Modern conference space, high-quality sound - light equipment, everything is carefully prepared and on schedule. Especially, the service staff is always agile, polite and ready to support at any time. All arising situations are handled skillfully, helping the program run smoothly and successfully. 👏 I would like to thank Ms. Van, Mr Minh,Truong and the entire Banquet team for accompanying and supporting us. Outstanding Service – A Potential Disaster Turned into a Delightful Experience I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Lotte Hotels & Resorts. Upon arrival, I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong date—a mistake that could have completely ruined my day. But thanks to the amazing front desk team—Mia, Tanya, and Nabie—what could have been a disaster turned into a smooth and stress-free experience. They were incredibly accommodating, cheerful, and thoroughly professional. Their warmth and positivity were infectious, and they handled the situation with such grace and efficiency that I felt completely at ease. True customer service with a smile! I also want to give a big shoutout to Felix, the bellman, who was respectful, quick, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He made the whole check-in process even more seamless with his courteous assistance. This team truly embodies hospitality at its best. Thank you all for turning my day around—you are the reason guests like me will keep coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the river. The service was impeccable—special thanks to Ms. Mia and Veronica and the rest of the staff at the reception for her kind assistance. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh city

Could not recommend enough! Had a lovely stay for 2 nights with the most attentive, kind and considerate staff. Lobby, communal areas (pool and fitness area) and room were kept to an immaculate standard of cleanliness. Looking forward to my future stay at Lotte and will recommend to friends and family😊

In particular, the professional, agile and dedicated Banquet staff has left a deep impression. I would like to express my special thanks to Ms. Van and Mr Truong - who have always supported and handled all situations with a dedicated and skillful attitude. The cuisine here is also worthy of 5 stars: the dish is not only delicious but also presented delicately, beautifully, pleasing both taste and sight. 🎯 Lotte Hotel Saigon is definitely the ideal choice for all high-class events.

Stayed 4 April to 11 April 2025 (room 604). Excellent location, right in front of the Mekong River in District 1,walking distance to most major tourist sites. Fabulous breakfast buffet at about 700,000 VND (about 2,100 INR or 28 USD). Reviews said the laundry was expensive (no price list in the room and we are told to ask at the front desk; I don't know why). So, got it done in one of the numerous laundromats we found on Google. Good gym and swimming pool (ask for yoga mat if you need one). The toilet washer malfunctioned repeatedly after four days and the front desk immediately offered us another room but we declined as it would've been a hassle. They sent up a fruit basket to mollify us, and gave us a 4 pm checkout.! Very courteous staff. Lots of inexpensive restaurants behind the hotel and small convenience stores, massage parlours and coffee shops. Got a free airport drop (not sure if it's included in the price). Next time, I might check out hotels and service apartments in District 2 as the area seems interesting.

I enjoyed great experience here. I arrived soon at 10 AM , just wanted to leave my luggage. But reception team ( Johnny, Nancy, Mia, Vivian) aggressive support me received room very soon. More supprise that they gave me one of their best room with high floor, river panorama view and big bed. Highly recommend you enjoy your vacant or business trip here. Wish the best to Lotte hotel team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Incredible Staff and Relaxing Vibes||From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A huge shoutout to Bella, Nabie, Finn, Michael, and especially Nam, who have all been amazing throughout my stay. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out.||Nam deserves a special mention – his mocktails and cocktails are hands-down the best I’ve had, and his warm, upbeat personality makes every visit to the bar a pleasure.||The pool area is fantastic – clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding at any time of day. Everything about the hotel so far has exceeded expectations.||If you’re looking for great service, friendly faces, and a place to truly relax, I’d highly recommend staying here!
