On the Grid : Lot Six Zero

"We’re not even sure if Innaloo counts as northern suburbs, but we weren’t going to let that stop us including it in our favourite spots. This place is a little haven with an excellent breakfast and lunch menu. The coffee is not too shabby either. As for the decor, it’s eclectic, vintage, industrial, rustic chic at it’s best. If there’s such a thing. Some wonderful artwork by Hayley Walsh finishes things off nicely. Give this place a try if you’re ever in the vicinity. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed." - Zebra

Right in the middle of the hustle but a gem of a cafe! Beautiful coffee, relaxed outdoor vibe, and loads of delicious options to choose from. Perfect spot for a chill break! ☕🌿🥐

We had a delicious breakfast this morning at Lot Six Zero Innaloo. The service was great, staff friendly even though it was incredibly busy! We were lucky to get the last table. Food came out quickly and cutlery was warm (which was a lovely touch) I had the special Turkish Eggs which was cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be I would’ve loved more of the tasty yoghurt sauce! My partner had the Bacon Benny which was also delicious. Would recommend and will definitely return! Great work to the whole team ❤️

I had a fantastic experience at the café on 2th April, thanks Maria's excellent service. She provided top-notch recommendations for my breakfast and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. She is very friendly. Thank you, Maria, for making my visit so enjoyable :).

Burnt bread, with no seasoning on the eggs on toast, very poor for a $16 eggs on toast. Coffee was good.

Delicious brekky this morning. Welcoming friendly staff. Great menu & service. My sweetheart had the Marple bacon pancakes, scrumptious. I had the LSZ Big brekky which was delicious. Generous portions. Only negative the hot chocolate & piccolo were warm but still good quality. We will definitely return.

Google
The maple bacon pancakes were excellent. The best part was that they could be dairy free. I will be coming back. Update: I have been back many times for the pancakes, still just as good

Yelp
I've been here multiple times over the past 3 years and each time the same small girl on the counter is extremely rude and passive aggressive for no reason. Seems like she is always in a bad mood and consistently makes me feel judged as she whispers with the other worker (a man) at the counter after I've ordered. I would suggest losing the attitude before you lose more customers due to it.

Yelp
We came here for Sunday brunch. They were really busy at around half 12 and the wait for our food was about 20-25 I had the ice blended matcha. It was a little watery but delicious. The matcha pancakes were so good. It would have tasted good on its own. As was the very hearty big brekky. The scrambled eggs were amazing. And the hash brown was delicious and crunchy. I would definitely come back to try the other things on their menu next time I'm in the area!

Yelp
Sunday brunch with some friends, place was buzzing with a great music playlist. Loved the decor, upcycled furniture, cute lighting, chalkboards, native flowers in vases, artwork on the walls, who would of thought we were in Innaloo?! You can't book ahead, no wait list, so when you see a table free - make sure you pounce! We managed to get a table quite quickly, order/pay ahead at the counter, and service was very friendly. Menu is extensive with lots of gluten free and vegan options. I ordered the matcha green tea pancakes, with coconut, crushed almonds, honey and dairy free ice cream. I also got a side of hash browns - as I wanted something savoury. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious, flavours were delicate, huge serving but I didn't feel sick after. Hash browns and coffee were spot on. My 3 mates got variations of the breakfast bruschetta and we were all satisfied. Definitely coming back here again

Yelp
This cafe seems really out of place along this strip of largely evening or takeaway restaurants. The interior looks a lot like the interior of many cafes that opened up a year or two ago - exposed bulb pendant lights, milk crates and metal stools. Cafe was steadily busy for a weekday lunch, and we easily got a table. I headed in for lunch a few weeks back with a girlfriend. The food was better than I expected, I had the tikka salad, and my friend had the grilled fish. We were both happy with our meals. I would have loved to have gotten a juice with my meal, but they cost $9!!

Yelp
I had no idea this little gem was even here, which is a shame (not great signage!) because it's great and I would've gone here earlier had I known. I met a girlfriend for lunch and was happily satisfied by the choices on the menu including a special of the day which I decided on. The special was a homemade pie, chips and salad and it was a great serving size and delicious. I also had a fresh juice to go with it which was perfect for a warm day. My friend had a delicious looking milkshake and a homemade burger and chips and she was very happy!! They have a selection of treats too that I'd love to go back for as well as try out their coffee so it's on my list of catch up spots.

Yelp
The place has ample parking spots - perfect for a gorgeous Sunday day. The menu had alot of variety. Definitely a cure for a hangover too! I ended up with the 10 hour slow cooked pulled beef benedict with poached eggs , my partner had bacon benedict with poached eggs and the portion size wasn't as big as what I saw on another table. Be good if meal sizings was consistent all around. On a good note, the flavours was nice, the hollandaise sauce was delicious, as was the pulled beef. Overall, great food, great location- will come again.

