Marriott Louisville East

"It’s fitting that a bourbon-inspired hotel would open in Louisville, home to distilleries like Evan Williams and the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery. The hotel lobby is kitted out in warm, red tones, evoking wax-dipped Maker’s Mark bottles, while in-room amenities include a book detailing the history of Kentucky bourbon. Stop by the Charr’d Bourbon Lounge to choose from 80 different varieties of the brown liquor."

This place was perfect. Let me begin with the staff. The greeting I received from the chef was tremendous. His name was Steve Neblett and I was there for a breakfast|meeting with Herbert Book McCray. The hotel area was super clean, restrooms as well. There were two people that provided excellent Sunday brunch service and I |did not get their names. What I remember about them most was the lady was from Cuba and the gentleman was from India. The customer service I received was second to none. Mr Neblett went over and beyond to make sure our food was cooked to order and delivering the food to our table after preparations Mr. McCray wanted to make sure his next stay would be at this hotel seeing that he frequents Louisville often. I wanted to thank management personally but was informed they |were not available at the time. This was my reason for at least writing the review.. Great place, great food, great service and last but not least GREAT PEOPLE.|||As always I remain,||cornell benjamin starks|marriott rewards member

Excellent bar and restaurant. Really big gym with peloton bikes. However, the service was the best part of the hotel. I spoke with several staff members during my stay who all were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Although I don’t remember the name of the employee, a manager who was on duty on Monday night July 13th was especially helpful after a long day of really rough travel.

I stayed here for a work trip as this was in the middle of the two areas I was traveling to. The location is a great distance from all the attractions of Louisville, whether for business or vacation. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. I'm not one who cares about the view from my window, but I did laugh when I opened my window to the HVAC vents. If views matter to you, go higher than the 3rd floor. I wasn't there long enough to have an opinion on the service, but everyone i interacted with was pleasant, even if some of the front desk employees were a little quiet and I needed to ask them to repeat themselves a few times (I have poor hearing by nature so this isn't a unique experience for me). When you check in, if you don't have a car, make sure to let them know. This hotel automatically charges $8/day for parking. Management was extremely helpful in reversing this charge for me post-bill, but it would've been more convenient had I known beforehand. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Louisville Marriott East and would book a stay here again in the future.

Google
Great hotel! A little lacking in space in the rooms and especially elevators, but the staff make up for it in their professionalism and service. If you're disabled like me, you may find it a bit difficult to move around in the room in a wheelchair, and the elevators are small, but the employees are great! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great breakfast. Lounge is closed on the weekends (when I went) so was given complimentary breakfast instead due to being Titanium elite with Marriott. Great selection of food, and custom made omelettes! And the Assistant General Manager, Justin also emailed me personally which was an amazing touch. A+ to this hotel!

Google
I only visit this hotel for business trips as my company's office is acrossthe way. I typically only interact when checking in and out, therefore, don't have much to say except most are pretty pleasant. The room was neat and clean for the most part but of course outdated. My only negative is that I booked a King bed 2 months in advance, but was provided a room with 2 queens which was awkward. Also the bed was a bit to hard for my liking. I always dine at the restaurant/ bar on the first floor at least once and pick up coffee each morning which is convenient. Would I stay again, most likely due to it being company preferred. Would this be my first choice, unfortunately not.

Google
Really pretty badly rundown hotel. This property is rundown and they think they can get away with a half baked attempt at refurbishing. The lounge is gross and forgettable. Staff was especially unhelpful in the lounge. She was rude.

