The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay!"

The location, ambiance, and staff were all outstanding. The area offers plenty of activities, along with convenient transportation options. Highlights included the Lotte World amusement park, the folk museum, an indoor ice rink, a swimming pool, a sports center, and a bowling alley. Having the Lotte Department Store right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially the extensive food mart on the lower level. Additionally, the Lotte World Tower, located just across the street, provides breathtaking views of Seoul from its observation sky deck.||If you want to stay in the midst of the busy "tourist streets" you would probably not like it here. We preferred this quiet location with the Jamsil Station right outside the door for day trips. ||Special thanks to Ji Hong Park and staff. I had used packing "cubes" for my clothes and had left two cubes on an overhead rack and forgotten them. They located my cubes and sent them to me in Jeju. We were going on a cruise, and all my cruise clothing had been in the cubes - I was so grateful to get them back. ||Only complaint was the bathtubs were rather high for taking showers. We are elderly and getting into the tub was a bit challenging. Maybe adding a couple of grab bars.

So pleased that we chose to stay ten nights here. Seoul is such a HUGE place and this hotel is perfectly located - could have spent a whole week exploring the malls attached to the hotel plus the subway line 2 is a few minutes' walk away and easy to get to grips with.|The hotel's interior is sleek, modern and clean and every staff member who we met with was unfailingly polite and helpful. Reception staff will happily order you taxis if needed. Our room was serviced to the highest standard. We didn't use the hotel restaurant. Absolutely can't fault this place and still miss it a bit :)

The hotel’s lobby is a little outdated but the service could not have been better. We were blown away by how professional and kind employees here were. Every single staff we encountered, front desk, lounge staffs, cooks, housekeeping staff etc, were so kind and eager to help out with smiles on their faces. It makes me wonder how that is possible but I guess that’s why their business is blooming. Awesome food and coffee too.

Amazing rooms for the kids, high class gym, perfect location which connects right into adventure theme park (at a discounted rate if you stay there), a whooping 5 lifts serving all the levels, and warm toilets seats haha. There isn’t any self laundry services around though, and the windows don’t open, but the temperature can be set to cool or warm unlike other hotels in Korea during the winter :) Such a lovely place with super attentive professional service staff. All speak English well, and serve with a genuine smile! Love this place.

We arrived late to check in, so there is no concierge service to be provided. The night shift lady seemed tired with poker face and couldn’t wait any longer to be off work. We carried our own luggage to our room and being told that if we want more bottles of water, we need to dial 0. I don’t get this, what’s the point? For making your guest a pleasant and comfortable journey should be the very basic, how come make everything complicated? A five stars hotel, it’s not acceptable.

1. Location||We chose this hotel because we wanted to be near to the amusement park. We achieved this aim - in fact, there is a door in the hotel which leads to the amusement park. Buying tickets at the counter is cheaper. It is also close to the nearby shopping centres and the aquarium.||The airport bus is also right outside the hotel - it's very convenient. ||2. Rooms ||The rooms were clean with high quality soap. The kids also enjoyed the bath tub. Bed and pillows were all comfortable.||3. Amenities ||The best part of the hotel during our stay was really the kids lounge, which was suitable for our young children. We kept coming back because the kids really enjoyed it. ||4. Price||It is definitely not cheap to stay here, but worth a splurge if you want to maximise your time at Lotte World.

It’s a good hotel, somehow looks consumed little a bit, but well maintained rooms. Everything is nearby, Subway, the mall, supermarket, department store and theme park. Service level is super high
