Love Locked is a true gem (pun intended). Kerry and Mike are incredibly kind people who make you feel right at home. My husband got my engagement ring from here and I fall more in love with it every day. We also got our wedding bands from here as well as many gifts for friends and family. Picking out rings can feel intimidating but working with Kerry puts you at ease. She takes her time showing you tons of options and hypes up your choices! Can’t recommend Love Locked more. Jersey City is incredibly lucky to have them.

Kerry and Michael have curated the most amazing store. Whether you’re looking for apothecary items from local brands or beautiful high quality custom jewelry, love locked is the place. I’ve collected so many beautiful pieces over the seven years I’ve been visiting the store. If I ever need a repair or resize, Kerry is so helpful and accommodating. All of my favorite pieces I wear daily are from love locked! I won’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend Love Locked! Kerry worked with my fiancé to design the engagement ring of my dreams, a non-traditional art deco style emerald ring. We also bought our wedding rings at Love Locked and are so so pleased. Kerry is such a delight to work with and really takes the time to listen to your ideas and execute them. Kerry & her husband are SO lovely - they are so welcoming & you can spend hours just chatting with them & browsing all of their beautiful jewelry! Kerry is an absolute artist! I went in with little to no idea of what I had in mind for an engagement band. I sent her a few pictures just as a jumping off point and she designed an absolutely gorgeous one of a kind ring that I will treasure forever. There was no pressure to buy at anytime, no upselling, just a woman passionate about her craft looking to design something unique for you. The other employees (who's names I am ashamed to say I didn't get) are equally as talented, knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased with everything they've done. Thank you Love Locked!!

What a gem! The location, owner and quality of work. 10/10! The moment I made an appointment and stopped in, I didn't even consider going to any other jeweler in the area. From the outside the shop looks small and so cute, they offer assorted jewelry from different artists and cute little gifts (like soaps/candles). But don't be fooled- Kerry is a diamond queen! Offering both natural and lab - she has a variety of options to choose or would be more than happy to create something custom. Along with Michael, she helped my husband and I with his custom wedding band and my band as well. I'll likely be re-setting my engagement ring (that I got from a different jeweler) in a few years and will absolutely be going to Love Locked! Pricing is so reasonable for the quality of work and again the hospitality is off the charts! You'd be making a mistake not to go here - truly an amazing experience! Thank you Kerry and Michael!

What a beautiful store owned by beautiful people! Everytime we enter love locked we are greeted with the most shining faces. this little store has the most beautiful curated goods. I lost my wedding ring during my move & Kerry designed a custom ring for me in my budget!!! The selection is just marvelous & did i mention they're dog friendly?! such a beautiful store!

My [then] boyfriend, [now] fiancé was looking for a local jeweler to make a custom engagement ring for me. I specifically wanted a place that offered moissanite, and he found this incredible gem of a store! Kerry is just lovely and so patient with me throughout the entire process. If you read my initial review, it will come as no shock that when my boyfriend (at the time) and I started discussing our future plans for marriage, there was only one place that I would want my future ring from...you guessed it, from Kerry at Love Locked. I already knew Kerry had beautiful pieces and great style, so I was very excited to work with her. Before we got started, I had some normal nerves and worries about the process and in one session with Kerry, they were all gone. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted, even if I didn't even know how to verbalize it. She listened, was accommodating, sensitive to our needs, and found beautiful pieces to show us at our appts. I was involved in the initial stages of planning however my (now ) fiancé and Kerry finalized the design together so the final result was still a surprise to me. I truly couldn't have picked something better if I had picked it myself. I spend an embarrassing amount of time staring at it because I love it so much. I'm forever grateful for Kerry and my/our experience at Love Locked, having her involved in this milestone of our lives is something that we will never forget. Love Locked is a cute boutique in the heart of downtown jersey city with a great selection of unique gifts and beautiful jewelry. The team is knowledgeable and friendly, it is a terrific neighborhood spot. I have coordinated with Kerry to place multiple custom orders. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient. The orders arrived quickly and beautifully. If you haven't paid them a visit, be sure to check them out! They are hands down my favorite shop in JC.

Came here today to get a gold chain for my grandmother's pendant. Kerry and Mia (I think the names are correct!) were wonderful and so helpful. Despite the pendant being my own, the customization of the chain felt like a personalized process and I am so so happy with it. I will definitely return, the jewelry was all very unique and beautiful.

Walking into Love Locked I felt transported into a warm and eclectic oasis. Kerry and her assistant were so personable while leaving me be to explore the shop which has something for everyone! This place is BEAUTIFUL! There are so many varieties of things that go well in your life. I felt transported when I walked in through the doors. I cannot say my that after being there a couple of minutes. My spouse and I were not acknowledge nor were we asked if we could be helped with anything. A couple of minutes later, a woman whom did not look like us, was asked 3 times if: 1) she needed help 2) was looking for something in particular 3) or was in the shop looking for a gift for someone *where we're all these questions for us? It made us feel super unwelcome especially when I picked up a candle to smell and I put it back where it belonged and a young lady that worked there skipped over to adjust it Overall, I'm sure you will find something for you or even a memorable beautiful piece of jewelry but what you won't find is me or my minority friends coming into this place.

