During my staycation at Lotte Hotel Yangon, the hotel room and the cleanliness grade are superb. One thing that is annoying is when I have breakfast at LaSein, the breakfast the hotel serve are quite good, but the waitress especially the lead waitress is so annoying, she use to take my plates although I was still having my breakfast, I know hotel waitress have duty to serve the customers and took away the the plates in order to make table clean, but you know it's over, I still have my breakfast, and she constantly come to me to ask whether she should take my plates, it's not only 1-2 times, she constantly ask me every 2-3 minutes, I feel so annoying and my breakfast experience was ruin because of that lead waitress on Oct 6 and 7. Besides her heels sound is so Loud, louder than usual, and her posture is like she is the owner of the hotel rather than serving the client. Am I in the exam room or what🤨, so annoying because of her. I paid a lot for hotel room and feel disappointed for that.The two persons (a man and woman) on LaSein front door who welcome hotel guests are so friendly, especially the man who can speak multi languages and welcome the guest. That lead waitress behavior have bad impact upon overall LaSein waiters and waitress, although other staff are trying their best. I hope Lotte Hotel management should warn that lead waitress to be not overly bossy and be friendly and don't treat people as she is the owner of the hotel, and make her understand to let the guests peacefully have their meals. Thanks.