Google
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Louisville Marriott East, particularly in how they handled my confirmed reservation for Kentucky Derby 2026 weekend.||Months ago, I booked a room through Marriott's official site, received a confirmation, and made travel plans around that booking. Recently, I was contacted by hotel staff and informed that due to a "system error," my reservation was canceled because it had been made during a "blackout date." They said they wouldn’t honor the reservation or the original rate — even though it was their system that allowed the booking in the first place.||This isn’t just a minor inconvenience. During a major event like the Derby, lodging is in incredibly high demand. Canceling confirmed bookings this late, and offering only vague promises of “rebooking options” at higher rates, feels completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It puts customers at a major disadvantage and shows a clear lack of accountability.||As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I expected better. A confirmed reservation should mean just that — confirmed. If a system glitch caused this issue, the burden shouldn't fall on the customer.||I hope Marriott takes steps to make this right for all affected guests. Until then, I’d strongly advise anyone booking during special events to proceed with caution — and consider alternate hotels that stand by their commitments.

Watch your money when you give them your credit card or debit card for incidentals. I had a $174.99 hold put on my account and I was told they did not see it on their end but I confirmed the hold with my bank. They said perhaps it was another Mariott but this is the only one I stayed at. Upon checking out I was told I was being charged $250.00 for a smoking fee when I did not smoke in the room. I was told two employees smelled smoke.....BOGUS! While I do smoke, I went to the outside patio everytime I smoked. I found it interesting that I stayed at the hotel about 3 weeks earlier and no one smelled smoke in my room. Why would I not smoke during one stay but smoke at another stay. WATCH YOUR MONEY!!! Once you give them access to your card (credit or debit), they can do what they want to and YOU HAVE NO CONTROL.

Yelp
Good hotel. Only negative was they didn't have a microwave in the room and the pool closed for the two days we were there. It had a beautiful bathroom and the room was a nice size. The first three floors are conference rooms which is a little odd, but the floors didn't move on the fourth floor. I have a huge issue with the floors moving. So this is a huge help on higher levels.

Yelp
Stayed at this Marriott a number of times during business trips to the area. The hotel has a vip lounge that can be used free of charge by Marriott loyalty program customers. It's well stocked with snacks, throughout the day and offers great breakfasts and decent appetizer selection in the evening. The rooms are just okay. I typically do little floor tile sweep when I get into the room to get rid of the sticky streaks. Beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. The furniture could use some updating. Front desk staff got under my skin the last time I was there. He was super short with me and didn't even acknowledged any of the benefits that come with my platinum elite status. If you don't travel a lot you might be rolling your eyes reading this paragraph but those of us who get to spend 100+ nights per year in hotel rooms appreciate small things like a drink voucher or complimentary room upgrade. The location of the hotel is great. Close to many restaurants, including one in the front lobby. And just a mile off the expressway with plenty of parking.

Yelp
This in my opinion is a good hotel for a relaxing place to stay. The room was comfortable and did not have any major cleaning issues. Staff was friendly. The pictures match what you receive in terms of room decor and modernness so no surprises. The free parking is appreciated. All in all a hotel that meets what the website shows.

Yelp
This is my first time staying at this property. When I arrived, I was told by the manager that all the rooms were full. Apparently, they have a 4:00 pm check in. However, I was watching several people being checked in well while I was waiting in line! I had just left another Marriott property earlier in the day in Newport, KY and they weren't allowing late check outs because they were expecting the hotel to be full. That seems like a great idea: planning ahead. If you are going to be booked then don't allow late checkouts. I'm no longer an at Ambassador level with Marriott (which was great by the way), however, I'm still Titanium. Now, here's the thing. Even though other people were being checked in, I was annoyed, but not angry. The manager asked for my phone number and she said she would call me in thirty minutes to let me know when my room was ready. Let's skip to the end. Two hours later, I returned to the hotel. She never called. When I tried to check in, there was a mix up at the counter. However, there were two very nice people at the desk: Tanya and Corry. They actually know ho to deal with customers and make you feel special. They are the only reason that I'm giving this hotel 2 stars. Oh, and because of the gym. It is a nice gym.