My years-long experience with Love Locked (and, of course, Kerry) began in 2018 when my now-husband and I stumbled across her magical shop while meandering around JC. We had been discussing where we might get our wedding bands, and I thought, "Why not stop at this cute store?" As soon as we opened the door, Kerry greeted us. We explained why we were there and her first questions weren't business related. She asked about our story, our time in JC, our baby (who was with us), and filled us in on various ring options, ranging from style/comfort/setting to cost and what would be more/less cost-effective depending on our budget. No pressure. Simply a pleasant and genuine interaction. (We both had our bands custom made by Kerry). Fast forward to today. My two girls love visiting Kerry's. It's a treat for them to look at the crystals and chat with Kerry about their recent adventures. Over the years, Kerry has been a presence in our lives in numerous ways - creating custom jewelry for me and my mom, helping me select unique gifts for coworkers, guiding my husband toward pieces that she remembers my having shown an interest in, and, most specially, becoming a friend and a valued member of my and my family's community. There truly isn't a bad word or criticism that I could bring up related to Kerry, her business, or how she conducts her business. She is kind, keen, smart, present, and listens to her customers - many of whom, from what I have observed, have become friends. She is a gem. And that radiates from her happiness about what she does, as well as how she shines that vibrant spirit onto each person with whom she interacts - whether it's for a one-time interaction with folks from out of town or a customer who has clearly become a lifelong supporter and friend. I had a very specific vision in mind when starting to shop for wedding bands. I wanted something unique, vintagey, and that matched my bespoke engagement ring. Over months of meetings, texts, and consultations, Kerry Lynn successfully created my most perfect and prized possession of a ring and I could not be happier. She was so professional, so flexible and open to feedback, is a great listener, and an amazing jeweler. Her prices are very reasonable, considering how much time she puts into each piece, and she will do everything she can to make your dreams come true. She's also great at helping men (who don't typically wear jewelry) figure out their style and preferences. Overall, 100% recommend for unique, bespoke, individualized jewelry experience. Every time I enter the shop I find something that brings me joy. Just walking around looking at all the things curated by the amazing owner is a treat. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. Love Locked is my favorite jewelry and gift store in Jersey City, maybe even the NYC area. The prices are moderate to high end, with beautiful jewelry of every kind, simple or modern, bold or dainty, engagement rings, wedding bands, and more. One of a kind stones set in necklaces, earrings, and my fav, rings. I stop in often because the inventory is always getting updated. They have high quality nose rings, ear cuffs and jewels for upper ear piercings too. And, this shop smells so good! They have a wall dedicated to apothecary items, oils, skin care, bath products, and candles, by so many local artists and creators. They carry a favorite line of mine, Pholk Beauty, so good! Did I mention the crystals? So many! A beautiful tray of loose stones and a guidebook for uses, larger crystal pieces, Sage and Paulo santo for cleansing, other healing items. A whole section of men's leather goods and accessories too. Gifts for everyone! For baby and bridesmaids too. Love Locked attracts so many regular shoppers like me, that it has evolved with a community vibe, and I often run into other folks I know and get to say hi. The owner and shop keeper is super helpful, encourages browsing all the pretty things, and is helpful with custom orders.

Why get my jewelry anywhere else but here? Look, I'm not even someone who wears, let alone buys, a lot of jewelry frequently. But after getting married in a pair of smokey quartz earrings from Love Locked, my affection for Kerry's carefully curated selection has only grown. I have two kids and I'm afraid of losing or breaking precious things. But if I'm going to buy it, I'd rather spend it on local artists Love Locked carries, or better yet, Kerry's custom work (which is phenomenal, by the way). I once designed a ring with her, beginning with picking out a gemstone from a series of loose stones, most of which she has traveled across the country to obtain. She's met directly with the miners themselves to source responsible materials. I settled on a beautiful bi-color tanzanite, and she added an offset accent diamond to a yellow gold band. The stone was very deep-cut and so she crafted a basket for it that allows the light in, and it's so ridiculously beautiful! We've also had a custom engraved ring for my husband made there. It took some time to come back because Kerry spent the time making sure it was perfect, including melting down the first iteration and starting over. I can't imagine anything more meticulous than painstakingly looking over the finest of details when these things are so small. My eyes would hurt! But for Kerry, it's paramount that she puts dedication into it. I've bought some of the most beautiful, comfortable earrings here that I straight-up never take out unless it's to replace them with another set from Love Locked, and they hold up well. She's also cleaned my wedding bands and engagement ring for me while I shop. But don't sleep on this place for gifts even if it's not jewelry you're looking for. Funny or thoughtful cards, skincare, leather goods, and even sustainably made children's gifts can be found here. It is a must-go place for when you need something special for someone. If I haven't sung this shop's praises enough, the real gem in it, is Kerry. Go check it out!

