The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with good service from the front desk staff. Its strategic location is a major plus, as it’s close to many great dining options. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as external and neighboring noise can be disruptive.

Stumbled upon this hotel as I was looking for a hotel last minute change of plan. It was the last room and even though there's a small peeling off their wallpaper. But I was surprised with the facility especially the lift despite only 3 levels. They have good wifi on every floor and would call first if you need your room to be changed. They even have a safe box, a working heater and hair dryer. Located walking distance to the nearby local market where I can easily grab my breakfast, and have public parking for cars. Do download parking apps as the hotel may not have reserve parking to avoid summons. For Muslim, they already have a Qiblat direction on the ceiling so it's quite convenient for families too. Do bring your own telekung & sejadah though. And a clean bathroom especially the floor seems well mopped. In some hotels you can feel the sticky floor, but this one is squeaky clean! The receptionist was helpful and nice. Hope she recovers quickly from her recent operation.

Had an excellent stay at here. The room was clean and comfortable but still can improved, the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, and the dining options were great. Highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

Location: 7E is just nearby. Eateries is a lot. Room: Spacious. We got free upgrade (lucky us). Plus point is they have lotsss of plug point. The downside is the toilet is bit small. Lift: Available. But if you are to enter with your luggage, it can only fit 3 at max. Parking: Paid parking. But the hotel will gave you coupon for you to be use. Parking also available at the street next to the hotel. No water dispenser available at the lounge/reception area.

Irresponsible hotel, offering free parking on agoda, but customer still got summoned in the end, approached the receptionist to ask, and she told that their parking coupon out of stock and ask customer to pay on their own. But none of the receptionist informed earlier as well. Ended up telling customer ‘u all have to pay for the summon, it’s like that, now we also can’t do anything’. What a ridiculous customer service.

Louis Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to a hospital and surrounded by various eateries, making it ideal for travelers who prioritize accessibility to essential services and dining options. The hotel is fairly clean, which is a plus. However, the major drawback lies in its wheelchair accessibility. While there is a ramp on the road, the entrance to the hotel itself has high steps with no additional ramp, which essentially defeats the purpose for wheelchair users. To make matters worse, a large van is parked right in front of the ramp, blocking wheelchair access to the hotel’s corridor. The management should address this issue more proactively to truly accommodate all guests. Additionally, the pricing doesn’t quite match the experience provided, as these inconveniences create more hassle than comfort.

Great place. The room is spacious and clean. Parking is also easy to get (probably due to weekdays and the pasar is still under construction).
