My wife and I were here today for a look-see. We last visited this shopping mall in 2017 - we are from Johor Bahru. Sadly, in our opinion, this shopping mall has aged a lot since, and the shops therein looked "tired and weary" - except maybe the Don Don Donki outlet and the H&M outlet. We were also quite disappointed that there is a 50 Sen charge for using the public toilets here. For us, the only place worth visiting here is Hutong 10 - our favourite food court in KL.

The Lot 10, one of the famous shopping mall in KL city. Most of tourists will come here for shopping. They have a food court on the ground floor which combine most of the famous food stuff here.

I really like how they have renovated this place and give it a nice modern look. Many shops are Japanese theme and also large selection of Japanese food is available. The H&M is huge and Swee Lee music store is well stocked. The food court on the top floor has a very relaxing vibe

First complain is the parking. Yes you offer Rm10 per entry for early bird but only accept cash, i used to work here from 2013-2016 and its 2025 now but still using cash. I mean the mall is much more lively and attractive than before. You only accept cash but theres no Atm in the mall, have to walk outside near to 711. And they charge RM1 processing fee. And bear in mind the machine doesn't accept RM50 notes, so be prepare to buy something to get small change. 2nd thing is the toilet, Rm0.50 per entry. When we went in the cleaner was inside the female toilet and asked my gf to pay. So my gf paid Rm1 and when i came out i paid another Rm1 without realising my Gf had already paid. I told the cleaner lady and she just said my Gf didnt mention anything. Ahh whatever is just Rm1. Ohh by the way, the toilet is cashless ya. But the parking is still by cash. What logic 😂

Attended salon du pain 2025 and there's lots of pastries vendor, small and compact but enough. Creative pastries like caneke croissant from lapisan patisserie, broom artisan's brownie, something bakery's mille crepe, Dona bakehouse faso bakery etc. Good to try new things in a place

Sadly #LotTen has been over shadowed by the Pavilion Mall, my first trip to Lot Ten was in 1990 and back then it was the #HotSpot It's difficult to compete with a brand new premium mall, but we still visited and it brought back so many memories... I would still recommend this shopping mall as a great place to visit...

It is ridiculous and embarrassing for asking customers to pay 50 cents just to use a toilet. Most modern malls provide toilets free of charge, as it is a basic necessity, not a luxury.

Shopping centre with a food court, restaurants and a quite variety of shops. HM, Don Donkey, Beryl’s, Pierre Cardin lingerie, musical instruments and much more. There is sone really nice restaurants that aren’t to expensive. There is also a Gaming Hall. And the Food Court is pretty good