Yelp
I was surprised by this hotel, which I booked as part of a business trip. It's located behind a group of auto dealerships - at first I had no clue where my Uber driver was taking me. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and scale of hotel - rooms was solid (replete with full sized bourbon barrels) and the lobby and common areas were large, open, and welcoming (the lobby is shaped to mimic the inside of a bourbon barrel). Overall, I'd return without hesitation, this spot is a hidden gem.

Yelp
We stay here every year during a company event in town. I book through the group rooms coordinator and they're always quick to respond, on point with the reservations, and work with me to get us the best deal! The hotel itself is awesome, beautifully decorated, and staff is always polite & friendly. I wish there was a cost effective breakfast buffet option but the restaurant is available. If you're lucky enough to be on the concierge level, there is a great breakfast available there only on weekdays. I just want to make one note about the gym - I was worried at first because they don't have any photos of the gym posted on their website. Usually when hotels lack photos that means the fitness area is bad. But I'll tell y'all that is not the case here! See pictures in my post, the gym at this hotel is awesome! Huge and includes all types of cardio machines & weight lifting equipment including 2 weight machines! 10 out of 10 on the fitness center!

Yelp
Stayed here for only one night for business, but this is a great hotel. The front desk employees were great. My room was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant for breakfast, and the chef made me a perfect omelette. Only downside, at check in, I asked the front desk employee if I could have a late checkout, and he said no problem. I gave him my key back, and he gave me another key that was good until 3:00pm. At 1:45pm, I had house keeping coming into my room, and I got a call from the front desk. Even though the employee at the front desk updated my rook key, he forgot to put it into their system. It happens.

Yelp
I stayed here for 4 nights on a work trip and enjoyed my time. I was given a two queen room, which was super clean. The room had all the amenities I needed for my trip, plenty of outlets to charge devices and a desk to work at. The bathroom was spotless and I really enjoyed the rain shower head and water pressure. The indoor pool looked inviting, but alas I did not bring any trunks to swim with. The gym was the biggest of any hotel I have stayed in and had plenty of aerobic machines. They even had two leg machines, commercial gym quality. The restaurant was also very nice and if I am ever back in town, will stay here.

Yelp
My husband and I booked our KING bed stay days prior to arriving. We were on a 20 hour road trip and very excited to just keep some rest at this seemingly nice hotel. When we arrived at 8:30 Pm there was nobody at the front desk for 15 minutes. There were multiple guests waiting to be helped with no sign of an employee. Once we finally got to talk to somebody to check us in, she told us that our room is ready on the 4th floor (which right off the bat seemed weird since I booked a king bed on the 9th floor or above). We decided to go up to the room and make sure it was ok - we walked into a room with two queen beds. After hauling all of our luggage and multiple bags up to the room, we then had to go all the way back down to the lobby with all of our luggage. When explaining to the front desk attendant that this was not our room and that we reserved a king bed, she informed us there are not kings left and that 2 queen bed rooms were all she had left. This confused and infuriated us because we had specifically booked this room days before to make sure we got what we wanted. It seems the hotel gave our room away to somebody else, we are assuming a "walk-in" customer. We requested to speak to a manager, but she said there were none working until the next morning at 11 Am. At this point we had accepted the fact that we would have to either squeeze in a queen bed or sleep separate. We were in our pajamas ready for bed and as we pulled back the comforter to lay down there were long black hairs on both beds. Clearly the sheets were not cleaned before we arrived. Now for the 2nd time, my husband and I got re-dressed and went downstairs to explain the situation and she said there was no housekeeping to change the sheets for us. At this point we were so fed up that we told her we were willing to change the sheets ourselves and to just give us the sheets. She left the front desk for over 10 minutes leaving us standing there waiting wondering where she went. After about 15 minutes, a manager (Moses) walked up to the desk and we explained the situation and he patiently gave us keys to a king bed. We were very grateful for him helping the situation, but we were blown away at how easy this situation could have been fixed. We still dont know why the initial front desk attendant couldn't give us the room Moses did. If she did, I wouldn't even have had to write this complaint. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel as it is unprofessional and VERY unwilling to work with you. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will never return to this hotel and I will never recommend it to anybody that asks.

