I came across Lovesignia when I was looking for a jeweller who carried a very specific cut of diamond I was looking for - an elongated antique/old mine cut back in Apr 2025 when it was less common (pre-Taylor Swift engagement). Rachel was a pleasure to work with! She was endlessly patient with my nitpicking and moments of indecisiveness; she did 13(!!!) CAD renders of me and not once did I encounter any exasperation from her or feel like there wasn’t a safe space to voice my concerns. Through our interactions, my fiancé and I could feel Rachel’s passion for her work and genuine excitement for us as a couple. It felt as though we were working with a friend instead of being just another sales target in the shop’s books. We also found Lovesignia’s pricing to be honest and fair compared to other jewellers in the market for the same specs. Overall, a great experience working with Lovesignia and Rachel. Thank you for a beautiful ring and making the entire custom process a fun one. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding/custom jewellery.

Highly recommend! 10/10 experience. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Rachel was very knowledgeable, and gave us many helpful suggestions and advice, yet at the same time being very patient as well, giving us plenty of time and space to discuss without pressure (noting that my partner and I are rather indecisive 😂). Last but not least, the price point was super reasonable, and the quality and finish of the ring was amazing. So glad we found this place. :)