Yelp
Dropped into this little gem for breakfast this morning on the recommendation they make a good coffee. I was not disappointed - the coffee was great! Extra shot and all! We had the breakfast bruschetta, Canadian maple pancakes and the banana bread with grilled banana. Loooooved the Canadian maple pancakes - bacon people! BACON! it goes with everything and especially with light, fluffy pancakes and maple syrup! Soooo good! The banana bread was paleo, GF and totally dense! Quite good! It's dog friendly with the benches out front and the inside is modern cafe deco (see photos) Cost wise it's pretty standard but that's Perth these day I'd recommend it - we went there around 9am and it still had plenty of seating room for a Saturday morning

Yelp
Have been really pleasantly surprised on both my visits to lot six zero, they have done a great job turning a standard 'strip mall' shop in a car park into a small haven from the outside world. Cool music and flexibly seating environments encourage talk amongst groups or just chilling out. The food menu has a very good amount of choice for both breakfast and lunch, from wraps and salads to full breakfast and burgers so everyone should be catered for. Whilst I have not tried them, I have looked at the sweets cabinet a number of times enviously. Of course it cannot be a coffee shop review without mentioning the coffee, they use six senses and have a decent house blend a single origin; plus all the expected offerings of shakes and ice coffee/chocolate.

Yelp
Me: "Hey Sarah, want to go for breakfast on Saturday?" Sarah: "Yeah ok, but I want pancakes." Me: "..." Right. My sister has coeliacs disease and her craving request gave me the fear. Where the f*** was I going to find good gluten free pancakes that didn't resemble a dish sponge. I was told Lot Six Zero had the best gluten free pancakes in Perth. So let's put them to the test... Rubra coffee supply the beans for both the house blend and single origin. There's also a rainbow of lattes available such as turmeric, beetroot and matcha. A heap of smoothies to choose from will keep the non-coffee drinkers happy as well as the fitness crowd. You can opt to add protein powder for $3. Although with a smoothie costing $9, it would make for an expensive drink. The large all day menu spans sweet and savoury with most dishes being gluten free or able to be made gluten free. There's also plenty of dairy free and vegan options. Don't worry meat eaters - there are lots of dishes with bacon too! The top price you'll pay for brekky is $24 for either the big breakfast or big veggie breakfast. Most meals will set you back about $15-$20. Of course Sarah ordered pancakes. There are two options available. Matcha green tea pancakes ($20) served with winter berry and apple compote, coconut, crushed almonds, honey, dairy free ice-cream or Canadian pancakes ($20) served with maple cinnamon whipped butter, bacon, maple syrup and flaked almonds. When you're craving pancakes, it has to be Canadian. Sarah said these were a coeliac's dream. They were light and fluffy, tasting so good she doubted their "gluten free-ness". The bacon was crispy and plentiful. Lashings of maple syrup and whipped butter meant there was never a point of wishing you had just a touch more to finish the dish. These really could be the best gluten free pancakes in Perth. For me, it had to be the slow braised beans ($18). A big bowl of rich tasting beans was filled with chunks of spicy chorizo, corn and topped with fried eggs and jalopenos. Soft corn tortillas were perfect for making into a scoop. I mean who wants to use a spoon!? I loved that the flavour was a touch sweet upfront followed by the kick of some decent spice. This was a great filling brekky. Lot Six Zero is the perfect place for people with intolerances looking for the kind of breakfast they no longer find so easily. No one misses out here, there is something for everyone.

Yelp
This place was a pleasant surprise in the burbs away from the traditional beachside locales like Scarborough or inner city hangouts like Leedy. Decor is cool and modern and it's hard to get a table on a Sunday morning. Menu is really big, which is a plus! But it made it hard to decide. I went with the breakfast bruschetta, which was delicious. Possibly a tad overpriced but service was friendly and apparently it's owned by a family who all run it which is nice. Would definitely return.

Yelp
It's an oasis in the desert of innaloo. The staff were friendly and the vibe was a good one. The breakfast menu has the standards mixed with some creative alternatives for a good overall variety. Prices were normal. I had a turmeric and honey drink which I'd never heard of and it was really nice, it was good to try something new! The decor is nice and rustic

Yelp
One of my favourite little cafes in innaloo. Great coffee and dogs are allowed out the front. Menu has all your favourites and more! Open for breakfast and lunch offering gluten free and paleo options. Their coffee menu also boasts "beetroot latte", "organic chair latte" and "golden turmeric milk". I've not tried any, but good to know where I can get one should the need arise.

