LOTTE HOTEL WORLD

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel World! The location is unbeatable—right next to Lotte World amusement park, which made it incredibly convenient for enjoying the park without any hassle. The hotel is also connected to major shopping malls, duty-free stores, and has direct access to the subway, making it extremely easy to get around Seoul. The cleanness of the rooms and facilities stood out immediately. Everything was well-maintained, spotless, and comfortable, creating a very relaxing environment during my stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent convenience, great service, and a prime location—perfect for both tourists and shoppers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Found this hotel on the Delta Airlines app as a recommendation. I booked for my family and friend, we had two rooms. The hotel is amazing with the underground connection to the subway and enormous subterranean mall and shopping. The rooms are large and the views are the best in Seoul. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!

The location was excellent, the dinner was delicious, and the staff working during dinner were very friendly. However, some aspects of the service could be improved. For example, we were not informed that the swimming pool could only be used once per day per guest. It would be helpful to clearly state this policy somewhere and inform guests upon check-in. Additionally, the pool's closing times should also be communicated in advance so that guests can better plan their daily activities.

Stayed here for two nights primarily due to visiting the Lotte World Theme Park and exploring Gangnam area. There is a direct connecting door from the hotel to the theme park, which is convenient. Additionally, the connecting Lotte World Mall has a good food selection at the basement area. The attached mini washing machine in the bathroom is really useful. An attentive service overall with a classic luxurious hotel stay. The swimming pool is bigger as this is of an older established hotel as compared to newer boutique hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at Lotte World Hotel. The first impression was made with the immaculate lobby and the warm and friendly front desk staff. The room was perfect for two and we had a beautiful view. The elevators take a little while but we were in no rush so that was not a problem. The macarons in the lobby restaurant were delicious. We had breakfast at the hotel the first day. It was good and great staff. There are also budget friendly spots to eat at the Lotte Mall which is connected to the hotel so just walk over and you're on the other side - we loved the Pancake spot! This hotel location has everything. It truly is its own world. I loved frequenting the grocery store on the ground level - super friendly staff and I love how the staff opens the doors and bows to the customers as they open for the day! The subway is right there! The mall is right there! Lotte Tower is right there! Seokchon Lake is right there! The airport bus is right there! And everything is so clean. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff were very important to me and left a lasting impression. On our way to the airport bus we were struggling with our bags and a kind young staff came to assist us and pulled our bags to the bus stop, 3-minutes or so away. We were truly thankful! Truly an enjoyable stay. Oh - my mom wants me to add that they never came to replace the kettle so she could make her hot tea. I told her we'll be sure to remind them at our next stay. I highly recommend Lotte World Hotel!

Definitely one of the BEST hotelsI have stayed at. From the great amenities, location, view of 123 floors Lotte Tower, this is the place to be! Location is literally just in front of Subway line 2 exit 3. Would love to return :)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in Jamsil, where you can do shopping, walk around the Seokchon lake, and enjoy food from nice restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and everything was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lounged located on the first floor.
