The Lotus Temple is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places in Delhi. The architecture is stunning—it really does look like a blooming lotus surrounded by water ponds. The best part is the calm and serene atmosphere inside the prayer hall, where people of all religions can sit quietly and meditate. The gardens around the temple are very well maintained and add to the beauty of the place. Entry is free, but it’s best to visit early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the heavy crowds and heat. Photography is allowed outside but not inside the prayer hall. Overall, it’s a must-visit landmark if you’re in Delhi, not just for the architecture but also for the unique sense of peace you feel here.

A very beautiful location. The temple is beautifully maintained. The surrounding is lush green and gives a very scenic view. The authorities are cordial and polite. Not a very kid friendly place but outside the temple kids can play and enjoy. A good place to take your kids on a weekend.

Visiting the Lotus Temple was a very good experience. The place is extremely well maintained with clean surroundings and excellent crowd management. Wheelchair facilities are available, which makes it convenient for elderly visitors and those with mobility challenges. The entry process is simple and organized. Uou go through a tight security check, then walk along a beautiful green pathway leading up to the temple. Once inside, the atmosphere is truly peaceful and super silent. The devotional song and preaching echo gently through the dome, creating a serene and calming experience. Sitting there for 10–15 minutes brings a sense of inner peace. What I really appreciated is that it’s a no fuss visit. You enter, spend quiet time in the temple, and then exit through the same walkway without unnecessary delays or commercial distractions. Overall, I would say the Lotus Temple is a good one time visit and definitely a must see for anyone visiting Delhi. It’s not just about architecture, but also about experiencing the tranquility and spiritual calm the place offers.

I visited the Lotus Temple in Delhi and it’s truly a worthy experience. From a distance, the architecture looks stunning like a giant lotus, and up close it’s even more beautiful. Inside the temple, the atmosphere is very peaceful and calming – a perfect place to sit quietly and find some inner peace. The entry is free of cost. However, it can get crowded, so it’s best to visit in the morning or late afternoon for a quieter experience. Overall, a must-visit landmark in Delhi both for its architecture and for the sense of serenity it offers.
