One of the best shots of espresso I had in Valencia-- well balanced, full bodied and syrupy with a hint of fruit. Delicious croissants, too. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to coffee. My server was very friendly and the outdoor patio, right next to a little park, was a wonderful place to enjoy my breakfast. So, 5 stars. But... I have to give them a little pushback on their slogan,"No wifi, No decaf, No BS," as it rubbed me the wrong way. The no wifi thing is totally fine. But, here's the thing about decaf... some people have health issues that don't allow them to consume caffeine. Even I, as a coffee fanatic, sometimes opt for decaf for certain reasons. And, some of the best, most well regarded specialty coffee shops in the world (many of which I've visited) source excellent, well roasted, swiss water processed decaf that rivals many caffeinated beans. So, calling decaf "BS" is, in itself, BS imo. If you don't want to take the time to find and source good decaf, that's fine. But, don't be ostracizing people with health issues with an arrogant slogan, just because you're not familiar with good decaf or don't want to buy a second grinder. That's all, end of rant! :)
