Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was in an excellent central location, was clean, modern, and everything worked. A generous generous supply of soaps, lotions, towels, bathrobes and slippers were provided. The bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was excellent and in a lovely dining area with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely pool too. The staff was extremely helpful and solicitous.

Lotte City will not win awards for luxury or newness, but otherwise it is a perfectly fine hotel. It has decent sized, outdated but clean rooms. Beds are comfortable, and are on the softer side. Carpets in public area have some stains, but otherwise are very clean. First floor is more appealing (no carpets). Front desk is very helpful. Breakfast has a wide selection of Uzbeki and Western items. Decent sized gym with a nicely designed sauna.|Location is perfect. A pedestrian only area with dozens of restaurants is a 8 min walk, Navoi theater is across the street. Metro is a 10 min walk.

Immaculate hotel. Staff are always on hand and their English is very good. Great spread for breakfast and lovely Italian food for dinner. Would have liked to have visited the rooftop grill as advertised on the website but it may have been too early in the season for it to be open. Location is also great for getting around town.

Extremely clean, luxury hotel. Excellent security. Staff is professional and will go above and beyond to assist you. Plumbing is good in bathroom. The shower is fabulous. Very important to have consistent hot water. We feel completely safe and at home here. Please try the delicious buffet for breakfast. They also have a nice tea time in the afternoon. This hotel has exceeded all our expectations for our first visit to Uzbekistan. We traveled 36 hours to get here and it’s for sure worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Lotte City Hotel l. The staff were wonderful and always there to help us. Hotel is full of all amenities that you will need. Pool, gym, spa, salon and travel guides. The hotel and restaurant were immaculate. We can’t say enough about this hotel and stay. Great location and central to everything in Tashkent. Look forward to our next trip.

All the guys and ladies at the entrance, reception, fitness and restaurant were kind (particularly Abdulhakim, Şerzad, Anvar, Ahmet, Nadir, Zerafet and others) and were oriented to solving problems and ease the accommodation and stay in the hotel. Facilities especially sauna and cardio were very good.
