The staff in this hotel are unfailingly endearing--quiet, efficient and sweet--and it opens the door to Uzbek hospitality as few places could do. The rooms offer nice views, the breakfast buffet is tasty, one can sip drinks in the garden courtyard and the doormen put their hands on their hearts every time they do you a fresh service. An altogether engaging way to sample a surprising (and unexpectedly polite) culture.

We spent two nights and it was chosen by our tour company. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.great buffet breakfast. The best of the three hotels we stayed in while in Uzbekistan.|theatre opposite and a great park with lot of rides/things to do for families, including bumper cars, motorised cars , axe throwing , archery and shooting amongst a whole range of activities This was at night so not sure if it opens in the day time. Everywhere feels safe. Metro 10 minutes away and there is a little shop around the corner to stock up on snacks and drinks.|Only niggle was fridge didnt keep things very cold and there was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom Good selection of toilets and dental kit, cosmetic kits etc Not very far from the airport. |Great breakfast too.

This hotel is excellent. It’s in a great location to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any request. There’s even a bank on-site to change money.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was in an excellent central location, was clean, modern, and everything worked. A generous generous supply of soaps, lotions, towels, bathrobes and slippers were provided. The bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was excellent and in a lovely dining area with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely pool too. The staff was extremely helpful and solicitous.

I had an excellent stay at Lotte City Hotel Tashkent. The rooms are very comfortable with great beds, perfect for a good rest. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, offering plenty of choices for everyone. A special mention goes to Abdullah and Samir from the concierge team – they were extremely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, both for its high-quality facilities and the outstanding professionalism of the staff.

I would like to record how incredibly grateful I am to the reception staff in this hotel and in particular Mr. Xolmqtou Sherrad, who very kindly assisted me on the 7th of September when I was left stranded by accident by my tour group manager, on the first day or a holiday in Tashkent with no money or passport and a phone that had hardly any charge left. ||My phone was charged for me, I was given water and phone calls were made on my behalf in the local language and a taxi ordered to eventually reunite me with my tour group. ||A huge thank you to the wonderful Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace for their help!

Lotte City will not win awards for luxury or newness, but otherwise it is a perfectly fine hotel. It has decent sized, outdated but clean rooms. Beds are comfortable, and are on the softer side. Carpets in public area have some stains, but otherwise are very clean. First floor is more appealing (no carpets). Front desk is very helpful. Breakfast has a wide selection of Uzbeki and Western items. Decent sized gym with a nicely designed sauna.|Location is perfect. A pedestrian only area with dozens of restaurants is a 8 min walk, Navoi theater is across the street. Metro is a 10 min walk.
