Supermarket on Basement 1, and women’s and men’s apparel at upper levels. Visited on 03 Dec 25 and festive spirit is already in the air.

There’s a large Lotte Mart on the basement level, a bookstore and kids’ workshop on the 5th floor, and several restaurants on the 6th floor. Everything is modern and great.

Lotte Center Hanoi is a great place to cool down and do some shopping. You can find clothes and shoes from brands like Vans, Converse, and Uniqlo. There’s also a supermarket on the ground floor with plenty of tasty snacks and treats — and prices are noticeably better than at Lotte in Korea. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

I like the cosy, not too spacious area like this Lotte in Lieu Giai. Clean, less crowded, all big brands & eateries, play time here. Lotte mart is big enough for shopping. My fav place to go.

A literal Orchard for fellow Singaporeans. A place filled with high end brands. We visited based on reviews thinking there would be some shops we can buy things from but ended up being disappointed as there were only high end brands. Would not recommend visiting unless you are looking for high end brands. We did chance upon a Dooki branch which was 150,000 per person for buffet of simple hotpot dishes and Korean ramen maggi. Was taken aback by the price and the food was pretty good for the price.

Lotte Center Hà Nội offers a refined shopping experience that feels premium without being overwhelming. It’s not a full-scale shopping mall but more of a “department store plus plus”, combining the sophistication of a high-end department store with a good variety of domestic and international brands. The layout is elegant and well-organised, making it easy to browse everything from fashion and beauty to gourmet food and lifestyle goods. The food court and restaurants are excellent, offering a mix of local favourites and global flavours in a clean, well-managed space. A great place to spend a few hours shopping or relaxing - polished, modern, and unmistakably Hanoi in its character.

I am from Hanoi. But to be honest, I didn't saw this view due to my friends' travel to Hanoi a few days ago. The bar is getting boring, not fun same as last time. But still OK..
