Check-in Time: 2:00 PM We arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:50 PM after traveling from Sepang, expecting to check in smoothly since it was well past the stated check-in time. However, we were extremely disappointed with the service. The room was still being cleaned by housekeeping when we arrived, and we were made to wait nearly 20 minutes before we could check in. This delay is unacceptable, especially after a long journey. If 2:00 PM is your official check-in time, rooms should be ready by then—not still in the process of being cleaned. It shows a clear lack of preparation and professionalism. This experience left us with a very poor first impression of your hotel.

Good value for money. Clean room, bathroom and bedding. Quite spacious. Firm mattress and comfortable pillows. Mini safe, hair dryer, electric kettle provided. Excellent location in the town centre, walking distance from malls and food outlets. AC works well - great as the weather was really hot! It's off the main road so traffic noise wasn't too intrusive. One thing to note: you park on the street and have to download an app to pay. The hotel does give you 2 hours of free parking each morning. 👍🙏

Located nearby the Bomba Taiping and the famous Yong Tau Foo I reckon. The 7E and 99 Speedmart are walking distance like 2 breathes away. Convenient for emergency purchase. Room is spacious! The round bed felt huge 😆. Jacuzzi is another top feature the hotel can offer since this can help me to buy the time in entertaining the kids. Louis is shortlisted every time we went to Taiping anyway so I may be bias in my review. 😙

The staffs were all attentive, warm and welcoming. I actually requested for an early check in prior to my arrival but sadly upon reaching I was told that there has been a slight hiccup with the laundry timing thus it cannot be fulfilled plus the laundry situation has also caused a drag on the hotel's usual check in time. But I feel valued as a customer that the staff took the initiative to ring me once the room is ready as I choose to head out and not wait at the lobby as my kid was already grumpy from the long drive that we had. The room is decent, clean (special points for the toilet) and well maintained with basic pantry and toiletries. The water pressure is definitely on the acceptional scale with clean towels, working heater and bedding provided. We also received 4hrs worth of parking coupons for our 4 days stay here. The location is great with plenty of eateries within walking distance as shared by previous guests. The only downsize for me was the noise coming from the air cond and the maintenance work that we were not given any prior notice on (happened to be they had their sign board repaired/changed that took the whole daylight to be fixed). There was also paint chipping from the wall next to the bathroom (I guess it must be due to water damage) with'em ants crawling about here and there (as a toddler's mum I'm always repellent ready so that was quickly put under control). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I can see myself booking them again during my next visit. Highly recommended

We stayed in a double room , plenty of space and a wet room/ for the shower and toilet . There was Tv , kettle and good air conditioning. Bed was good and laundry was clean. It’s a bit worn with faded interior paint , but it’s generally ok as a basic stop over . And they kept our luggage over whilst we explored the area .

Spacious and well maintained hotel. It is close to a number of Indian restaurants. Looking for Indian bridal and flower shops? No worries. All within walking distance.

Stay here bcoz waiting mom in icu . U get what u pay . Overall i can say this is a perfect place for u if u just want to lepaskan penat maybe ada urusan in taiping bcoz it locate tengah2 bandar taiping and just few minute to hospital taiping . Room was nice and cozy . All staff also polite and helpfull . Love this place .

When I checked in at 1145am , the old lady at the counter told me the room was not ready yet bcos check in time is 2-3pm.So, I sat and resting at the lobby sofa waited until 1pm.Later,I went to food court for lunch and returned at 2.10pm.The old lady told me I was lucky bcos they upgraded my room to a better room.They charged me RM3 for the Perak state tourism tax .The room is big, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, TV, safe deposit, tooth brush + paste,jug boiler, free coffee, hair dryer, phone, toiletries etc. Good location, nearby food court, Taiping mall,lake garden, market,bus station, ktm train station etc..recommended.