Yelp
Sunday brunch w family, it was reasonably busy but didn't wait too long to get a table of 6. We tried nearly half of the menu and I can say it was tasty but not outstanding! But definitely a good option if you're staying around the neighbourhood! However, i like that they offer quirky latte, i.e the tumeric, beetroot and matcha latte

Yelp
Wanted a quick & delicious feed with a coffee before the UFC on a Sunday. So I tried the highly rated pulled-pork eggs benny. When it came out I couldn't stop salivating, and literally destroyed it under 5 mins. Best feed ever and I'll definitely be coming back here for another Sunday morning feed. Coffee was also nice (FW with no sugars). Excellent and friendly service was the reason this place gets 5 stars. Well done guys :)

Yelp
A really cool trendy coffee, brunch and breakfast place located in a very central area. I had the full vegetarian breakfast but felt it was a bit overpriced as it was pretty standard and had no unique signature or artistic thought about it. It was $24 for a full breakfast. In hindsight I would have tried the Green Tea Matcha Pancakes as it was more special and unique. They are very Paleo and vegan friendly too and if you have an entertainment voucher you get 25% off.

Yelp
If I was to review this a one year ago I would've given it a four star. But quality of food seem to deteriorate and nothing seem to stand out anymore. Used to be one of my favourite places to go because I live so close, but the last few times I went here I was so dissapointed. For the cafe price they are charging, they should offer better quality of food. The burgers are tasteless, the risotto was just bad and tacos were average. To pay around $25 for a meal I really expect something spectacular. That's why I stop coming to Lot Six Zero. I've been giving them more chances by coming back but they just don't impress anymore.

Yelp
Definitely worth the wait at the door to get in. The breakfast is a real treat for a sore Sunday head and the black coffee is Devine!

Yelp
This cafe has a cool young vibe Coffee is good, they also have almond milk here Menu has a good variety to select from, the serving size is relative to the prices. Ordered a egg white omelette with spinach mushroom and cheese bit disappointed with the lack of spinach and mushrooms.

Yelp
Lovely spot to eat. Great for a sunday morning open from 7.30am which is good. Their menu is teally healthy and the cappuccino i had was one of the best in perth.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place for ages as my friend frequently puts up pictures of her food there and it looks amazing. I then checked out the menu and realized most of the stuff was gluten free or had the option to be gluten free. I headed there for lunch one Sunday and the place had a really good vibe to it. Great music playing, lots of people but good options for sitting inside and also out in the sun. We ordered the gluten free pulled pork tacos and a walnut salad with chicken. Both were sooooo yum! I really enjoyed just sitting there, listening to the music, watching people drive by and there was so much more on the menu that I wanted to try I will definitely be going back there. Its in a bit of a weird spot, so when you are sitting outside you are sitting essentially in carpark but I really don't think that matters. Love it!

Yelp
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the coffee here! It's comfortably at the top of my list of favourites at the moment. They use Rubra coffee and its just delicious, smooth and chocolatey and consistently made well regardless of which barrister you get mmmmmm! Also it's really easy to park right at the door, and there's never a long wait for takeaway, even on Sundays.

Yelp
Good Coffee ... The area really needed one twice in two days and both times been excellent

Cadell C.

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere and pulled beef eggs benedict! All day breakfast means a late Sunday breakfast for me and my girlfriend. We sat out the front with a nice amount of sun while enjoying their great taste in music which only added to the atmosphere. I had the pulled beef eggs benedict because I didn't know you could have pulled beef for breakfast and it tasted amazing despite being a little bit smaller than what I'd hoped. I tried to take a cross section photo and failed but I'll upload it anyway. My girlfriend ordered the burger and she really liked it and took a nice photo of a bug that joined us!

Yelp
Favourite chill spot where I can meet my busy PT friends for a quick catch up. Delightful coffee and amazing pancakes.

Yelp
Had the tikka salad, which was huge! Yummy spices, well cooked chicken plus chorizo and lots of greens, carrots and tomatoes with yoghurt dressing. Yummy! Great little cafe for Sunday lunch.

Yelp
What a great new coffee shop! I had the eggs hollandaise with pulled beef for breakfast...amazing! Also offering table service which is rare these days, our waitress was amazing! And the food so good I started eating it and forgot to take a photo highly recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't been here before. It's exactly what you want in a little cafe / lunch place. Interior feels more Mount Lawley than Innaloo (this is a good thing). Coffee was good. Had a burger which was excellent, especially with chips for $10 (it's a Tuesday thing). Had a green juice thing to go. Tasty stuff. I'll be back many times I'm sure.
