Yesterday (10.12.22), around 8PM I’ve visited LV in La Rinascente. I’ve chosen female wallet, during payment procedure we had some problem with credit card, so we decided to split the payment into two. Seller said that it is possible when I use the same credit card. We have proceeded the first payment, and I said that the problem in my opinion was with the single limitation of one payment and we have proceeded the second one. After that seller said that i made a mistake, because I used the same card for both payments and he said that I should use twif cards and he cannot sell me the wallet. This is the first time when somebody has a problem with spilt payment.
After that he went to another seller (woman) and asked about something, they came back together and she said that she will perform online refund. During the whole situation the staff wasn’t kind, had sarcastic smile and were not willing to resolve the issue which they created by themselves.
English language of the man wasn’t sufficient but he clearly said that I should use the same card for both payments. In the end, now I don’t have money neither wallet.
