I got a ring custom made and I love it! I showed them a photo of the ring I wanted and in less than 48 hours they were able to make the ring for me! Unfortunately however, in less than two weeks since wearing it (I wear the ring everyday), the gold plating which I requested around the ring has started wearing off, which you can see in the photos :( I’m a bit concerned that all of the gold plating will wear off in the next couple of weeks so I might need to get it re-plated again. Nevertheless, they are very lovely, friendly and helpful in this store. I also bought a bracelet for my friend! I enjoyed my experience here but again the only downside to it is how quickly the gold plating wears away. Thank you!!

Had an amazing experience with my partner making matching rings. It was really fun being involved in the process. The jeweller was very helpful and patient. A little pricey but very worth it.

i came in here and got 3 matching lotus flower pendants in silver, with engraved initials for gifts, bought silver chains and even upgraded the clasp to a sturdier one - all for around £130 (equivalent). The team in the store were so kind and helpful, beautiful selection of jewellery, so knowledgable with advice. Even popped in to collect hours before our collection time and was greeted with smiles and our personalised orders prepared. 100% recommend, absolutely love what i’ve got!!! Perfection 💛

Did a ring making workshop here and it was one of the best things we did in Hoi An. The girls were so helpful and there’s so much choice when choosing what ring to make so definitely something for everyone. It’s very hands on and you do end up doing majority of it yourself but they will always help and guide you along the way! Couldn’t recommend this workshop enough. Van was the best too! Service is far too slow. Only two staff and they prioritise white western travellers. I’m Chinese Australian so I got minimal service and mostly ignored while the Americans got all smiles. Do you think I can’t afford some jewelry of all things? I own custom made jewelry. And I was in the market for a new necklace. You’re not allowed to take any photos of the stock because it’s “special design” and it is literally just a claw or bezel setting in some silver. Jewelry and pricing is fine I suppose. Edit: In reply to the long winded lies, yes I explicitly asked the lady serving me if I could take a photo of the ring on my hand, and she slapped her hands over my hand, saying “NO PHOTO NO PHOTO ORIGINAL DESIGN.” That should be caught on your cameras too.
