The ticketing experience was absolutely terrible and messy, we waited an hour in line before being told at the gate to get a paper ticket for our online tickets, there were no other staff or sign during the wait that told us this. We waited another hour just to enter. This ticketing experience was very out-dated, slow and hard to navigate.
The park inside was incredibly crowded, all the rides even the filler rides had a long queue, i had to wait 3 hours for each ride i went even with a reservation. The single person only line was unregulated and horrible too, so many groups of people and not individuals which made the waiting time even longer. This place is a waste of time. The rides were mostly for kids, there were a few that were fun enough for adults and teens, so it is better for families with young children. The main rides such as French Revolution were fun but was meh in comparison to the rides I went in Disney and Universal studios in Japan and America.
The food and merchandise was also too expensive.
In summary this place is just so old, messy, disorganised and SO crowded. It felt so gruelling to wait around for 3 hours for just one ride even as a single rider with reservations made. I felt like i wasted my time and money here. I do not recommend coming here, but if you are considering to go here then buy a magic pass in advance as it gets sold out quickly, make some online reservations for the rides a week beforehand and pack some lunch and snacks.
