LOTTE HOTEL YANGON

We had a fantastic stay at Lotte hotel on Valentines day, the set up was very professionel, with flowers Nice decorated tabels, the dinner and wine was very delicius...lovely night. The room with a lake view was really Nice to wake up with, breakfast was big and there was so many different dishes.. I also joined the gym, very well equipt with many Nice machines...it was a hotel that goes high on My 5 star list for sure. Thank you the the executive head chef for taking time to meet me in the morning. I look forward to Come back again..

There are many options to choose from, so it’s easy to find something you like. The drinks are also great, with plenty of choices to enjoy with your meal. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, making it a nice place to eat with friends or family. Service is friendly and the food comes out quickly. "My early check-in was handled smoothly by the lobby staff, who were consistently cheerful and helpful. Having stayed here five times, I can confidently say the service is superb. A major highlight is the breakfast, which I find exceptional because of the delicious local food options. Furthermore, the staff makes arranging Grab taxis very convenient. I consider this, overall, to be the best hotel experience in Yangon."

This evening, I had dinner with a friend at La Seine Restaurant in Lotte Hotel.||The restaurant offers an Asian buffet, and I must say the food was truly delicious and full of rich, satisfying flavors. The prawns and meats were freshly grilled and served hot, and guests can enjoy them with a variety of dressings and sauces according to their own taste. In addition, there were about seven to eight varieties of ready-to-serve meat dishes, as well as a live cooking station where you can choose your preferred ingredients and have them cooked on the spot.||Coffee, pastries, fruits, and desserts were also thoughtfully arranged so that both children and adults could enjoy them. Personally, I really appreciated the freedom to choose and enjoy a wide variety of dishes according to my own preferences.||One thing I would like to mention is that, honestly, I have never had the habit or even the thought of writing reviews like this before. However, this time, the warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and sweet smile of a lovely staff member, Miss Soe Nandar Htet, truly touched me and inspired me to write this review wholeheartedly.||Enjoying the delicious food while watching the beautiful sunset over Inya Lake, accompanied by warm and welcoming smiles, made this evening dinner a truly complete and memorable experience for me. Nice dessert spot in Lotte Hotel. I usually come here for bingsoo and it’s consistently good. I’ve also tried their afternoon tea set and Tea Garden dessert buffet — both were decent and enjoyable. The staff are polite and helpful. It’s a perfect place to chill with family or friends for tea and desserts, or even for some quiet time.

The event facilities were excellent spacious, clean and well organized. The staff were professional and supportive .The location and lake view added a premium touch to the seminar atmosphere. Highly recommended for corporate events and business functions.

Lovely suite. Once checkin, I upgraded to club floor superior suite from junior suite. But had suite on 10th floor corner and not sure that 13th floor is club floor or only providing other floor with club floor benefits. Especially thanks to club floor staffs for providing their great service.
