Nice hotel, which is already a few days older. We enjoyed our stay and the time at the pool was brilliant. The breakfast is varied. The great thing was the people. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not right in the centre, but with the tuktuk you can get to the important places quickly. I can recommend it.

The very best hotel we have stayed at during our trip so far! Total luxury for an affordable price. Large quiet rooms, super comfy bed and attentive respectful staff everywhere. Breakfast is always delicious and sets you up for the day. The best pool we have had as it is huge! A short tuk-tuk away from the chaos of the city centre. We will definitely return. Thanks 🙏

The hotel is excellent and the service is outstanding. We had an unfortunate incident when something got into my eye, and the staff handled the situation in a very professional and caring way. They immediately arranged medical assistance and organized a visit to the hospital. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Throughout the whole situation, we felt well taken care of and safe. An additional advantage is the organized transport to the city center as well as amazing excursions, all very well organized and worth recommending. On top of that, we forgot our charger at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing it to us just before our departure to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

What a great hotel! Wow factor when you walk in, welcome tea, baggage taken to room etc etc etc. In all, a lovely welcome. Kanika made great recommendations and we took her up on the dinner/ show recommendation and we loved it! She continued to check in with us with a smile and professionalism we really appreciated! She's an asset to the resort! The room was wonderfully spacious and pool area beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All the staff really can't do enough for you. We had a great time browsing the Persian rugs in the shop and enjoyed chatting to the owner about how the glorious rugs are made. The drinks at the bar were great, all premium options at reasonable prices. The hotel will get you a tuk tuk, book your trips etc whatever you need! Cambodia and it's people are lovely, I will be back and I will be staying at this hotel again!

Great tourist hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more attentive or do enough to assist where they could. The tuk-tuk drivers affiliated to the hotel were also very good and reliable. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend to other travellers.

The hotel is amazing. The room is spacious and quiet. It is close to the city center, but not so close that it becomes noisy. Breakfast offers a lot of options, the eggs are really good. The rest isn’t very flavorful, but overall it is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, from check-in to check-out, they do their best to provide the best possible experience.

Everything was great! The hotel and staff are lovely, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Def recommend to stay here.

Stayed 21st dec 2025 Excellent stay at Lotus Blanc Resort – highly recommended! We stayed at Lotus Blanc Resort for 3 nights and had a truly memorable experience. The resort is perfectly located — just about 10 minutes from the city centre and around 20 minutes from Angkor Wat, making sightseeing very convenient. Cafés, a supermarket, and massage parlours are all within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk, which was a big plus. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The pool area was calm and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the overall food quality was excellent. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Mr. Bond, who personally followed up and kept us updated about our baggage delivery after it was left behind in Bangkok by the airline — his support made a stressful situation much easier. A wonderful blend of comfort, location, great food, and exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again.
