Went during the soft opening a few days before the grand opening. Store is absolutely beautiful, like walking into a dream. The shop girls are friendly and helpful. Great for cute photos. Everything is really pricey though and although there are a lot of different pieces to try on in terms of dresses and clothing, there doesn't seem to be a lot of size ranges kept in stock. Pretty to browse though.

LoveShackFancy is a beautifully appointed retail ladies shop,offering extremely fashionable apparel. The young lady who helped us [Ericka] was extremely pleasant,courteous, with a constant smile. She made the shopping experience all the more delightful. We will definitely return on our next visit to Sag Harbor !!

Im giving this particular store a 1 star. I seriously felt like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Women. No one approached me to ask if I needed help. It was the opposite, instead I was stared at by a worker there and her face said it all.. “what are you doing here? You dont belong in here, you dont look like us” kind of stare if you know what i mean. I saw the same girl help someone else and she was kind to that customer. To her I say “never judge a book by its cover.” You dont know whats in my wallet, who I am, or who I know. I do not recommend supporting this establishment. Very negative energy in there.

Echoing a lot of folks experience below mine, I couldn’t have felt more neglected during my time here while looking for A WEDDING DRESS. Only people in the store and we had to walk up to the salesperson on their phone twice for assistance. we also called and emailed a bunch of times prior to see what their stock was like (it would have been totally okay if they don’t add stock in my size per request, but no one even answered lol). The salesperson was uninterested in helping us and absolutely made me not want to buy my dress from there. Talk about taking the wind out of our sails for what we were there for, we got there excited and left super disappointed and confused

If I could give Erica a higher rating, I would, talk about service, we came in to shop for my sister with some gift cards, not only did Erica stay attentive and engaged the entire time, but she kept the store open another hour to help us when our gift card wasn’t going through. She is genuinely the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met, this is some of the best service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Erica also helped my sister pick out tons and tons of options and waited so patiently as she tried everything on. I am genuinely in shock at how amazing this service was. This store is not only beautiful, but has some of the best customer service ever. Thank you Erica so much for your kindness today, I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely lived this beautiful shop. One of a kind pieces! The service was great and everything in the store is so esthetically pleasing.

My daughter adores this place. The Sag Harbor location is our favorite. So charming! Beautiful clothes, such lovely staff. A stunning little boutique.
