12 Best Things to Do in Santa Fe

"Last year, the family-owned certified organic Grosso lavender farm, Los Poblanos in Albuquerque, which hosts a 45-room Inn alongside its tasty Campo restaurant, opened a Santa Fe outpost in a rehabbed, 1930s Sinclair Gas station. The airy space, dressed with reclaimed wood tiling (milled from the farm’s defunct pine trees) stocks the brand’s lavender-based lotions, shampoos, scrubs, soaps and salves—alongside a trio of signature scents (if you want to smell New Mexico, pick up the piñon grove fragrance.) Also available are offee beans, organic chocolate and the brand’s line of granola, alongside handsome Oaxacan-made pottery. Off to the side through a small doorway, a dimly-lit, 30s-esque speakeasy bar decked with floral tiles, vintage wallpaper and gin-forward cocktails, a recent booze foray by the farm, paired with small nibbles." - Kate Donnelly

incredibly charming shop and cocktail bar! we ordered the Negroni, the lavender gimlet, and the rose greely which were all super lovely, as was the service! we also enjoyed poking around the shop full of local goods, all of which smelled fantastic. If we were locals, we’d be regulars.

Cute little bar and farm store showcasing locally made spirits, foods, beauty products, and other small kitchen and bath items. The bartenders are very excited to share their spirits and history and a well curated drinks menu, with gin as the primary spirit focus but other options are available. The bar decor is a comfortable vintage vibe with a warm feeling, this lovely must see stop for an afternoon imbibe. Shown: two Negroni riffs made with their Dry and Lavender Gins

Loved the drinks I had here. I was not a fan of Gin before I had a drink here. The gimlet (not pictured) was by far my favorite drink I’ve had during my trip! Now I’m more open to try more drinks with gin hehe. The atmosphere here is cozy and intimate. Would love to stop to get drinks here more often if I lived closer!

This is a gorgeous space-beautifully decorated and in the heart of Santa Fe. I loved their outside patio where I enjoyed a rose infused gin cocktail. As a certified herbalist I really appreciated the care they put into their botanical infused cocktails. They taste delicious and are beautifully presented. I also particularly love their napkin design!

I ordered a mocktail, Adapt-to-zero gin. So good! Charcuterie board was perfectly made. I love the Los Poblanos green chile jam! The ambiance and staff very nice and attentive.

Must visit the bar! The shop has a good mix of items, most being made at Los poblanos. The drinks were amazing and the cheese board was to die for

Lovely store for memorabilia, small cute things for your kitchen, and body care products! I enjoyed the vibe and attention from the staff! If you have some time to kill, go visit their cute store and enter the bar they have in the back! Totally a nice play to spend some time!

Currently obsessed with all things Los Poblanos, I stopped into Bar Norte for an afternoon break. It was a tie between the Farm G&T (Western) and the Norte Margarita, both were superb. Ambience was dark, green and restful. Bartender offered to make me a custom concoction after explaining one of the ingredients for Meem’s Dream was out, but I ended up staying with the standards on the menu.