Kerry and her team are excellent! They are so warm, welcoming and friendly. Kerry created my wedding band after I could not find the bespoke, beautiful and unique band I was looking for, and I'm absolutely in love with it! Her team is also very creative. When I picked up my wedding band I was browsing for a little bag for my and my husband's rings to be held in during our ring warming ceremony. Once again, her team creatively reached out to a local vendor partner to have one specially made! As such, we were able to pick our own design for the fabric! We chose TIE DYE to match our wedding and it was perfect. Go visit Kerry and her team. They're amazing!

Kerry has the best taste, she knows quality and most importantly, she built a level of trust with my fiancé and I that I literally don't think we could buy jewelry from anyone else with out checking what Kerry thinks first. my custom engagement ring and band are absolutely perfect - kerry patiently worked with me to show me different cuts, clarity, color and settings- she educated us on the industry and process and we never felt pressured - all about what was right for us with a little helpful steering based on her vast experience (which was much appreciated!!!) . Besides jewelry love locked is my go to for candles, gifts, cute home decor and gifts! I love the vibe - so approachable, warm and I always leave feeling a little lighter. I have gone into Lovelocked for years to see their fair trade and sustainable products and I seriously love Kerry. I've been a customer here for about two years now... to say this is one of the best stores in the entire NYC are wouldn't do it justice. The selection and curation of objects and jewelry is like none I have ever seen before. Kerry, Michael and the entire team are not only some of the kindest people I have met, but are all brilliantly talented and beyond knowledgeable about every piece in their shop. If you are in the area... scratch that, even if you aren't in the area, do yourself a favor and experience this store firsthand.

I will say since my review my ring was fixed to its original perfect glory. Kerry and Michael were very accommodating. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the joy of wearing my wedding bands and engagement ringhas been sucked away. I am constantly checking my band for issues and now that I got my engagement ring back. The anxiety of wearing it and knowing the issues is a lot. I know a lot of people who haven't had any issues with their rings and they have been married a lot longer than me. They do fix stuff for free but... it's not exactly convenient to have to get stuff fixed and than be worried if it's not done correctly. Kerry and Michael are great. Nothing against them personally but it's not fun to constantly be checking to make sure everything is intact and correct when wearing your ring set

I think this is primarily a jewelry shop but I went in for Christmas gifts for friends and found a lot of non jewelry items that I loved! They have great candles, bath products, room sprays, etc. the gift recipients all seemed to enjoy them too. I was very happy with customer service too and would visit again.

Kerry made what I imagine is a very stressful purchase incredibly easy. Kerry is the most amazing person ever. She is kind, thoughtful and so sincere. She helped my fiance and I designed our dream engagement rings and was with us every step of the way. I'm totally in love with this charming little shop in Jersey City. The staff is bubbly, inviting, and most helpful and accommodating in selecting the perfect gift and helping you decide on a special custom order from engagement rings or just because. Select gifts from local artists for every age; ie babies, children, women, men, and even thoughtful presents for your best friend. I personally love the candles and incense for my daily rituals. It's like a second home. The crystals are loved and cared for. They support local artists and female artist. The entire space is filled with love, truth and healing. They sell (and some they make) wonderful jewelry that always fits perfectly. They have Earcuffs! They have custom rings! They have amazing perfumes and the place always smells inviting! I have a "to-buy" list a hundred pages long at Love Locked. Kerry, the shop owner and talented jeweler, has such great taste and is always finding new stuff to stock her lovely shop with. It's awesome to find a jewelry store that is friendly and inviting and really encourages you to try stuff on (aka never stuffy or snobby!). It's like I'm always shopping with my really good girlfriends and I look forward to seeing Kerry and the shop girls all the time. This is one of my favorite spots in Jersey City - maybe even in the Tri-State area. I love this adorable little shop. The skincare products that Keri recommended for me have changed my life. I stopped in one day when I was in the area and have been hooked ever since. I have combination skin. Some days it is so oily and I get break-outs. Other days it is completely dried out. I looooooove this store so much! I will fly through Jersey City just so I can come in person and visit the owner Kerrie and pick out gifts for my closest friends. I always feel like family and recommend this place to my friends for gifting!

I've been shopping at Kerry's store since she first opened 6 years ago! In addition to her beautiful jewelry and custom made pieces she also sells apothecary and home goods that support so many wonderful small and local businesses. When Iassene and I decided to get married it wasn't even a question of where we'd get our jewelry! The entire staff is so helpful, thoughtful, patient, and professional. Kerry cares deeply about her customers, does beautiful detailed work, really listens, is generous, and goes out of her way to make sure that every person who walks through her door leaves happy. We LOVE our rings so much! I'm absolutely in love with mine and appreciate Kerry's help to find the perfect ring for me.
