This was an extremely disappointing dining experience.
From the beginning, the staff showed a clear lack of effort—pretending not to understand us, delaying our order, and taking an unreasonable amount of time to serve our food. Their attitude toward us was noticeably different from how they treated other customers, which raised serious concerns about unfair treatment.
More importantly, the dish we received did NOT match the menu description.
To be absolutely clear: the menu translation was correct and clearly written. There was no translation mistake.
The problem was that the staff prepared a dish that did not match the menu, and when we pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they shifted the blame to a so-called “menu translation error.”
This was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Throughout the entire experience, there was no accountability, no respect, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
This went beyond poor service—it left us feeling dismissed and unfairly treated.
I will not return and strongly do not recommend this restaurant.
