LOTTE HOTEL YANGON

We had a wonderful time at the Lotte hotel buffet with our family. The food selection was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. But what really made the experience special was the amazing service. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our meal.|Thank you for making our family outing so enjoyable. |A special thanks to Ms. Zar Zar Tun, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was especially kind and attentive to our children, which made the experience even more memorable for our family. Her warm smile and thoughtful service truly stood out. The event facilities were excellent spacious, clean and well organized. The staff were professional and supportive .The location and lake view added a premium touch to the seminar atmosphere. Highly recommended for corporate events and business functions.

During my staycation at Lotte Hotel Yangon, the hotel room and the cleanliness grade are superb. One thing that is annoying is when I have breakfast at LaSein, the breakfast the hotel serve are quite good, but the waitress especially the lead waitress is so annoying, she use to take my plates although I was still having my breakfast, I know hotel waitress have duty to serve the customers and took away the the plates in order to make table clean, but you know it's over, I still have my breakfast, and she constantly come to me to ask whether she should take my plates, it's not only 1-2 times, she constantly ask me every 2-3 minutes, I feel so annoying and my breakfast experience was ruin because of that lead waitress on Oct 6 and 7. Besides her heels sound is so Loud, louder than usual, and her posture is like she is the owner of the hotel rather than serving the client. Am I in the exam room or what🤨, so annoying because of her. I paid a lot for hotel room and feel disappointed for that.The two persons (a man and woman) on LaSein front door who welcome hotel guests are so friendly, especially the man who can speak multi languages and welcome the guest. That lead waitress behavior have bad impact upon overall LaSein waiters and waitress, although other staff are trying their best. I hope Lotte Hotel management should warn that lead waitress to be not overly bossy and be friendly and don't treat people as she is the owner of the hotel, and make her understand to let the guests peacefully have their meals. Thanks.

I chose this hotel because it is the only five-star hotel in Myanmar. I want you to know that the communication was terrible and the service was very poor.Before we are check in date we requested for 10th floor and they gave to me 9 th only that doesn’t not matter but my first feeling really down it ! And then big hotel big accommodations and big parking area is not available, that is really crazy for me the security sad we can parking at the in front of storage *** the storage is for kitchen how crazy of the service! Before get this place security sad we need to parking at the Marketplace , we stay at these brand hotel and parking at Marketplace how crazy of the management? Room good enough clean breakfast are also perfect but all of the customers service is too harsh to even match Lotte Hotel name.

La Seine is a recommended destination for tourists in Lotte Hotel. It’s atmosphere, rooms, and food there is absolutely breathtaking. The food itself is quality and the service is insanely nice.! Worth the price.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I particularly appreciated the large workspace and fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to work remotely.

A great service, clean, fresh vibe, delicious food, politely staff, many choices of food, happy moments of us. We will come again and will inform of our experience to other friends.

Good location and nice rooms, but terrible service. I stayed there for a week during Thingyan. The pool staff did not want me using the cushion at the pool because the did not want to get them wet. I had a meeting with some guests at the pool; I could not order drinks for my guests because I extended my stay and they did not have my credit card info attached to the new reservation. I had to go all the way back up to my room to get my credit card to order the drinks for my guest.
