Joyce is by far the best in NYC. Not all laser places are male or queer friendly, but Joyce is. The results speak for themselves; she uses the most advanced laser on the market. Also, she’s one of the nicest humans. Highly recommended.

Joyce‘s hands-down, the best aestheticians I’ve been to. Before coming to her I paid for a laser hair removal package and another clinic that ended up shutting down a week later. I was so frustrated that I didn’t go back to getting laser hair removal for a few years, Joyce’s prices are unmatched and honestly she’s so meticulous about her job that she was running over spots multiple times and even hitting the top of my toes which I didn’t even think to ask her about! 100% we recommend her definitely coming back to her until I am like a baby dolphin :)

Joyce is phenomenal. I moved away for a few years and went to a chain laser place. It made me realize how better Joyce is comparatively. She takes the time in each of her appointments and really does a great job. Great pricing too. Would recommend for anyone in the city looking for laser hair removal.

For the past 4 years Joyce is typically my first stop when I make it to NYC from Washington state. I met Joyce right before I moved and since then I've never been able to find someone else who does as great as a job as her. Joyce is incredibly responsive when making appointments, she's kind, and she's amazing at what she does. Plus her equipment is great! Laser hair removal is not absolutely painless but with the great machine she's using and her lovely conversation the time goes by quickly. If I could give Joyce a million stars I would. I was always so nervous about getting laser hair removal and being uncomfortable doing it, but from the minute I walked in to get it from Joyce, I knew it was a good choice. She made me feel SO comfortable. The laser machine she uses doesn’t even hurt! Every time I get it done we are laughing and talking the whole time- I barely notice it’s happening! Her studio is absolutely stunning and so so so clean. She is flexible and works with your schedule and has the best prices around. I have been going for two years and never ever ever would go to anyone else. Thank you Joyce for being amazing!