Yelp
My hotel stay was great! I when I arrived I was welcomed immediately. They had my room ready with door keys set aside for an easy Smooth checkin. I was only here for one night and didn't want to get back in the car so I opted for dinner at the Charr Grill. The server Brandy was fabulous! She had great recommendations on drinks and food. She was attentive and service was fast. I highly recommend this property for clean, well designed rooms and grade A customer service!

Yelp
I recently worked an event at Louisville Marriott East and I thought it was fantastic. The hotel is very nice, and I loved all of the bourbon accents throughout. The staff was very helpful, particularly Ryan, a manager I worked with throughout the day. The staff I worked with had no obligation whatsoever to help me with my requests for (sometimes very random items for) vendors, as they were not staff for the event, but they were extremely helpful and very courteous throughout. I didn't have a chance to see all of the hotel, but the areas I saw were great. And the rooms seem very nice as well. If you need a place to stay in the area I definitely think Louisville Marriott East is a safe bet.

Yelp
Our trip here was the "oh bourbon" package which sounds awesome if your coming down to do the bourbon trail. So for this package since the website doesn't explain it great. So for this you get a a welcome gift of 2 shooters, two bourbon balls, the breakfast buffet, and a appetizer and a flight of their house bourbon. The biggest thing I can say is call and ask to speak to the actual manager about what if they offer still in this package because none of the staff are consistent on what's all included. We were told different things multiple times. So what it breaks down to is you get $20 off a $30 flight not a free flight which is advertised, it says a free flight. The appetizer coupon you get when was super limited to either tots with pulled pork or different salad vs the menu before we booked we were told they offered which was much better. FYI if you call Marriott (corporate) they tell you that you get everything listed every night, you don't get the bourbon shooters and bourbon balls even if you book multiple nights. For the first room we had it was the bourbon room which is a bourbon themed with hardwood (fake) floors and a bourbon barrel and other bourbon themed things, it was cool. The downside is not really sure if it was a fluke or what but that room was disgustingly dirty and dusty. You could see dust sitting on everything, the drink wear was dirty, you could see water marks on things where drinks were. I can't explain the dust has much as I want to.... it was disturbing how bad and they say they are doing extra cleaning due to covid there is no way they are. ( take some cleaning spray yourself) they did move us after I call the Marriott customer service line to another room which they were told by the front desk was another bourbon room (it wasn't one at all they just moved us to the top floor, nothing special) Ben was the front desk worker that had a attitude after this and didn't seem to care at all. Ethan is the front desk manager who honestly made the whole thing much better. He actually listened to what happened and went to work trying to figure out why the flight cost $10 and why Ben hadn't done anything to fix the issue( btw been lied to corporate and myself about putting me in another bourbon room, it was a basic room) Ethan came back and said after some research the reason the flight cost money was due to a state law that they couldn't just give alcohol away even though you paid for it through the room, weird but makes sense. He did say he is going to look at getting the description fixed so no confusion going forward. In the end I would stay here again for sure. I think just one bad employee, bad description, and a dirty room got it going down at the beginning but one amazing employee fixed it all and made me want to come back.

Yelp
Although I didn't come to the Marriott East to stay overnight, I did come here to attend the 2019 Kentucky Student Success Summit. In short, I was very impressed! The inside is very cool with its Kentucky/Bourbon theme. The hotel is relatively new (probably no more than 25 years old if I had to guess) but the interior looks like it's been updated recently. The Marriott East has tons of space for meetings and conferences...but the thing I was most impressed with was the staff: They were tremendously friendly and helpful. So for that reason alone, I would say that if you're looking for a place to stay in the East End of Louisville, you may want to consider the Marriott East Hotel!

