Louis Hotel

Loise hotel is very good. With build in storage makes the room feels spacious. The room is clean, the toilet is excellent super clean like new! Got all basic items likes kettle, tootbrush kits and hair dryer. After all this is a Great value hotel. Recommended.

Went there for a 1 night stay during my son's birthday. They provided simple yet nice deco in the room. We Had a great stay. We stayed at VIP room with Jacuzzi facility. The kids really enjoyed their bubbles bath. All the staff were really helpful especially receptionist Mr. Praveen. Will definitely come again if visiting taiping in the future since the hotel is in the heart of the town.

Louis Hotel is an average option if you’re travelling on a budget — just don’t expect too much. It was surprising to find that there wasn’t even a mini bar in the room, a first for me in any hotel stay.||The property is a little rundown, but to be fair, you can see that the team makes an effort to keep everything functioning reasonably well.||Location-wise, it’s definitely a plus point. The hotel sits right by the lake, with plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s also not too far from the bus terminal, making it convenient for getting around.||Overall, it’s decent for a short budget-friendly stay, as long as you manage your expectations.

On a previous trip, we were recommended this hotel, but it wasn't available then. After perusing reviews we were able to booked for this trip. We arrived early and were denied check in because of the inflexible check in time. Anyhow, not one to create a fuss, we went in search of lunch. The location proves to be good as there were loads of eateries nearby. As for the rooms, not much in terms of amenities, and just basic. The mattresses need replacement, bathroom layout not great, total wetness after shower. And housekeeping a failure, strands of hairs on pillows and surrounding. But really appreciated the lighting, brightened every corner of the room.Oh, only street parking....

Worth staying in this hotel.The room was well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to food stalls. The staff from reception desk are friendly and helpful.

I booked a deluxe triple room with one queen bed and one single bed. upon check-in, we were given a room with two queen beds instead — without any additional charge. the air conditioner was leaking, and the water was dripping directly onto the bed. I informed the reception, and they only provided one bucket and two towels to absorb the water. The leakage continued the entire day until we reported it again for repair, as the bed was getting wet and we couldn’t sleep . The bathroom was also disappointing — the water drained very slowly, taking about 15 to 20 minutes to clear. There was no hot water throughout our three-day stay, which was especially inconvenient as I was traveling with my mother and grandmother who needed warm water for bathing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with elderly family members. The service was very poor, and the room was noisy we could clearly hear sounds from the next room. Really a disappointing experience.

Good value for money. Clean room, bathroom and bedding. Quite spacious. Firm mattress and comfortable pillows. Mini safe, hair dryer, electric kettle provided. Excellent location in the town centre, walking distance from malls and food outlets. One thing to note: you park on the street. the conference room was a bit small but ok for a small group. overall the hotel was good. tq to louis hotel for hosting us

Good location with clean room. Fittings are acceptable and all works well. Only issue is the air compressor and water pressure noise.
