I always ended up at this center whenever I wanted to buy souvenirs or enjoy Hong Kong food. Lot 10 is a popular shopping and lifestyle destination located in the Bukit Bintang. There is a vibrant mall that combines shopping, dining, and entertainment, appealing to both locals and tourists. Sometimes it was crowded and busy with people.

This supermarket features numerous Japanese-themed stores and restaurants, along with a variety of arcade machines. It's popular among Japanese tourists, as they can easily find Japanese products here. However, the air conditioning is not sufficiently cool.

Hi Lot 10, Today, I submitted a comment on the official website and made a call to the phone number provided in the website as the phone number on google is not responsive. While my kids are playing at the kids playground, one of my children kicked a bulging screw coming from the grass carpet and hurt his toe but it was minor. However, since it is a hazard and may cause a more serious injury during a fall. I contacted the management and was given a prompt help from Natasha and the maintenance crew (Sam, Sasi and Sun). They were quick to come over to the scene and safely removed the hazard. Truly the unsung heroes for today. Thank you again Natasha, Sam, Sasi and Sun. Lot 10 is lucky to have such excellent employee.

Lot 10 is good to shop around. It's filled with lots of nice , delicious restaurants. The only downside that I wish LOT 10 would improve on is their parking ticket machine. Please update your parking ticket machine. The current one is only acccepting cash. This is very inconvenient for people these days as we are going around cashless.

Was shocked to find out that I had to pay to use the toilet. That's one way to deter people from coming to your shopping mall. What I found fascinating was different amount you had to pay depending on which floor you decide to use their toilet. Also was quite disappointed when in the car park trying to find the lift as we were traveling with a baby in a pram in our group. The security staff did not seem helpful or interested in helping us. Little disappointing as that was the first experience before even getting into the shopping mall. Shopping mall was quite small. Main shops would be h&m and don don donki. Food court was decent with a variety of Japanese food stores to choose from. Other than that I wouldn't bother coming here. Hope this helps.