Yelp
The other reviews are not wrong. This is a great place to stay and well worth the money. I was booked into one of the renovated rooms and must say the bed was divine! Best night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel. I wanted to take the pillows with me! The staff were friendly, everything was clean, and the bar/restaurant have great food and fun energy. I will say service was a little slow, but the food and drinks are worth the wait.

Jason Z.

Yelp
Had a small issue/discrepancy with an upcoming reservation. Amber was quick to address the problem and solve it promptly. I greatly appreciate customer service like this, and especially great workers willing to go above and beyond to make things right. I feel like you don't see that too often right now. Amber, thanks, and I look forward to staying at your property in the near future. Keep up the good work

Yelp
The bourbon bar is a 4 or 5 on a scale of 10, they have always been slow to respond. Now yesterday with all the excitement maybe I can understand. But been here before and not much difference. The wife a cup of burgoo, wasn't any burgoo like I've seen in my 36 years in Louisville I would expect much better.

Yelp
We found this place on hotel tonight and checking in was super smooth (literally less than a minute, which is rare using hotel tonight). Front desk saw how late we arrived and offered us free breakfast vouchers if we decided to get up early to eat. They also gave us free drinks from the lobby bar. Only downfall was our bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in the room.

Yelp
Not much to complain about my stay. I will mention that the elevators are slow and one of them jumps while you're loading. The room was satisfactory. The shower was great! The pillows were a little lackluster. Overall good stay, would come back if needed.

Yelp
Great hotel! My room was recently renovated with a bourbon theme, including a Knob Creek barrel! Unique furniture, hardwood flooring, and great bed. Small but very nice bathroom. Great concierge lounge with friendly service. Lobby bar has huge selection of bourbon and good food with friendly service. Very deserving of their AAA four diamond rating. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Can't complain. Quick stay with a super friendly staff that was very attentive. The rooms are upscale and the breakfast buffet is definitely above average. The design pays nice homage to the bourbon culture. A little off the main road so no road noise. In and out for business cannot comment on other amenities, conference rooms. 10/10 would recommend based on my experience.

Yelp
This hotel is great! It's nice, my room could use some updating; there are some weird stains on the wall. But the people are wonderful! They are attentive, sweet, and very welcoming. It's been a pleasure visiting and I look forward to coming back someday and hopefully doing some sightseeing. There is a great restaurant that serves room service from 6 am to 11 pm.

Yelp
Excellent Service by a very professional and friendly staff Everywhere Employés do an Amazing Job. Especially in the lounge, at the front desk, at the omelette station, breakfast area etc. The room are very nice and the bed is so comfy. The view from the concierge lounge is really nice. The employés who are working in the concierge lounge are very friendly and provide an excellent job The food is so fresh and tasty The decoration is so nice. Definitely a excellent Hotel If you are in this area.. do not hesitate to stop here

Yelp
I travel a lot and this is one of my fave hotels! We get a room here just as a getaway in Louisville even though I live here..It's like staying in a resort!! The lobby is modern, they have a luxe bar area and a great feature is the large fireplace outside for all to enjoy, with plush outdoor seating. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The small refrigerator is a plus. The views are very pretty as well. Great service, upscale Concierge floor and yummy perks. They also have a huge whirlpool and a very clean, large workout center with free bottled water, rolled-up towels. Nice touches everywhere...Love it here.
google avatar

Ed H.

Yelp
I haven't stayed here in 24ish years, so I won't comment on the hotel side. But I have gone to numerous conventions there, and I've always had a good time. There is plenty of space, the facilities are clean, and there's always plenty of parking. Sometimes, at these events, they'd set up a cash bar and/or a snack table. The people staffing those tables are always good at what they do. I recommend it for a small-medium convention or other such event.

