Had a refreshing time at Lower Peirce Reservor Park. Lower Peirce is Singapore’s second oldest reservoir (the oldest being MacRitchie). Though it’s quite small, the boardwalk offered an easy and soothing walk. Nice spot away from the crowds!

I came here during week day, not much visitors, except a few. Good for jogging, relax briskwalking, taking photos, sunset viewing. Beware that many monkeys around.. do not fees them..do not bring plastic on hands.. Bus service available along main road (nearest stop is the one near fuel station). Nearest cafe - Thus Coffee Nearest Hawker - Sembawang hill market (but when I was there in the afternoon, many stalls had closed for the day). Parking lots available.

A great place to walk. Great view of the reservoir. Few steps along the way. Gentle and well-maintained boardwalk. We slowed down every now and then for the critters we spot. Hence, we took 2-hour to complete our walk.

Love the rustic vibes here especially during sunset. Beware of the families of monkeys that roam the area as well! For more details visit 2bearbear today!

So peaceful and tranquil! There's a boardwalk that hugs the perimeter of the reservoir before weaving through a nature reserve. Highly recommended for a relaxing stroll away from the hubbub of the city.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in one of Singapore’s most serene and nature-rich retreats. This hidden gem offers peaceful forest trails where you may encounter playful monkeys and a wide variety of bird species—making it a perfect escape for nature lovers and birdwatching enthusiasts. Unlike the more crowded urban parks, this tranquil destination offers a true sense of privacy, surrounded by lush greenery on all sides. For those who enjoy fishing, a designated area is available—please ensure that fishing is done only within approved zones.

Nice place to stroll. However, dont carry anything in your hands as monkeys will snack it from you. Safer to walk bare handed.

Yelp
Tucked away in a sleepy part of Upper Thomson Road, the park within which the reservoir can be found serves as a gathering point for cyclists, the elderly, and runners in the early part of weekend mornings. Occasionally, you will find groups of elderly people gathered at one of the public squares to practise their tai-chi or other related exercises. The grounds feature gentle, green slopes as well as an amazing view of the serene reservoir. Groups of monkeys can be spotted climbing the trees or scrambling across the grass at the bottom of the slopes (the path is on top of the slopes) - exercise the necessary discretion and common sense, if you will. There is even a corner of the park whereby you can see stones that are half-submerged in the shallow waters - it makes for a very picturesque view.
