LOTTE HOTEL WORLD

My name is Sara Almashjari, and I was supposed to visit your hotel with my children. Unfortunately, after making our booking last October through Al Areej Travel agency, my grandmother became seriously ill and sadly passed away shortly after. This was a very difficult time for our family, and I immediately informed the travel agency. They told me they contacted the hotel, and we were thankful to hear that the booking would be postponed with your understanding. However, until now, I have not received any official confirmation for the postponed booking. The travel agency has informed me that they are still waiting for confirmation from the hotel’s side. Without this confirmation, I am unable to book our flights. This trip means a lot to me and my children, especially after everything we have been through. Not a 5 star hotel with a terrible management. We are obtaining a golden status membership in Lotte and it is the first time we face such a terrible management thanks to Terry Jeon, who provided an absolute terrible service. Instead of explaining why his staff is lying to us about the size of the bed (before payment the staff told us that the room we are going to live in has a king size bed) it turned out that all the standard rooms actually has a queen size bed, picture with the size attached. I asked him a direct question about how is it possible for a 5 star hotel to lie about the size of the bed and why they don’t follow the 5 star hotel standards, we used to stay in other lotte hotels and in all of the hotels of this branch the beds were king size. |Terry Jeon didn’t find any solution but to start extorting money from us for a room upgrade. But actually we should have a room upgrade for free as a golden member. He also proposed us to go away and cancel our stay in this hotel. He rejected to answer my simple question.|It was very impolite and absolutely unprofessional, we are truly disappointed with such experience as we were choosing Lotte hotels every time when we visit Korea.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in the center of Seoul, conveniently connected to the Lotte Department Store, and had an outstanding experience. The location made it incredibly easy to access shopping, dining, and transportation. Most importantly, I want to compliment the hotel’s staff—especially Rachael Baek. She was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made a significant difference in the overall experience. Thanks to her, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul, both for the location and the remarkable service.

Lotte Hotel Jamsil is conveniently located near the subway and next to Lotte World Mall and the Lotte Department Store, making it easy to shop. Its lakeside location is perfect for strolls. The excellent breakfast and lake-view rooms are fantastic.

Super late house keeping. Don’t comeback your room before 3 pm. House keeping team do their best but it seems like lack of team members. I can’t believe my room was bot ready yet until 3PM. The location is fantastic! You can take green line, hot pink line and just a couple of stations away from bus terminal as well. Probably, the best location to go anywhere. You can use a fitness center only once per day. Also, it is very far to reach to the fitness center. Very weird location. However, if you don’t have kids and traveling alone, consider Sofitel. More expensive but much better than this place. I’ve stayed 2 hotel in this year but hands down for Sofitel.

Walking Meme Haewon would have wanted me to leave a 5 star review (workdol ep is lit). There is a 7-Eleven not far from the front desk. Front desk prices for Lotte World (called "Adventure" in Korean) are significantly discounted if you have a reservation and there's no line to enter. You can leave and re-enter once too. Staff could be warmer but very professional and efficient.

Too crowded. They should limit how many can come in daily. Couldn't get on most of the rides. My son couldn't ride the train because it was too crowded for workers to drive the train. My 7 year old could barely get on any rides. Wouldn't go back.

Reasonable hotel for the price that you pay, stayed here several times. Breakfast was not included in the rate so I went elsewhere. One very important thing is that the KAL Airport shuttle bus no longer stops in front of the hotel, for me reason to book another hotel next time
