This is the most amazing place! The views are out of this world, it feels like you are in a green screen! The activities offered are many and varied, from horse riding, to river rafting, hiking, yoga, and many many more. The food is outstanding, with lots of choice for all preferences, including healthy options. There are several "cookouts" each week which were so fun. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin which was modern, and comfortable with daily housekeeping. However, the most outstanding part of this incredible place is the staff. They are just fantastic, and go out of their way to give you a totally unforgettable holiday. Just go - you won't regret it!!

Thai was the best vacation ever. The ranch and scenery are gorgeous. The cabins were immaculate. The horses were amazing and the rides were so cool. The scenic float was so wonderful we did it twice! Food was fantastic. I can’t recommend highly enough. Only advice is do excursions before you get there because you won’t wanna leave

I am shocked at the few low reviews. This place is a slice of heaven. The rooms are newly renovated. The staff was incredible! No ask was too big...my sister in law had food poisoning from before we landed. They made her homemade broth and drove an hour to pick up her antibiotics ! The food was amazing. The wranglers were fun and helpful. Beautiful scenery, great company, many activities, and family friendly. We will be back! This will be an annual family trip for sure!

We recently returned from a family trip at Lost Creek Ranch and truly do not have enough wonderful things to say about it! The location was stunning and conveniently approx. 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Jackson Hole. The newly updated cabins we beautiful and comfortable. The meals were delicious and Charlie, Harrison, Sasha and the other dining staff/chefs provided wonderful, personalized service. We had a few birthdays during the trip and the pastry chef made the most stunning delicious birthday cakes for our group. My kids adored kids camp and the fun, caring, intentional and protective staff- Evony and Sam. All activities ran smoothly and were a blast including hikes, rides, river floats, the rodeo, plein air painting, skeet shooting, archery, etc. The evening activities were fun and across the board and the staff was amazing. Jasmin, the General Manager, was a huge help in all planning for the trip (where 13 of us traveled). Cannot recommend Lost Creek Ranch enough!

Check review of Terri365 from June 2024 - identical experience. I cannot write it better and it sure comports with everything I heard from the other visitors last week who were all talking about how well run the place is . And what a special time . Wife and I were just there last week returning yesterday . We had our three daughters , their husbands and 7 grandchildren ages 4-12 - we all had great activities , wonderful staffers , great food and horseback / hiking / Snake River float / kid club experiences and it was UNANIMOUS - LCR is terrific ! ||Finally , kind regards to Slim , Hitchhiker , Zenny and so many others .

Normally one would wait until after they have departed to write a review, however, quality & consistency compels me to weigh in early. I spent my career working for a company considered “Best in the Business” for customer satisfaction, so I brought a very high expectation to the ranch. From the initial phone calls & emails to the actual arrival at the ranch the attention to detail & satisfaction was a common theme. Now that we’ve been here a little over half way, the staff’s esprit de corps & the genuine drive to make sure that everyone, 7 to 71 in our case, is having fun & is getting to fulfill their own expectations of our time here. I can see why many families come back year after year. In the vein of the company for which I spent my career, BRAVO ZULU! (If you see a better understanding, look it up.)

I will never be able to fully express just how incredible our trip to Lost Creek was. My husband I chose this place as our honeymoon destination and I can promise no one has ever had a better honeymoon than us. I could say so much about this place but to save the readers some time I’ll give you my top 5 reasons that you should book your stay at this ranch over any other. #1 you get the most photographed view in the Tetons every single day without having to walk more than 30 steps. #2 you will not find a single restaurant in the town of Jackson that has better food than breakfast, lunch and dinner in LC dining room. Four course dinners every night except for cookout nights. All the wild game you could ever imagine trying. We also got a special made honeymoon cake that would make your tongue smack your brain. #3 I would put this as #1 however I’m sure our experience with this may not be as universal. THE STAFF!!!!! Every single staff member was phenomenal. We so enjoyed getting to know them, they truly went above and beyond to make connections with the guest and offer them a good time. Genuine people with a genuine desire to share their love and passion for life on the ranch. #4 the activities on the ranch are absolutely endless. A week truly felt like a month in the best way possible. We left the ranch only twice and each time we found ourselves eager to get back so we weren’t missing out on anything fun. Made our trip so much more relaxing that all the planning was done for us, all we had to do was show up to the fun. Lastly #5 Jasmine the director has poured her heart and soul into every last detail of the place. Beautifully decorated spaces with true eye for textiles and vintage pieces that were specifically sourced, perfectly creates the cowboy aesthetic that everyone wants a taste of these days. Might I mention that she also specifically ordered a game off of amazon for a family to have during their stay because she knew it was their tradition to play together. I saw every single penny I ever spent at LC being put to good use all around me, but most importantly I made relationships with staff and other guest that I will never ever forget, and got to experience the most wonderful vacation with my husband that we will be sharing stories about for many years to come.

