Exceptional stay at Lotte Hotel. The hospitality is off the charts, and the welcoming atmosphere shows in every detail of the service that the hotel and its staff provide. The location is, of course, very close to St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and compared to the other hotels nearby, in my humble opinion, Lotte is the newest and most enjoyable one. I will 100% stay here again the next time I come back to Saint Petersburg. Thank you from Vietnam. -

Lotte has been very welcoming as always. I have stayed there for a 2nd time and enjoyed my great experience with Lotte. Breakfast was of a high quality and offered plenty of choice. Service has been top class, including very polite waiters/waitresses, cleaning team and others. I will always choose Lotte when visiting Saint Petersburg

Hospitality re-defined!! This is the way in which I would sum up my experience. The hotel is known for luxury, but I think hospitality is what makes the experience unforgettable. I was part of a 6 night business trip with my family and trust me these 6 nights were made memorable because of the ambience, facilities, food and hospitality of your staff. The check in and check out experience was seamless. I would like to make special mention of the bell boys...they are helpful not only with the luggage but also helped my wife with the baby stroller. So kudos to them. The room was fantastic...great job by the housekeeping staff in maintaining the room and bathroom in an absolute spick and span manner. I think highlight of the visit was the breakfast....undoubtedly the best in Russia!!! Commendations to the chefs and stewards for making it a lifetime experience...the spread suits every palette and makes it a wholesome experience. The L'terrasa bar has a fantastic location and an equally hospitable staff. Overall kudos and congratulations to your entire team for making our stay memorable and one of the best experience we had in Russia.
