Lotos Inn & Suites

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at Lotos Inn, Nairobi. The hotel is in a perfect location right next to the Oshwal Centre and very close to Sarit Centre, with easy access to local clubs, restaurants, and shopping malls. The room was big and comfortable, with a good balcony offering nice views. A real highlight was the lovely Chinese restaurant on the rooftop. Highly recommended for anyone needing quality accommodation during their stay in Nairobi.

Good place, nice and friendly staff. We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt calm and relaxed. Great value for the price — perfect for a short stay or weekend trip.

Extremely hospitable staff, great ambience and delicious food. Special shoutout to the night shift reception and security staff who helped me during a medical emergency - drop and pick me up from the nearest hospital at 3-4 AM at night, without them I am not sure how I would have survived with my deteriorating health situation. Very warm and affable staff and good food

Lotus Inn and Suites has great, widely spaced rooms (suite) where I stayed, delicious and large portion sized food and to top it all, extremely helpful staff. The night shift staff at reception and security came to my rescue when I needed to be rushed to the hospital ( severe inflamations all over my body) and I had no one to assist me. They arranged for a transport to and fro the hospital that too at 3:30 AM at night!! If they didnt help, I am not sure how a solo traveller like me could have survived given my trip in Kenya had just started!

We stayed at Lotos Inn & Suites in Nairobi in July 2025 — before, after, and in between our safari and Mombasa trips — and I would happily rate it as a five-star hotel.||From reception to housekeeping, every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their constant smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel right at home.||The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony that we really enjoyed.||The Chinese restaurant on the top floor was another highlight. Breakfast offered a great variety and catered to many tastes, and dining there in the evening was a wonderful experience — generous portions and consistently delicious food.||Shammi

Nice location and price, mostly clean and quiet (although the higher you are the louder the rooftop restaurant noise will be). I say mostly clean since the shampoo/soap handle area could use a better scrubbing, and the container itself looks like it’s rusting on top. Would stay here again tho!

We had a great experience here. The breakfast was average but dinner was amazing. Good clean hotel with friendly staff.