Yelp
The hotel appears to have undergone a facelift recently; it's fairly modern and really nice inside. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. We staged a business meeting here, and found the conference room extremely spacious and well setup. However, if you are in a hurry for something to drink or something to eat, go elsewhere. Four of us ordered salads for lunch. It took an hour for them to arrive. It took another 45 minutes to get our bill. The same night we ate dinner here. Again, an hour passed between placing our order and seeing our meal. A second round of drinks took 45 minutes. The next night, we went somewhere else to eat. All the while our server was pleasant and nice, just didn't seem concerned about the time it took to fill an order.

Yelp
Absolutely lovely accommodations. Great location with restaurants near. Easy checkin and check out. Immaculately clean, quite, comfortable room. Parking was a tiny challenge due to a event Saturday evening, but it wasn't impossible. The restaurant is nice for breakfast. Fabulous choices at the buffet. We did not eat there for dinner, but it was very busy at dinner, so maybe that was a good sign. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your Louisville stay!

Jeff D.

Yelp
I have been and will reluctantly be a loyal Marriott customer. Be cautious of the blood stained pillows that housekeeping leaves out for you to enjoy! #Disgusting #sleeptight
google avatar

Billie C.

Yelp
Very nice. 10 floors full service restaurant & bar. Unless your a premier customer w/ Marriott then no free breakfast included which is a first for me. Per person, $14-20 per person so not practical with kids

Yelp
The Louisville Marriott East is a fabulous hotel staffed by a team that went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. From the front desk employees, to the dining room host, to the housekeepers--everyone provided outstanding customer service. Annie Mae, the bar manager, provided an interesting tutorial on the creation of the bourbon drinks we sampled. She knows her stuff! Tamar offered excellent check-out service. The host who seated us at the weekend breakfast buffet treated us like family. The chef who prepared the omelets was extremely pleasant as she efficiently filled the orders of multiple people standing in line. The hotel has an elegant, modern, clean feel. The rooms and hallways are spacious, bright and nicely decorated. The bourbon accents add a nice touch! This is definitely one of the best Marriot properties we've visited!

Yelp
Usually we give this hotel 5 stars. The stars have dropped. Although the staff was friendly enough; we were slightly disappointed with the quality of the hotel itself. My fiancé and I come here a few times a year and this was by far the least favorable. The concierge lounge was not open like advertised (12a closing), the pillows smelled awful and took at least 15 minutes to replace (it was after midnight but still) and the hot tub was GREEN. Green folks, with algae or something growing on the bottom. They did send up some chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday which was a nice touch; but still disappointed with the overall experience. *Update* THEY LEFT ONE PILLOW ON THE FLOOR OF THE HALLWAY. ARE YOU SERIOUS? NOT PLEASED. IF WE HAD NOT HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES BEFORE; THIS WOULD MAKE US NOT COME BACK. ITS AFTER MIDNIGHT AND WE WANT PILLOWS THAT DONT SMELL.

Julia J.

Yelp
Front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat as are the hallways. The rooms are also pretty spacious and the decor is elegant yet cozy. There's also a walmart about 2 mins away from the hotel for any last minute needs. Definitely had a very pleasant stay.

Yelp
This hotel condones theft of property from those staying at the hotel. I spoke with both the assistant manager and general manager regarding a brand new dress that was in the closet in a Dillard's bag when I left my room at 1:30pm. I had bought the dress expressly for the trip which was ruined due to this theft. I called hotel management within hours of leaving the room, and I was told they "were not responsible, and if it's found, they'll ship it to me." They did not hold the housekeeping staff responsible, and in fact condone the thievery that takes place in this hotel. They did not return my phone calls, did not care when I was able to speak to them, and basically told me they didn't care that their housekeeping staff are thieves. Never stay there.

Yelp
Excellent hotel. Big, clean rooms, and very helpful front desk staff. Kudos especially to Houston, who has a great future in the hospitality business. The restaurant was surprisingly good and deserves its own review.

