LOST

Pleasantly surprised! Best bar experience I've had. The staff were very kind and the cocktails and snacks were great! Great music. We started sitting at the bar but they eventually asked us if we could sit at a table instead since it was very busy. They gave us free chips for the trouble even though we didn't ask for anything. Amazing costumer service! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Japan!

The drinks are very fun and strong. We were seated in the booth by the window ~ very romantic!! Visited because my boyfriend is a fan. However, as much as I appreciate the attentive and kind staff, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the constant checking in and clearing of the table. I understand it was a busy evening and there were people waiting to be seated but a second to put my drink down would have been nice ~ especially as it is a bar and not a restaurant. Aside from that, I really liked the drinks and it was great to eat some real cheese!! I had a nice time visiting whilst I was in the area.

My first visit at Lost bar. I've wanted to come here for a couple of years and finally got the opportunity. I wanted to give a honest review even though I'm an Abroad in Japan fan, suffice to say it wouldn't have mattered because the place was pretty much faultless. Located upstairs in the heart of Shibuya. We didn't have a reservation and I mistakenly thought that it might be quiet early on a Thursday evening. Nope, still busy and popular, with a small queue outside waiting to go in, till now . When we got inside I was very impressed by how smart and modern it feels, attracting quite a diverse crowd. Loved the playlist choice with 80’s music. Love the extensive cocktail list and very reasonably priced. The service was welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. It really was a perfect bar and in fact, a successful place. Unfortunately, I did not do reservations especially for the private rooms, but I would highly recommend a visit here and hope to visit again when I return to Japan with mates

When we got inside I was very impressed by how smart and modern it feels, attracting quite a diverse crowd. Loved the playlist (mostly 80's music). Quite an extensive cocktail list and very reasonably priced.My wife and I had 3 cocktails each,which were all gorgeous. Had the much talked about cheese which really hit the spot, good cheese Chris. Also purchased some of the postcards and went for a gatcha at the entrance when we left. The service was welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. It really was a perfect bar, very busy, probably even more so at prime peak times, but that comes with a successful place. They do take reservations but not sure how far you have to book in advance, especially for the private rooms. I would highly recommend a visit here and hope to visit again when I return to Japan.

We went to LOST twice, with a 20 minutes wait time the first time, and none the second time. It was a fantastic experience both times! The gacha machines at the door are fun, so I'd recommend giving one or two a go :) The staff were attentive and friendly, without being overbearing or fake, which meant we always felt very comfortable and genuinely welcome and looked after. The drinks were incredible, we had about 5 different ones, all of them great. It was a nice place to just relax, unwind, and reflect on whatever events had happened throughout the day. If you ever feel lost, down, or in need of company, or if you prefer to be by yourself as well, LOST is just exactly right - it is just right. Recommend! Have been a few times and really enjoyed the vibe and cocktails. Were served mainly by two ladies tonight and they were bother amazing service! Drinks I recommend are 'too much volcano', 'like a magic mule', and this blue coloured one called 'totemo tropical'. Bought the shot glasses and a few postcards, super cute! I'd advice eating beforehand as there not food at the bar but the wasabi chips are a nice snack. Bathrooms also clean and well looked after!

Had a lovely time here at LOST with a party of 4. The vibes were relaxed, and the staff are super friendly. Drinks menu had a wide variety of choices so everyone can find something to enjoy. I even got myself a free drink from the Gachapon at the front! Looking forward to returning again once I'm back^^

Fantastically welcoming, even for people who do not or cannot drink alcohol. On a weekday evening, there was a line of about five people when I arrived, but we all managed to enter in about twenty minutes, so the wait was not that long. Both the staff and the other patrons (probably an important part of a bar's atmosphere) were extremely friendly, as I'd expect from Abroad in Japan fans, so it felt extremely chill and welcoming even for non-bar goers such as myself. I do not drink alcohol, so seeing a large non-alcoholic beverage section was wonderful to see. For food there's only crisps, cheese, and crackers here, so don't come in expecting a meal. I'll definitely come again the next time I'm in Shibuya!
