"Take it To The Top of Hanoi One of Hanoi 's newest hotels, the Korean-run Lotte Hotel is also one of the most noticeable towers in the city. As such, the views from its rooftop bar, the Top of Hanoi, are as impressive as you would expect. Seating is perhaps a little more utilitarian than you might want in such a setting, but the outlooks over the city make up for any discomfort."

I stayed at Lotte Hotel Hanoi for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is modern, clean, and everything looks high-class. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The bathroom was also nice - big, with a good shower and clean towels every day. Staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was quick, and everyone spoke good English. Breakfast was excellent lots of food, both Asian and international. The rooftop bar is a must-visit the view is just incredible, especially in the evening. The hotel is inside a tall building with shops and restaurants, so everything is close. Very good place to stay in Hanoi. I would happily come back.

We recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel in Hanoi, and one of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Thuy Pham from Club Floor and her team. From the moment we arrived, nothing was ever too much trouble.||Thuy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.||She and her colleagues assisted us with recommendations for sightseeing and local activities, offering thoughtful and insightful advice that helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to help made a big difference to our trip particularly since this was our first time in Vietnam.||The staff were warm and professional and Thuy and her team were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us each time we passed by with genuine enthusiasm. ||The impeccable manners and cheerful demeanour created such a positive and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay.||There was also so much to do and so many services within the hotel such as the spa services, the underground mall and also the gym, swimming and other health facilities. There are also two bars and cafe.||I would like to say a huge thank you to Thuy and the entire team at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Your hospitality was truly top of the range and this made our visit unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Our stay at Hotel Lotte in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful, especially the room with the magnificent view! We were there to celebrate my daughter's third birthday. We didn't expect the hotel to do anything, so we ordered a cake from Grab to celebrate. That evening, we returned to our room and were so surprised. The housekeeping staff must have seen the leftover cake in the fridge and decided to prepare a beautiful surprise. They had re-organized the birthday decorations we had, placed a new birthday cake in the room, and even left a card wishing my daughter a happy birthday. My daughter was so thrilled and it made her day so special. We were also very impressed by how the housekeeping staff would often fold our clothes and towels that we left out when we rushed out in the mornings to catch our tour bus. The kindness of the staff was truly amazing and made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Hotel Lotte—it’s a must-visit in Hanoi!

Lotte Hotel was hands down the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip in Vietnam. The place is very modern, sleek, and luxurious—everything feels top-tier. What really stood out was the easy access to Lotte Mall and various dining areas, plus the breathtaking overlooking view of the entire city of Hanoi. The Lotte Skydeck is also very accessible since it’s in the same building—perfect for catching panoramic views without going far. We requested a “romantic vibes” setup for our room, and they graciously delivered—complete with thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. The only downside? The staff felt a bit more reserved compared to the warmer service we experienced in other hotels around Hanoi and Sa Pa. Interactions were polite but leaned more toward a security-style formality than warm hospitality. Still, Lotte Hotel is highly recommended for those looking for a luxury stay with stunning views, top-notch amenities, and unbeatable convenience.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Location is good, with the Lotte Mall literally right next door. The room was spacious and clean, with very useful amenities like a charging station on the bedside table. The bathroom was also great with separate shower and toilet rooms. Great 24 hour room service menu and selection of in hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a variety of cuisines and live stations. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.

This is such a wonderful Hotel!! Our family enjoyed it to the fullest. Friendly staff and the coziest rooms, super clean and very comfortable bedding. They have so many facilities, like a fully equipped gym and pool... Basically a dream. Oh and breakfast was insane 😜 I had so many mangoes and passion fruits

Lotte Hotel Hanoi is a luxurious retreat that delivers on all fronts. My stay was exceptional from the moment I arrived—the air-conditioned lobby and friendly 24-hour staff immediately put me at ease. The spa, fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools (one on the rooftop) made it easy to unwind or stay active. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping city views. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were spotless, and thoughtful amenities like a pillow menu, minibar, and 24-hour room service added to the comfort. The automatic Japanese toilet and plush bathrobes were lovely touches. Dining options are impressive: from Hong Kong–style dim sum at Tim Ho Wan to a premium steakhouse and rooftop bar serving cocktails at sunset. I loved watching the city transform as I sipped a drink at the observation lounge—Top of Hanoi is a must. Breakfast buffet was solid, with fresh options and live cooking stations. Location is ideal—just a quick ride from the Old Quarter and close to West Lake. The airport shuttle made travel seamless. A stay here feels both peaceful and indulgent, with modern elegance and warm, attentive service around every corner. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers.

Great service. Nice hotel. Great rooftop and views. The gym had a lot of equipment. The only downside is that it is some distances from the old quarter and a lot of the famous restaurants. That being said it is more peaceful. Due to its location, you will probably have to order a lot of cars back and forth. I would say it’s worth it if you aren’t staying in Vietnam for that long.