Google
The absolute worst employees. Clicky and awful people that are animal resistant and cruelty workers tbh. Beautiful ranch but the owners the employees and the managers are god awful. Also the place is super dated and looks like it should be placed in the 90s. Even with the renovations: in comparison to the other stellar ranches in Montana and the like/ this place is coach. Not first class. There are young minions running the joint that are ruthless and have no clue what they are doing. On top of the fact that the entire ranch is animal cruelty and treat the horses like dirt.

Yelp
Our slice of heaven. Fresh air, horses, Tetons!! The staff was amazing. The wranglers so helpful and fun. The food...was amazing. Activities available for every level rider and stuff to do for those who don't want to ride. This will be an annual family vacation for us for sure!

Yelp
The ranch is the jewel in the area. The setting is stunning. Service and amenities are definitely upper tier for a dude ranch. Their staff members are all rockstars in their field who are eager to give you the time of your life while making it all seem effortless. They love their job which makes it easy for the guests to relax into indulging the comfortable lodging, delicious food (catered to dietary preferences) and fun activities. My family is vegan and the kitchen prepared creative dishes for us at every meal time. We liked the variety of trail rides customized to each family members riding ability, and enjoyed the private river float with truly exceptional guides. We do recommend a car to explore hikes or sights around the area and venture into Yellowstone. And yes, the weather can be somewhat unpredictable - we got rained, hailed and snowed on in July... - and mosquitoes are plentiful. Just remember you are in the natural habitat of all sorts of wildlife.

Yelp
This is my second experience with a guest ranch and wish I would have returned to where I went last year. Positives: View from ranch is beautiful, people are wonderful, the food is awesome, spa was very nice with a great yoga instructor and price was reasonable. I must stress, the people are great.....however, those items are not enough for me to return. Negatives: Beds were horrible, lighting in cabin was very poor, didn't care for the shower head, no TV, no internet (except in a very small location by main building) and no locks on the cabin doors! The horses were lovely but the rides were pretty boring and ALL nose to tail riding with no variation as to destinations and limited to 2 hours at a time. I really enjoy having the option of open field rides where people can spread out and ride side by side if they prefer which is not available here. We aren't drinkers so after dinner we returned to our cabin and since there was no TV or internet we had to TRY and go to sleep at a ridiculously early time because there isn't any other form of entertainment. I feel bad about only giving 2 stars but I cannot give a higher rating just because people are nice and food is good. Granted, this was a last minute trip during COVID and they normally have other activities to offer under non-COVID circumstances, but my sole reason for going is to enjoy horse rides and I need more comfortable accommodations at my age when I travel. I like the appearance of rustic cabins, but I need comfort too, especially when it comes to sleeping. I am just glad we weren't there for an entire week and during the heat of the summer because no AC would have added to an already uncomfortable trip.

Yelp
Look. You're in Wyoming. You've got kids. Suck it up. Do the tourist thing. Take your kids on a half-day horseback trip. They'll have the time of their lives, and you'll come back and all your friends will call you a tool and a tourist, but you'll know that you made your kids very, very happy with one of the seminal middle class activities in modern America. If you're lucky, your kids will take their kids on the same cheesy afternoon trip, and they'll send you pictures or a videograph or whatever it is we'll be using to appease grandparents when we're the grandparents.

Yelp
My wife and I just returned home after spending an absolutely delightful and restful week at LCR -- our second such time there. I can't lavish enough praise on this place... very friendly, courteous, and helpful staffers...excellent and plentiful food...wonderful cabins...incredible spa, pool, sauna, steamroom, weights and exercise machines...gorgeous view of the Tetons from the main lodge...total peace and quiet. And yes, if you like riding horses, they have plenty to choose from, at no extra cost. Definitely plan to return again and again.

Yelp
Had a fantastic family vacation here late week, so good had to post. We had a group of 11 with 5 children. In short, we rode horses twice daily or as much as we wanted, the food was delicious and much more sophisticated than expected, the views of the Tetons were breathtaking, the rooms were nice, nothing fancy but more than adequate with daily housekeeping, and the outside activities such as a flaot trip down the Snake River were worthwhile and memorable. SPA was fantastic, I had two massages that were very well executed. Just want to say this experience was a bucket list item that was more than we even had anticipated. Highly recommend for families.
