I stayed at Los Patios for 4 nights and 5 days. The staff were definitely super friendly, which I appreciated. However, my room was very noisy — I could hear everything from outside and the bar area, which made it hard to rest properly. They did change me to a less noisy room thou.
I mentioned this to the staff, but was surprised by their reaction. They acted as if they weren’t aware of the noise issue in some rooms. After reading other reviews, it seems I was *gaslit* — it’s clearly a known problem.
Pros:
Top location in Manila, El Poblado — lots of restaurants and cafés around.

My Favorite Tours (Ranked):
1. Free Walking Tour – Downtown (75,000 COP) (amazing tour guide--follow him: yes.to.colombia (ig)
2. Bike Tour (136,000 COP) (Juan Jo tour guide, great guy too)
3. El Peñol (200,000 COP) (the tour itself is worth it)
4. Soccer Match (220,000 COP) (you could do it on your own if you want)
Hidden Gem (Did on My Own):
Arví Park– 54,000 COP- Highly underrated. Worth the visit!- Check the hiking path!
Tip:
Always ask how many people have signed up for a tour. If it’s less than two (including you), I recommend skipping it — the experience might not be as enjoyable.
Will I come back?
I'm not sure. There are definitely more hotels in Medellín I’d like to explore.
Is the best hostel in Medellin?
doubt it.
But cheerss to the amazing staff, 10/10 to them!
Guys you made this hotel a better experience <3 Gracias amigos!
