portions quite nice. Today a friend and I went in to find the portions have changed dramatically. The tacos she ordered were half the size that they have been since their opening (literally 2" diameter) and the rice and beans bowls was about 1/3 smaller. I can understand the bowl being smaller as they were pretty big, but tacos the size of silver dollar pancakes for $1.95 each???? Really??? The good tastes are still there, but Los Molinos has gone cheap with their portions and now, like many of the businesses around campus, are not so friendly to the pocket books of the students of the Auraria campus. I love the food, but can no longer see myself frequenting this establishment.

This past weekend Metropolitan State University was the host to the 2019 Colorado Statewide Mariachi Festival and Concert. Los Molinos Restaurant on the Auraria Campus provided food services for the maestros and welcomed students in the morning with horchata and breakfast burritos. What a delight. Ivy and Sergio are true professionals and the food was enjoyed by many. Adelante!!!! Looking forward to future opportunities to share in the banquet. Dr. Lorenzo A.
