Low Tide Properties have been fantastic for my husband and I. Last year, we were looking to move closer to the city because my husband is pursuing a career in game development and design. Being nearer to the city would offer better job opportunities and a shorter commute. One of the property managers, Dat, showed us an apartment on Fraser Street, and we instantly fell in love. Dat was incredibly welcoming and reassured us that the transition would be smooth and well-supported. Since moving into our building, the Low Tide team has been outstanding. They provide 24/7 emergency services and have a user-friendly online portal that automatically processes rent payments and allows us to submit service requests, which are typically addressed within a day or two. This year, as my husband advances in his career and we consider growing our family, we decided to look for a larger apartment. Staying in this building feels like the safest, most ideal environment for us. Dat went above and beyond to prioritize us and found a bigger apartment in the same building. We're currently in the process of moving our things just down the hall. The support from Low Tide has made our living situation over the past year, and hopefully in the future, something we don't have to worry about. Thank you, Low Tide!

Dat Luong at Low Tide Properties has been absolutely amazing to work with while I've been looking for a place to rent in Vancouver. We've crossed paths over the last 2 years and he's been the best building manager I've come across (and I've met many during my years of renting)—in addition to just being a genuine and kind human who truly wants to help any potential tenants find the best home for them. We rented for Low Tide for two years, and would definitely recommend. This was our first rental property in Canada, and they were happy to help us with questions. Any minor issues with the property were always promptly responded to, and we had a dedicated team for our building which meant faces became familiar over time. When we moved out they gave us clear instructions and helped us in every way possible so we would get our full bond back (which we did). One time they organized a coffee event for tenants, and even came round to remind us to come get a free coffee downstairs. When we got a new building manager, he came and introduced himself. Management style felt very much like a community and not like a company. Thank you Dat, Carlos, Lucas, and Siggy!

I have been a tenant of Lowtide since 2017 and now having experience as a tenant under other commercial property companies, can say with confidence that Lowtide has been wonderful. I’m a small business owner and Lowtide has always treated me well. My concerns and issues are taken care of quickly, they have communicated well with me and my staff throughout our tenancy and while they do have a business to run, they do so with fairness and an eye on the big picture of what is best for the neighbourhood versus quick profits. They go above and beyond and always support my business and neighbours whenever possible by purchasing flowers from us for their corporate events/gifting. Definitely recommend.
