We placed an order for delivery, but the delivery never happened. We were told multiple times that it had been rescheduled, but the truck never arrived on any of the promised dates. This process has repeated three times, and we are now left with no delivery, no updates, and no resolution.
To make matters worse, no one is communicating with us. Our calls have gone unanswered, and when we do manage to get someone on the phone, we’re met with unprofessional behavior.
This morning, I spoke with Juanita, who put me on hold for 20 minutes saying she needed to get a manager, Trent. Then she hung up. I called back and spoke to her again, told her I wanted a refund, and she put me on hold again—then hung up a second time.
This is completely unacceptable. Neither Juanita nor Trent is taking responsibility, and no one is offering any clear solution. How do we get a refund for a delivery that never happened?
We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
