Walked in this morning and made an appointment for ring making this afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me make this beautiful silver ring with a larger stone than they normally use. The silversmith helped with the finishing touches to make sure our rings were exactly as we wanted. Very affordable for sterling silver, about $90 per ring. Highly recommend!

Ring workshop was so great! Had a design in mind and they really helped with the material and look. Turned out better than I had expected and they advised me to do a black finish on the silver which looked great! So happy with the result! The jeweller is very skilled and helpful and will guide you all the way!

Look no further, Lotus is the BEST jewelry shop in Hoi An!!!! My friend and I were looking for both custom made jewelry we could design with the jeweler and also looking to buy some pre made jewelry as well. We had such an incredible experience at Lotus. The ladies helping us took the time to really understand what we were looking for and were incredibly patient in helping us design our dream pieces. They answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the best options for what we wanted. We were on a bit of a time crunch, so they helped worked with the jeweler to prioritize making our prices, and they were ready in 24 hours - it was outstanding!!!! Upon receiving our jewelry, we were blown away by the quality and care of the pieces we designed. Not only were they exactly what we wanted, but they were even better!!! I got a ring custom made and I love it! I showed them a photo of the ring I wanted and in less than 48 hours they were able to make the ring for me! Unfortunately however, in less than two weeks since wearing it (I wear the ring everyday), the gold plating which I requested around the ring has started wearing off, which you can see in the photos :( I’m a bit concerned that all of the gold plating will wear off in the next couple of weeks so I might need to get it re-plated again. Nevertheless, they are very lovely, friendly and helpful in this store. I also bought a bracelet for my friend! I enjoyed my experience here but again the only downside to it is how quickly the gold plating wears away. Thank you!!

Had an amazing experience with my partner making matching rings. It was really fun being involved in the process. The jeweller was very helpful and patient. A little pricey but very worth it.

We did the ring worshop today and it was amazing. The whole process was so fun and we were able to do a lot of the work but when we needed help the employees were ready to help us. I drew my own mountain design of my favorite mountain and then we could engrave something from the inside too. Most of the designs were 1 300 mil. VND. Maybe a little pricey but we were very happy with the results so it was definitely worth it for us. Recommend 100 %.
