We are touring The 5 Stans plus Turkey, and these are the nicest accommodations on the trip. The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. AND THE SERVICE HERE IS THE BEST. I don’t think there’s this level of service anywhere I have ever stayed. My room is nice and large with a nice view of the pool. The bed is comfortable. The tub is big enough for me to use (I am 6’7”). The temp controls actually work. There’s a little balcony. Ruslan in the bar took such good care of us. ||Since there are only 4 people on our tour, we were able to change our itinerary to spend more time at the hotel. This is a definite oasis in the middle of a rather rigorous 24-day your.

Truly excellent hotel, great attentive and friendly staff. Well situated for sightseeing either walking or on the wonderful Metro. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice to suit pretty much anyone. Had a great meal on the rooftop restaurant on Floor 6, well worth a visit up there. The Italian restaurant in the hotel had ok food but service was poor in that there were no napkins on the table, asked the waiter for some and he didn't bother coming back with any. Similarly, he was supposedly bringing ice, it never appeared! However, we would stay there again and do more exploring and certainly recommend other guests to give it a try there.

Great hotel to stay at for the location and beautiful interior. Breakfast was one of the highlights and plenty of helpful staff. The mattress wasn't supportive and would need replacement. The room we had was great facing into the theatre so was a lot quieter than the other side.

I liked this hotel. It is perfectly located - in the very center. Spacious, quiet room. Comfortable bed, very varied and delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. Excellent cleaning. Yes, it cannot be classified as luxury, but it is comfortable for living and visiting the city.

It's a very nice and peaceful hotel. The staff is very kind and helped me answering all sort of questions and even booking transportation. They are very polite. Not only that, the restaurant is amazing, there are many things for breakfast that you would not find in other hotels.

We’ve stayed three nights here at Lotte Hotel, and other nights during our trip to Uzbekistan. The staff have made it memorable. From the friendly greetings as we arrived, to the bar staff making our drinks, to the restaurant staff at breakfast and at the 6 Floor Grill, and the housekeeping staff we met in the corridor. |We need to mention Sherzod, Shamsiddin and Amirjhan as being fantastic. Friendly, helpful and polite. They remembered our names, and our preferences. |Our room was comfortable and clean. One quibble from me would be the shower over the bath. I find it difficult to climb in and out of a bath, just to have a shower, especially when there is no grab rail to hang on to.

The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had a cup of tea in the Bar area and the pianist played wonderfully. Rushlan and Amirran were very nice and informative. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Lotte Grand Hotel in Tashkent is probably one of the best in town. It's right across from the Opera House (the performances are pretty average and classical), and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Tashkent itself is a modern city with plenty of sights worth visiting. I liked the subway stations with themed tiled walls — they remind me of the more famous metro in Moscow. For dinner I went to LA MER, an upmarket fish restaurant with wide vine selection, and the L'OPERA, and Italian restaurant nearby. The hotel has a nice restaurant, launch areas and well equipped fitness room. I booked a mini-suite with separate sitting and bed rooms. The hotel is well maintained and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly.