Yelp
Good old Southern hospitality ! I have stayed at this Hotel for business , and they have mastered the art of hospitality !! Staff make you feel welcome every step you take, and my PLEASURE is a standard word throughout this hotel. I just came back form a 90210 hotel that was 5 times more expensive than this hotel but their service was awful. I am so grateful for Southern hospitality because they make you feel special and all your needs are met with a gracious smile !! And parking is free !!

Yelp
Great experience at Louisville Marriott East. All the staff we encountered was very friendly. Quick check in that was able to meet our requests for high floor and early check in. Room 703 was clean and well laid out. Breakfast at the restaurant was worth the extra 10 dollars when booking the room. Pool / Whirlpool / Workout facility area is clean and well equipped with modern workout equipment. There were plenty of towels in the pool area and refrigerated towels in the workout area.

Yelp
No complaints! Excellent accommodations including friendly staff, comfortable rooms, even the complimentary toiletries are lovely. Newspaper at the door in the morning and great breakfast options at the restaurant in the lobby. Easy access to the highway. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
We're staying here during our time in Louisville...I felt the need to give this place five stars. This place looks like it's new, so spacious and so clean! We had booked our stay ahead of time and check-in was quick and service was great! There is no card swiping for the room lock, just beep your card against the lock to unlock. It probably helps that my sister is a platinum elite member so we have access to the concierge lounge on the tenth floor, which is always nice. Overall, great experience, they know hospitality!

Yelp
I'm a Marriott guy but this venue is the best I've been to. Anywhere. The remodel is top shelf. Great bar too. The staff is exemplary. Every single individual we encountered went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. Every single one. From the professional desk staff to the young lady who shut down her vacuum in the restaurant at 5am as we raced to catch a flight to wish us well and thank us for staying. We'll never stay elsewhere.

Yelp
We come here for company events, most notably our company Christmas brunch. They do a wonderful job serving a diverse group a nice meal. The service was adequate and the food was okay. It's not easy to put something nice together for so many people.

Yelp
Stayed here this week. As I checked out, I asked them to move my incidentals to a different card. Not only did they charge my incidentals, they also moved the hotel charge, which was annoying but not a terrible problem, and the day after I checked out they charged an extra $497. When I called to see what had happened, I was told they don't show the charge associated with my account, the only person who could help me won't be in until tomorrow, but regardless, it will take 3-4 days to correct. And the on duty manager, who appears to have no authority, doesn't understand why I am upset. So far the customer service has been nonexistent.

Yelp
At the bar for dinner. Chop is awesome, one of the best. Service is 5 star. Too bad I booked the Fairfield this trip. These guys even remember me from my last trip 4 months ago. One of the best bourbon bars I've been to. Close out your meal with your favorite burbon an the chocolate cake. It does a body good.

Yelp
Don't let the location throw you off. The hotel is actually very clean, cozy, and classy. The price for the night was very reasonable. Wish I had time to enjoy the pool and gym - these also looked very nice. Free wifi and parking is a plus too! If you want to eat the best burger of your life, stop by the hotel's restaurant. Seriously. THE best burger ever. Like ever.

Yelp
Their policy is to overbook and give you a free ride to Extended Stay down the street and breakfast vouchers.

Yelp
Great modern looking hotel. Probably one of the best staffs at any hotel that I have visited in he Louisville area. The workout room is the best around with plenty of options and a nice lounge area.

Yelp
The Louisville Marroitt East in Jtown is the best hotel to stay at in the East End! The staff is friendly, restaurant is top notch and it is conveniently located near Hurstbourne Lane and the I64 Hwy.

Yelp
Awesome hotel, I stayed overnight for a flight delay. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were large and modern, I really enjoyed the bathroom (walk in shower stall), the fitness center was very large and had a lot of machines/amenities. One of my favorite hotels I've been to so far.

Yelp
Great facility, well managed, excellent service. But do not accept a room near the elevators, they are loud an will wake you. i.e. Any or many time(s) per night. There isn't a coffee carafe in room 318!!!!!!!!
