Have lived in a lowtide rental building for 5 years and am about to move out. Lowtide has always been super responsive with issues that pop up and overall it’s been a good experience to rent from them.

Low Tide Properties have been fantastic for my husband and I. Last year, we were looking to move closer to the city because my husband is pursuing a career in game development and design. Being nearer to the city would offer better job opportunities and a shorter commute. One of the property managers, Dat, showed us an apartment on Fraser Street, and we instantly fell in love. Dat was incredibly welcoming and reassured us that the transition would be smooth and well-supported. Since moving into our building, the Low Tide team has been outstanding. They provide 24/7 emergency services and have a user-friendly online portal that automatically processes rent payments and allows us to submit service requests, which are typically addressed within a day or two. This year, as my husband advances in his career and we consider growing our family, we decided to look for a larger apartment. Staying in this building feels like the safest, most ideal environment for us. Dat went above and beyond to prioritize us and found a bigger apartment in the same building. We're currently in the process of moving our things just down the hall. The support from Low Tide has made our living situation over the past year, and hopefully in the future, something we don't have to worry about. Thank you, Low Tide!

Dat Luong at Low Tide Properties has been absolutely amazing to work with while I've been looking for a place to rent in Vancouver.
