My experience at the hotel was mixed. At check-in, the staff did not seem happy or welcoming, which is disappointing for the service industry. They looked bored and like they didn’t want to be there. The breakfast was good, but the juice was not fresh. The hotel room was fantastic—spacious with a balcony—but unfortunately, the bathroom walls had mold. I’ve heard the hotel will undergo renovations next year, which is much needed. The pool was large, though I didn’t get a chance to swim, and the gym lacked air conditioning. While the hotel itself was big and beautiful, its location is slightly outside the central area of Chiang Mai, which could be inconvenient.
