Lotos Inn & Suites

We stayed at Lotos Inn & Suites in Nairobi in July 2025 — before, after, and in between our safari and Mombasa trips — and I would happily rate it as a five-star hotel.||From reception to housekeeping, every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their constant smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel right at home.||The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony that we really enjoyed.||The Chinese restaurant on the top floor was another highlight. Breakfast offered a great variety and catered to many tastes, and dining there in the evening was a wonderful experience — generous portions and consistently delicious food.||Shammi

Nice location and price, mostly clean and quiet (although the higher you are the louder the rooftop restaurant noise will be). I say mostly clean since the shampoo/soap handle area could use a better scrubbing, and the container itself looks like it’s rusting on top. Would stay here again tho!

It was a quick stopover for one night and it was perfect. Clean rooms, friendly service. It was quiet and there's a great restaurant that we enjoyed right next store. A good travelers hotel!

The hotel is in a great location. Wonderful service and polite, friendly staff. The vegetation is good, thumbs up to the hotel gardener, marvellous flowers all round. We got a room with a good view. Cynthia is a great, friendly and responsive receptionist!

The location of the Hotel is very feasible and in the main Westlands, the bed was pretty comfy and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was big enough and had decent amenities. It was good enough compared to the price-to-value ratio.|| the breakfast was meh, there is construction going on next door I think so there were noises starting from 8am, I was leaving earlier so was not bothered much.

Stay was good as per expectation, staffs were friendly, polite, cordial & helpful, Breakfast was OK. Room was well cleaned. Nice greenery in every floor of the hotel. Liked · staff and reception were courteous & polite, located 700-800 meters from Sarit center which is at walking distance Disliked · 1 day room cleaning was missed, the balcony is good and very nice views with separate chairs & tables but they have kept sewer pipe open right on the side of balcony so cannot open the balcony or stay outside as it stinks horribly. no major concern apart from this and if they fix this open sewer pipe on the sides of balcony, it'll be a nice play to have morning and evening tea!

The area is good (Westland), it is easy to get taxi. Room was spacious and nice, it has a kitchenette which is always useful and a balcony. Breakfast is good and the service is very attentive. I recommend it 100%

Awesome location, awesome rooms and super Awesome service. My guest always had a great experience staying here. Good location and amazing views of the Oshwal centre ground. Do book with them for the comfort and service.
