Beautiful setting with private beach & superb views. Peaceful. Undeniable ambience of healing & rejuvenation. Environment reflected spaciousness & growth. The Staff were very friendly & devoted. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb facilities. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location, we were given a free upgrade from a superior cottage to a beach cottage. Very special to have a view from our window right onto the beach. From the start service was brilliant - we were welcomed from our taxi by the reception staff who you could tell clearly loved their job which was fabulous to see. The grounds are lovely, offering private beaches, 2 pools, classes eg dancing/art, the oasis bar. The bar is cash only - we only sampled smoothies from there (very tasty) and a fresh coconut which wasn't too fresh sadly but still tasted good! The room was had all we needed, bed very comfortable, mosquito net to banish those pesky mozzies, beach towels/bag, 2 bottles of water/day, a fridge, kettle, plugs by the bed, really good/speedy Internet that stayed connected. The bathroom had the natural vibe. Sadly the shower was a little cold but handy later in the day too cool off so ideal really! Really nice space for families. It was generally quiet and relaxed. Was a lovely slice of paradise for us. Thank you!

One of the most beautiful resorts!! The rooms are clean and we had such a beautiful view overlooking sea. The team was very nice!! I had a birthday and they set up the room so nicely for me :) they cleaned up the room after noons for us when we asked to. We had the best time :) Thank you

Not recommended at all! Feels like a youth hostel, the room is unpleasant and cold, the water does not flow in the shower, everything is old and not maintained We took the upgraded room and I don't even want to imagine what a normal room looks like There is no restaurant and the reception is between 8 and 6 in the evening, and there is no phone to call them The hotel is on a bit of a steep climb but there is no shuttle or help getting down and up. They have one super expensive taxi which is better to book from outside The only reason we had to leave the island urgently was because we didn't want to go back to the hotel / room.. It is really recommended not to even consider the place

The location is top! The staff are very friendly. 3 things to improve: 1- there are no mosquito nets at the building’s rooms- that was Terrible, I was bitten 30 times in each leg every night. There is no ferry booking service at the reception- that’s a shame while in any other hotel they assist with it. No bar/rest at the hotel Other then that I really enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Amazing resort located on SriTanu area right on the beach. The room is big and clean, the balcony views is breathtaking! Warm and helpful staff, who take care of the details. A plus to my stay: the wellness program with yoga classes, meditations, talks with a monk really makes a difference! Highly recommended place!

At the price we paid for a spacious "Loyfa Suite Seaview", which was pretty reasonable, I suppose I shouldn't complain too much. But then I have stayed at cheaper places in Thailand that are much better, and I have to say there were quite a few things that really put us off, and would stop us even considering staying here again. The bathroom was dysfunctional - dreadful shower that would never point in the right direction, and gave little more than a trickle, toilet that took half an hour to refill with water (we told them, but they just fiddled with it which made no difference) -- we resorted to refilling the cistern with the spray gun, nowhere to hang things, little space for one's toiletries. Lousy small single pillows on the bed. Not exceptionally clean -- housekeeping need a kick in the backside. The fabric of the whole hotel is very tired indeed. Breakfast (included) was bad - after Day1 we elected to go find something better elsewhere. And service was inattentive and far from enthusiastic. Worst thing was my partner wanted a massage at the mini-spa by the pool just outside our room; no customers there, but the massage woman told my partner that she had to go all the way to the main spa (other side of the resort, up a hill, down some steps, and then all the way back again) in order to make a booking and pay! Utter madness. Needless to say she couldn't be bothered. View from the room was good, mattress reasonably comfortable, balcony pleasant for a morning coffee, location okay for us (we had our car). But I really can't recommend it.

The hotel is not perfect this is sure. We went first in a room next to the beach and we found a big spider inside and the bathroom looked not so good and sealed. Besides of the fact that you are not aloud to put the paper in the toilet . BUT we asked for the garden pool in that night and we received it and even cheaper. The staff is really really nice. We wanted to sleep here only 1 night...in the end we stood way more than 1. When we left they even gave us a small breakfast to go. If I would recommend? Definitely!
