Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance and paid a $10 fee. They text me 4 days before my appointment to inform me that it's cancelled and asked me to call to reschedule. I've called twice and left a voicemail with no response. At this point I just want my money back.

Came in and asked if she was busy. Was told to come back later when it’s “less busy” around 2pm or she’ll give me a call. Called multiple times between 2-3pm. Ended up driving 30 minutes back here to find out she had already closed. Great way to not earn a new loyal customer. Never coming here again. Would not recommend to anyone if you don’t want to wait for 2 hour plus and wait for a phone call. People have lives to get back to. Very unprofessional.
