The location was excellent, the dinner was delicious, and the staff working during dinner were very friendly. However, some aspects of the service could be improved. For example, we were not informed that the swimming pool could only be used once per day per guest. It would be helpful to clearly state this policy somewhere and inform guests upon check-in. Additionally, the pool's closing times should also be communicated in advance so that guests can better plan their daily activities.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel World! The location is unbeatable—right next to Lotte World amusement park, which made it incredibly convenient for enjoying the park without any hassle. The hotel is also connected to major shopping malls, duty-free stores, and has direct access to the subway, making it extremely easy to get around Seoul. The cleanness of the rooms and facilities stood out immediately. Everything was well-maintained, spotless, and comfortable, creating a very relaxing environment during my stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent convenience, great service, and a prime location—perfect for both tourists and shoppers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and professional during initial check in. Location was perfect as there is a shopping mall and several areas to eat on the property. The room was very clean and spacious. Room service was quick. The lotte world hotel has quickly made it to one of the top hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at throughout my many years of travel.

Found this hotel on the Delta Airlines app as a recommendation. I booked for my family and friend, we had two rooms. The hotel is amazing with the underground connection to the subway and enormous subterranean mall and shopping. The rooms are large and the views are the best in Seoul. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!

Stayed here for two nights primarily due to visiting the Lotte World Theme Park and exploring Gangnam area. There is a direct connecting door from the hotel to the theme park, which is convenient. Additionally, the connecting Lotte World Mall has a good food selection at the basement area. The attached mini washing machine in the bathroom is really useful. An attentive service overall with a classic luxurious hotel stay. The swimming pool is bigger as this is of an older established hotel as compared to newer boutique hotel.

The hotel room with Lotte Tower is so good! Can see sunrise starting and the city view is amazing! We have enjoyed the stay with bathtub in the room, great amenities and early check in per request helped us so much, as we just did vision correction surgery nearby! 10/10!

Perfect experience especially with the wonder door services. We just enter the lottery world straight without any queue or waiting, saving lots of time. The hotel itself is situated in a perfect location surrounded by numerous restaurants, department store and malls. You can definitely spend and play around the attractions nearby the hotel for 5 days without going anywhere else.
