We all make mistakes; how you deal with them is what separates the pros from the others!|When checking in with 3 other couples, not 4 as originally planned, the reception had misunderstood (or, to be honest, maybe we weren’t clear in the cancellation email) our cancellation of 1 room. So with a full hotel, they were basically short of one room. Rather than fussing, the reception staff offered us all free Prosecco, while sorting it out. No stress, just pure professionalism!|Add to that absolutely amazing food, a great , spacious, room, and a view from the rooftop terrace money cannot buy. And the best breakfast any of us has ever had!|My highest recommendation, and thank you all at the hotel!
