Louis Vuitton La Samaritaine

Beautiful exhibition and lovely chocolate. Staff in the door and chocolatier were nice and friendly, but not in the actual store. A grown man scolding me for a misunderstanding is an embarrassment to the store and the brand. Kindness and clear communication will take you farther 😉

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the LV store (upstairs in the mall) thanks to Ryan (apologies if I misspelled the name, but that was the pronunciation). He was incredibly patient and friendly – recommending many different styles and colors of shoes, and kindly helping us try them on. His suggestions and taste were excellent, making the whole shopping experience very enjoyable. Truly appreciate his professional and thoughtful service – highly recommend!

In my photos, these are 2 different locations but across from each other. I had no idea I waited in line for the LV Cafe (and whatever else is inside). I was getting a pair of shoes and had to walk across the way. Luckily, I was waiting for it to open and not in the 45min+ line in the afternoon. This LV location was the ONLY one that had my size in the trainers I wanted (a half size, which is rare to find....it was meant to be). I fell in love with these shoes at the Saint Germain location. They were a gift to myself for my 45th birthday 🤩 I was greeted by THE kindest young gentleman named Max. I truly enjoyed having a conversation about various things with him. I was very impressed with him. He helped me purchase my shoes, explained the VAT tax, and what to do at the airport. I really hope to see Max again in my future visit. I'll go back to just say hi to him. Merci Beaucoup Max!!! You're a 10 out of 10 for kindness

Nice LV museum. Entry for museum was free for me. Thank to the LV Staff. LV. Staff was super friendly. No waiting and great customer service. Nice stamps experience at the store as well. I brought my Louis Vuitton perfume with me on my vacation and visited the store for a refill. The perfume/smell and colour is completely off. Looks and smells nothing like my original perfume... 'Matiere Noire'. I sprayed it and kept spraying the new refilled bottle and the smell disappears in minutes!

It was my first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store and my experience was great! Natalia was so incredibly nice and helpful! I was definitely very satisfied. I recommend you to shop with her!

I waited for over 20 minutes but no one attended to me. There were hardly any customers, yet the staff were just chatting among themselves. It’s really disappointing to see such poor service from a top brand. Please retrain your staff

The shop is in a great Location 💗 We had a very nice saleswoman. Very friendly . My bag was specially reordered because I didn't want an exhibition model. Everything worked great. Thank you LV
