Lotus Blanc Resort

I stayed 3 nights by the end of May and I enjoyed so much my stay in Lotus Blanc, and the main reason has been because of the staff. Thank you so much to the management and reception coordinators that assigned my room, which made my stay very comfortable. The facilities are lovely!. The restaurant staff is so kind and professional, I felt they really personalize the service. The Front Desk team also was very helpful everytime I needed. Special thanks to Kanika for her approach and kind service. I can recommend this hotel without any doubts.

I enjoyed my stay! The people were very friendly and welcoming! They were very informative especially when it came to finding great restaurants, museums and other cultural sites to visit. Transportation in and out of the hotel was pretty smooth for my family and I. And their breakfast was pretty delicious. If you’re looking for a nice and relaxing place to stay it would definitely be the Lotus Blanc Resort! I 100% recommend staying at the resort! You will learn a ton of new things like the way the locals greet each other. :)

Absolutely beautiful resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. English was easily understood.|My room was gorgeous and very spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows.|Large bathroom. |Beautiful grounds and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat.|Siso was great for happy hour 4pm-7pm with live music. Had some delicious cocktails. |The buffet breakfast was sensational. So much variety on offer. Still found plenty to eat that was gluten free.|I would definitely stay again. |Also a convenient location with small markets across the road with cold drinks, snacks and alcohol. Nearby Pharmacy also.

Very good location for Angkor Wat temple visitors. Room has good size , WiFi and breakfast is available. Spa is really good and very reasonable rates . Good customer service ||Rooms were old . I felt AC took a long time to function. And saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom and didn’t expect that at all from a five star hotel

It was a real pleasure to stay here. The service from the room staff to the front desk was amazing. Everybody was super friendly, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile from ordering your transportation to making reservations for you. One minor quibble with the hotel room was that we found the AC wasn't cold enough. However, when we requested a room change, the new room was perfectly fine. The location was really good and was a quick Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street. Breakfast was pretty standard fare and gets the job done. Would recommend staying here.

Great hotel , staff are so friendly and accommodating. Good selection of food at buffet breakfast . Need transport to get into town but options are readily available at not expensive. The gardens are nice and they do have a happy hour from 4-7 pm . The room was spacious and clean

The hotel is beautiful and aesthetic. The rooms look nice and the breakfast is OK. Everyone is very polite, respectful, and kind. There were random power outages during the day but they were temporary and often lasted less than 5 minutes. You would have to log back into the wifi afterwards. If you paid for breakfast and were going to leave early for a tour, you could ask for a bag with breakfast to take with you. The room I was in had a small issue with the water pressure but that was mainly because water needed to flow through. My brother told me on the last day that he saw a lizard in the room. I would recommend that they clean the toilet with a scrubber since I could see a ring of yellow in the toilet. Overall it was a nice stay.

My favorite place to stay in Siem Reap!! I’ve been staying here for years and it never disappoints! The staff are soooo kind and friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful and gorgeous, and the pool is amazing. The landmark rooms are gorgeous, spacious, clean and the beds are super comfy! Stay stay stay!
