Lotte Hotel Hanoi

I had the most enjoyable week at the Lotto Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. The staff—from the door team to the concierge to the club team members—were excellent throughout my stay. I want to especially acknowledge Ms. Hong Linh, and Mr. Khanh, the leaders of the club team, for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond for me, including giving me a tour of the rooms before I booked, which led me to upgrade to a master executive suite that was absolutely fantastic.||As a business traveler, flexibility is key, and being able to communicate with the team 24/7 on WhatsApp made everything seamless, especially when I needed to change my plans at the last minute. The executive club on the 59th floor offers amazing views and a dedicated area for club members, with excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.||One of the things I truly loved about the Lotto Hotel is how every staff member, including housekeeping, made me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I’ll be returning in a week and can’t wait to see the entire club team again. Lotte Hotel Hanoi is a luxurious retreat that delivers on all fronts. My stay was exceptional from the moment I arrived—the air-conditioned lobby and friendly 24-hour staff immediately put me at ease. The spa, fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools (one on the rooftop) made it easy to unwind or stay active. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping city views. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were spotless, and thoughtful amenities like a pillow menu, minibar, and 24-hour room service added to the comfort. The automatic Japanese toilet and plush bathrobes were lovely touches. Dining options are impressive: from Hong Kong–style dim sum at Tim Ho Wan to a premium steakhouse and rooftop bar serving cocktails at sunset. I loved watching the city transform as I sipped a drink at the observation lounge—Top of Hanoi is a must. Breakfast buffet was solid, with fresh options and live cooking stations. Location is ideal—just a quick ride from the Old Quarter and close to West Lake. The airport shuttle made travel seamless. A stay here feels both peaceful and indulgent, with modern elegance and warm, attentive service around every corner. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers.

Great service. Nice hotel. Great rooftop and views. The gym had a lot of equipment. The only downside is that it is some distances from the old quarter and a lot of the famous restaurants. That being said it is more peaceful. Due to its location, you will probably have to order a lot of cars back and forth. I would say it’s worth it if you aren’t staying in Vietnam for that long.

Finding the lobby and elevator to the rooms was a little tricky at first, but once you’re in, the experience more than makes up for it. The service throughout my stay was nothing short of exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly memorable. A special highlight was the Concierge Team, who provided everything I needed with professionalism, genuine hospitality, and deep local knowledge. Lotte Hotel should be incredibly proud to have such outstanding individuals on their team. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, Lotte Hotel Hanoi delivers top-tier service, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. I can’t wait to return—thank you for an unforgettable stay!

at the heart of Hanoi. Great view, cozy and yet complete. Love the air of importance you feel when you get into the room. ample storage by the door. bath tub for that much needed soak before bed. large tv to while away your hours in bed and the quite imposing office desk by the window. makes you wanna do business in Hanoi over and over. finding the lobby and the elevator to the hotel rooms was a little tricky at first, but it was all worth the trouble.

I Can recomend this for you last days in Vietnam. We had an overly luxurious treat with a Club Lounge Junior Corner Suite with most fantastic views - awesome to wake up and enjoy the city from above. Grab to Old Quarter is easy and fast. Club Lounge was an awesome experience and the Pool and Sauna really wortwhile

The stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, close to many local markets and well-known brand stores inside the mall. The facilities were clean and elegant, making it a relaxing experience.
