Definitely recommend this place! The location of the hotel was perfect for getting to anywhere as a tourist. It’s close to the pier, that means you can easily cross to asian side as well as crossing to the old town area. The hotel staff was also really helpful with all the information you actually need to get around, and they will be there for you 24/7. Great place to stay if you come to Istanbul for the first time. (The view from the room on 5th floor was awesome!!)

The hotel was exceedingly well-located, just outside the Galata tower. There were a lot of dining options, shops and cute streets in the vicinity. Rooms were exactly like pictured, very spacious with a sitting room, kitchenette and the comfiest bed. But the best part of the hotel was the service and hospitality. Tufaan and Tobrek were exceedingly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on places to go, things to eat, sights to see. They really made the overall stay very welcoming and comfortable. Huge shout-out to Tobrek too for helping us lug our heavy luggages up the street to our taxi when we left.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in Istanbul (our first stop on our first trip to Turkey), and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. The room itself was comfortable and had a useful kitchenette, the location was wonderful, but what really stood out to me was the staff at the hotel. From the minute we arrived, I felt so welcomed by the staff, and they encouraged us to sit and relax while they offered to help us with any plans for our trip or with any questions we had. Throughout our stay, it was really nice chatting with them and I also really appreciated their advice on things to do and how to get around. They also arranged very nice airport transfers for us, both from the airport and back to the airport.|We hope to come back to Turkey again and if we do, we would love to stay here again!

The welcome at check-in was kind, and the room was pretty but the room itself has been a nightmare. I can hear every piece of personal information being spoken at the reception desk, as well as every guest arriving and using the elevator. There is essentially no soundproofing. Nothing in the room was used, still to this moment. The hotel was informed within 10 minutes of check-in that we needed to change hotels. The only solution offered was to pay double the price for an “upgrade”. This level of noise and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a room marketed as a soundproof suite. After Mr. Tufan and Mert Erdoğan declined to offer a refund so we could change hotels, despite being notified within 10 minutes of check-in, they stated that any resolution had to go through the supplier. Expedia reviewed the case and approved the request, but informed us that final authorization still required the hotel’s permission, which was not granted. After hours of back-and-forth, we ultimately gave up around 9:00 PM and stayed the night only because we had early morning meetings and could not be bothered to relocate. The nighttime noise was just as severe as during the day. You can clearly hear neighboring rooms, reception conversations, elevator use, and all building activity. This directly contradicts how the room is marketed as noise-proof. Following that night, the supplier ultimately refunded the remaining three nights of the stay, and we changed hotels. I am writing this from an actual soundproof room. I hope future guests can make an informed decision. If you love loudness, and are okay with management who has no sense of caring whatsoever, go for it. Otherwise there are hundreds of other options in Istanbul.

I've approved this hotel as my first choice to stay in Istanbul. The staff is amazing, the rooms and services are great. It's clean and organized. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to Galata tower and about 3 to 5 minutes walking to Istiklal street and about 15 mins walk to Galataport. Again, the staff are incredible.

Beautiful apartments and family operated. The service was excellent. They can arrange airport transfers, lent us power adaptors and umbrellas when we had inclement weather, help arranged restaurant bookings etc. And the location was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We wanted a comfortable base for our week's stay in Istanbul and we found the perfect spot. The small block of apartments is located close to the Galeta Tower - the surrounding area was busy - lots of cafes catering to tourists but the apartment was incredibly quiet at night. There's a small supermarket -Migros Jet a 2 minute walk away - fine for essentials including water, wines and beers, croissants for breakfast and so on. A walk down the hill gets you to Karakoy tram station by the Galata Bridge taking you to the major mosques, museums and Basilica Cistern in a few stops. Coming back, take the F2 Tunel inclined railway up to Beyoglu which saves you the steep walk back up the hill. The apartment was very clean and stylish, daily cleaning service very welcome and the staff are charming and helpful.

I have a concern and I’m really upset about this situation. I have stayed with you twice before and everything was fine, especially regarding the air conditioning. This time, when I asked for a device to operate the AC, I was informed that there is no air conditioning available during winter. On the first night, I had to sleep with the window open, and I couldn’t sleep at all due to insects and constant noise until morning. I kindly request a solution, either by changing our room to the other side of the building or by providing access to the air conditioning. Sleeping with the windows open is not an option for us due to the insects. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible I will be staying at the hotel until 10 February 2026.
