Lost Garden Guesthouse and Restaurant

Friendly English speaking staff, they have a useful local map and happy to help with any questions about transport or things to do. Room was nice and clean, towels changed every day. Nice rooftop terraces to relax in. Breakfast (western) is good and there is a small selection of Western dishes, tried a couple pastas and a salad, very tasty and made fresh. Highly recommended

My favourite guesthouse and rooftop terrace restaurant/cafe in Kunming. A great place to work or meet with friends. They provide space for small cultural events organized by and for the local foreign and Chinese community so a great way to meet people too. It's super central yet peaceful because it's on a small side street.

We had a beautiful room, tidy and comfortable. Bed was very soft and commodity quite modern. Access to a cozy roofterrace.
